In brief, the method comprises the following steps: the cross beam which plays a role in connecting and fixing the two units of the earphone is cancelled, and the plug is provided with an exquisite hook to be hung on the ear, namely the plug body is provided with the hook to be hung on the ear. Ear-hooks can be generally divided into three categories: headphone, earplug and in-ear hangers.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the plug of the earphone control device is inserted into the user terminal, the audio signal output by the user terminal can be amplified in power and output by utilizing the left channel ear hook and the right channel ear hook.
In the embodiment of the present invention, an earphone control circuit is provided in the earphone control device, and the microphone 13 is connected to the ear hook 14 through a wire. In this case, the length of the wire connecting the microphone 13 and the ear hook 14 is generally set to 10 cm to 15 cm. The earphone control device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is different from the existing earphone control device in that the existing earphone control device is provided with the microphone 13 and the earphone control device controller 12 together, and the earphone control device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is provided with the microphone 13 and the earphone control device controller 12 separately. The earphone control device controller 12 is disposed at the earphone control device plug 11, wherein the length of the wire connecting the earphone control device plug 11 and the earphone control device controller 12 may be 0 cm to 1 cm, and when the length of the wire connecting the earphone control device plug 11 and the earphone control device controller 12 may be 0 cm, it indicates that the earphone control device plug 11 and the earphone control device controller 12 are directly connected. Through the arrangement, when the user inserts the earphone control device plug 11 into the user terminal, the user can directly control the adjustment of the volume without moving to the position of the microphone again for adjustment, so that the operation steps of the user can be reduced, and the convenience of the operation of the user can be improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the sizes of the plugs of the earphone control device are respectively 2.5MM and 3.5MM, and the 3.5MM plug is a universal plug of the earphone control device. The plug of the earphone control device is divided into two standards: national standards and international standards. The difference between the two is that the last two ground wires of the plug and the microphone control wire are in reverse order. The national standard is the 3.5mm interface standard of the plug of the earphone control device, which is commonly called national standard and is used by the country. A ground line, a microphone control line, a left sound channel line and a right sound channel line are sequentially marked from one end close to the earphone control device controller.
In the embodiment of the invention, as the plug of the earphone control device is divided into the international standard type and the non-international standard type, the sequence of four sections in the plug of the earphone control device can be adjusted according to different standards when the plug of the earphone control device is arranged. For example: dividing a ground wire, a microphone control wire, a left sound channel wire and a right sound channel wire in sequence from one end close to a controller of the earphone control device; or, the earphone control device plug sequentially divides a microphone control line, a ground line, a left sound channel line and a right sound channel line from one end close to the earphone control device controller.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to increase the communication function of the microphone, a voltage pull-up branch can be connected to the positive electrode of the microphone MIC, for example, the voltage pull-up branch is connected to a direct current power supply VDD through a pull-up resistor, and the pull-up resistor can play a role in limiting current in a loop. Assuming that the internal resistance of the microphone is r, when the key switch is in an off state, the voltage on the microphone control line on the earphone plug is after the key switch is closed, because the pull-up resistor is connected in parallel with the internal resistance r of the microphone, at this time, the voltage on the microphone control line is changed to the voltage on the microphone control line detected by the mobile phone mainboard circuit, if the voltage value is changed from V1 to V2, and the time for maintaining V2 is short, such as less than 2 seconds, it is considered that the user performs the operation of quickly pressing the key switch SW, at this time, the mobile phone main chip considers that the user performs the conventional functions, such as opening and playing music, listening to FM broadcast, or answering, and the like, and performs volume adjustment on the volume key corresponding to the earphone through the setting software. After the mobile phone starts the talkback function, the main chip detects the voltage value on the microphone control line, receives the voice of a user through the microphone on the earphone and transmits the voice to the mobile phone body in the period that the voltage value is V2, and then sends the voice to the other party through the mobile phone; when the main chip detects that the voltage value on the microphone control line is changed into V1, the key switch is turned off, the voice of the user stops being received, and the voice of the opposite party is transmitted to the user of the main chip through the earphone, so that the function of talkback and conversation is realized.
For example, assume that the precise resistance in the circuit set by the headphone controller is 6.8K Ω, the resistance of the internal resistor R of the microphone is 5.5K Ω, the dc voltage VDD is 2.1V, and the resistance of the pull-up resistor R1 is 2.2K Ω. When the earphone is inserted into the earphone socket, the voltage on the earphone insertion state detection terminal becomes high level and is fed back to the main chip, the main chip is informed that the earphone control device is inserted, interruption is executed, and an earphone icon is displayed on a screen of the user terminal. Meanwhile, the voltage on the working mode detection pin EAR _ DET2 will also change correspondingly, and at this time, the voltage on the microphone control line is 1.5V, which is fed back to the main chip ADC interface on the motherboard, and the volume is adjusted by the setting software corresponding to the volume key on the earphone, and the audio signal currently played by the mobile phone is transmitted to the earphone for output. When the earphone is inserted and the key switch is pressed down quickly (time is less than 2s), the main chip responds to the operation of the user and executes the conventional functions such as answering the call or hanging up the call. When the earphone is inserted and the key switch is pressed for a long time (more than 3s), the resistance value of a parallel resistor between the precision resistor and the internal resistance r of the microphone can be obtained between the microphone control line and the ground wire, the voltage on the working mode detection pin EAR _ DET2 is obtained according to a voltage division formula and is 1.2V, the voltage value is fed back to an ADC interface of the main chip, the main chip responds to the operation of a user to execute the talkback function, the voice of the user is sent to the opposite side during the pressing of the key switch, and the voice of the opposite side is sent to the user during the disconnection of the key switch, so that the function of the interphone is realized by the user terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to improve the detection accuracy, it is preferable that the present embodiment performs circuit design by using a precision resistor with a precision of 1% as the pull-up resistor. The key switches are preferably arranged on the headset controller for convenient operation by the user. Meanwhile, in order to suppress noise, a filter capacitor can be further connected in parallel between the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the microphone.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the earphone control device controller 12 is connected to the microphone 13 through a wire, and the length of the wire connecting the earphone control device controller 12 to the microphone 13 ranges from 90 cm to 110 cm. Because the earphone control device is generally arranged at 120 cm, the microphone is just near the mouth of the user through the length arrangement, so that the voice signal input by the user can be collected, and when the user inserts the earphone control device plug into the user terminal, the user can adjust the volume value while inserting the earphone control device plug, so that the convenience of adjusting the volume is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the shape of the housing 120 is a flat body or a cylinder, and with such a shape, a user can control the volume adjustment by rotating the housing more conveniently, so as to improve the convenience of adjusting the volume for the user and improve the user experience.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the earphone control device further includes a processing unit, where the processing unit is configured to convert the touch operation into a corresponding control signal, and the control signal is used to control a user terminal connected to the earphone control device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a user may input a touch operation on the housing 120, please refer to fig. 3, where fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a plug of an earphone control device according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 shows that the user inputs a pressing operation on the housing 120, and since the housing 120 is made of a soft material, when the user performs the operation, the housing 120 deforms, and the user can control the housing 120 to rotate in different directions.
Specifically, the user terminal described in the embodiment of the present invention may implement part or all of the processes in the embodiment of the headphone control apparatus described in conjunction with fig. 1, fig. 2, or fig. 3 of the present invention.
The modules or sub-modules in all embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by a general-purpose integrated circuit, such as a CPU (central processing unit), or an ASIC (application specific integrated circuit).
The units in the user terminal of the embodiment of the invention can be merged, divided and deleted according to actual needs.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all of the above-described earphone control devices can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and can include the procedures of the embodiments of the methods described above when the program is executed. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
