Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
Method embodiment one
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a first embodiment of an information processing method according to the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
Step 101, acquiring a food picture of a user and geographical position information corresponding to the food picture;
The embodiment of the invention can be applied to application programs (such as information processing programs) of terminals such as a Personal Computer (PC), a mobile phone, a tablet Personal Computer and the like, and when the application programs acquire food pictures of a user, the name of a dish corresponding to the food pictures can be automatically identified and output.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the food pictures may be pictures containing food, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit specific food pictures.
The embodiment of the invention can provide the following technical scheme for acquiring the food picture of the user:
Technical solution A1
In technical solution a1, a client may obtain a food picture uploaded by a user, and specifically, when an information processing program client (hereinafter, referred to as a client) detects an operation of uploading a food picture by a user, the client may obtain a corresponding food picture.
For example, in an application example 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, if the user B uploads a food picture on a friend circle of WeChat, the client according to the embodiment of the present invention may detect and obtain the food picture.
It can be understood that the obtaining of the food picture uploaded by the user through the WeChat is only an example, and actually, the client according to the embodiment of the present invention may also provide an upload interface so that the user uploads the food picture through the upload interface.
Technical solution A2
In solution a2, the client may obtain a picture of the food taken by the user. For example, in an application example 2 of the embodiment of the present invention, user a is losing weight, and needs to record the calories contained in the food that he or she takes each day in order to control the diet, that is, needs to know the calories of the dish during each meal; before eating a meal, the client can shoot the food picture corresponding to the dish through a shooting module with a shooting function such as a camera, and the client of the embodiment of the invention can detect the shooting operation and acquire the food picture corresponding to the shooting operation.
Technical solution A3
Compared with the application of the technical solution a1 and the technical solution a2 to the client, the technical solution A3 may be applied to the server, and specifically, the server may receive the food pictures sent by the client. After the food pictures uploaded or shot by the user are obtained, the client can send the obtained food pictures to the server, and the server identifies the dish names corresponding to the food pictures. Because a large amount of operation work is executed in the server, the operation amount of the client can be greatly reduced, namely, the resource consumption of the client can be greatly reduced, so that the operation time and the operation efficiency of the client can be improved, and the practicability of the client can be improved; in addition, the advantage of abundant server-side computing resources (cloud resources in the cloud server) can be exerted, so that the identification precision and the identification efficiency of the dish names corresponding to the food pictures can be improved.
The above detailed description is given to several technical solutions for obtaining the food picture of the user, and it can be understood that a person skilled in the art may adopt any one or combination of the above technical solutions according to the actual application requirements, or may also adopt other technical solutions for obtaining the food picture of the user, for example, the client obtains the food picture of the user through the network address of the food picture submitted by the user, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific technical solution for obtaining the food picture of the user.
The geographical position information corresponding to the food pictures can be used for reflecting the geographical position information of dishes corresponding to the food pictures. In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the geographic location information corresponding to the food picture may specifically include: and the geographical position information carried by the food picture and/or the geographical position information of the terminal to which the food picture belongs. The geographical location information may be represented by longitude and latitude and other information, and the specific representation manner of the geographical location information is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Currently, most terminals such as mobile phones and cameras have a positioning function of a GPS (Global positioning system); and the shooting module running on the camera can write the GPS information of the shooting place into the picture. In this way, in the post-processing of the picture, the GPS information can be read from EXIF (Exchangeable image file) information of the picture. For example, for the application example 2, the user a may eat at a gui street and young restaurant (the restaurant address is 193 rd from east-straight gate of east-west city), and wants to know the calories of a certain dish on the dining table, so that the dish is photographed by using the mobile phone to obtain a corresponding food picture, and the food picture may carry the current geographic location information where the mobile phone is photographed, that is, the geographic location information where the dish is located.
It can be understood that, in a case that the food picture does not carry the geographic location information (for example, the food picture is taken by a camera without a GPS function), the geographic location information of the terminal to which the food picture belongs may be used as the geographic location information of the food corresponding to the food picture according to the consumption attribute of the user for the food and the non-separation characteristic between the user and the mobile phone.
Step 102, determining a restaurant corresponding to the geographic position information;
In practical applications, the restaurant corresponding to the geographic location information may be used to represent restaurants near the geographic location information, and specifically, the method may include: n restaurants nearest to the geographical location information, or restaurants having a distance from the geographical location information smaller than a first threshold value, or the like; because the restaurant differentiation degree is easily low due to the characteristic of dense restaurant distribution in some positions, the numerical values of the N and the first threshold value can be set to be larger in order to avoid missing the restaurant where the dishes corresponding to the food pictures are located; however, the restaurant distinction is easy to be high due to the characteristic of sparse restaurant distribution in some locations, so the values of N and the first threshold may be set to be smaller, and it can be understood that the specific values of N and the first threshold are not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the step of determining the restaurant corresponding to the geographic location information includes: and searching in the mapping relation between the geographic position information and the restaurant according to the geographic position information to obtain the restaurant corresponding to the geographic position information. For example, when the geographical location information is latitude and longitude near gui street, a restaurant list near gui street may be obtained. It is understood that the specific process of determining the restaurant corresponding to the geographic location information is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
In another alternative embodiment of the present invention, the process of determining the mapping relationship between the geographic location information and the restaurant may include: the method comprises the steps of capturing information of all restaurants on the Internet in advance, wherein the information of the restaurants specifically comprises restaurant names, restaurant addresses, menus, dish pictures corresponding to the dish names in the menus and the like, and converting the restaurant addresses into geographic position information in a latitude and longitude mode, so that a first mapping relation between the restaurant names and the geographic position information is obtained, or a second mapping relation between the restaurant names, the dish pictures and the geographic position information is obtained, wherein the first mapping relation and the second mapping relation can be stored in a restaurant database.
103, searching in dish pictures corresponding to the restaurant to obtain result dish pictures which are the same as or similar to the food pictures;
The dish pictures corresponding to the restaurant can be used for representing the dish pictures corresponding to the dishes in the menu of the restaurant. In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the menu pictures corresponding to the restaurant can be obtained from the menu picture library of the restaurant. Specifically, the mapping relationship between the restaurant name and the dish picture may be recorded in the dish picture library of the restaurant, and then the mapping relationship between the restaurant name and the dish picture may be searched to obtain the dish picture corresponding to the restaurant.
In another optional embodiment of the invention, the menu picture can be captured from the webpage, and the mapping relationship between the menu picture and the name of the restaurant to which the menu belongs can be established. At present, a plurality of common food websites, comment websites, group purchase websites or forum websites and the like all have restaurant information and dish information of the restaurant, wherein the restaurant information includes a restaurant name, a place, restaurant dish pictures, dish names and the like. According to the invention, restaurant information and restaurant dish information can be obtained through webpage grabbing, and a mapping relation between dish pictures and names of restaurants to which the dishes belong is established.
In still another optional embodiment of the present invention, the information of the menu picture and the restaurant to which the menu belongs may be obtained from the photos published by the weblog of the network user, the photos published by the friend circle, and the like, and the mapping relationship between the menu picture and the name of the restaurant to which the menu belongs may be established. Specifically, with the development of internet technology, users upload and publish information by using mobile terminals, and when a user has a meal in a restaurant, the user can take pictures at will and upload the pictures to a publishing platform such as a web log or a circle of friends for publishing, and can note names of the restaurant on a publishing subject to show to recommend to friends, and based on the situation, information related to the dishes published by the network user can be acquired, information of the dish pictures and the restaurant to which the dish belongs is mined, and a mapping relation between the dish pictures and the name of the restaurant to which the dish belongs is established.
On the other hand, even if the user does not note the name of the restaurant, the user can mark the GPS information of the place where the picture is taken when taking the picture based on the GPS positioning function of the current mobile terminal, and can position and search the restaurant information corresponding to the position according to the GPS information, so that the mapping relation between the dish picture and the name of the restaurant to which the dish belongs can be established.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the mapping relationship between the menu picture and the name of the restaurant to which the menu belongs may be obtained by the above method.
In practical application, the process of searching in the menu picture corresponding to the restaurant specifically may include: extracting first picture characteristics of the food pictures, then carrying out picture search, matching the first picture characteristics with second picture characteristics of the dish pictures corresponding to the restaurants, and if the matching rate is within a certain threshold range (such as more than 95%), considering the first picture characteristics and the second picture characteristics to be the same or similar. For the food picture and the result dish picture with the matching rate within a certain threshold value range, if the food picture and the result dish picture have slight differences, such as whether the food picture and the result dish picture have watermarks, small pictures and large pictures, the slight differences are planed, and the food picture and the result dish picture are the same picture; if there are differences other than slight differences, the two pictures are similar.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the picture feature of the picture may be extracted by: generating a corresponding flag character string for the picture, wherein a specific process of generating the corresponding flag character string for the picture may include: firstly, reducing the size of the picture to remove the details of the picture and keep the structure and the brightness; converting the picture into a gray scale image, calculating the average value of the gray scales in the gray scale image, and comparing the gray scale of each pixel of the picture with the average value; the flag character string formed by combining the comparison results is the flag character string corresponding to the picture, and the flag character string can be composed of flag bits. Thus, in the matching process, the flag character strings of the two pictures can be compared, and the more bits with the same flag bit, the higher the matching rate of the two pictures is, or the less bits with different flag bits, the higher the matching rate of the two pictures is.
It can be understood that the conversion of the grayscale features into the flag bits is only an example, and actually, visual features such as texture, shape, and color of the picture may also be extracted, and these visual features may be converted into the flag bits.
Step 104, determining the name of the dish corresponding to the food picture according to the name of the dish corresponding to the result dish picture;
In the embodiment of the present invention, for the result dish pictures that are the same as or similar to the food pictures, since the result dish pictures are derived from the dish pictures corresponding to the restaurant, and the restaurant is matched with the geographical location information corresponding to the food pictures, it can be considered that the probability that the dish corresponding to the result dish picture and the dish corresponding to the food picture belong to the same restaurant is high, and thus, the dish name corresponding to the result dish picture can be used as a basis for obtaining the dish name corresponding to the food picture.
The embodiment of the invention can provide the following technical scheme for determining the name of the dish corresponding to the food picture according to the name of the dish corresponding to the result dish picture:
Technical proposal B1,
In the technical solution B1, the name of the dish corresponding to the result dish picture may be directly used as the name of the dish corresponding to the food picture.
For the application example 2, if the user a eats at the general store of the "gui street young" restaurant and takes a food picture of a certain dish, step 101 may obtain geographical location information of the food picture, and step 102 may determine a restaurant corresponding to the geographical location information, which may specifically include: for example, gui street litter (No.3 shop), wushan grilled fish, guaguaguagua quack melon chafing dish, department fragrance, etc., step 103 may search in the dish pictures corresponding to the restaurant to obtain 3 pairs of fruit dish pictures that are the same as or similar to the food pictures, where the 3 pairs of fruit dish pictures correspond to dish names: the 3 dish names can be provided for users to select by the users.
It should be noted that when the number of result vegetable pictures similar to the food picture is large, the result vegetable pictures may be screened according to the matching rate, for example, M pairs of result vegetable pictures with the highest matching rate may be selected.
Technical solution B2
In technical solution B2, the step of determining the name of the dish corresponding to the food picture according to the name of the dish corresponding to the result dish picture may specifically include:
Step S1, searching in Internet dish pictures to obtain reference dish pictures which are the same as or similar to the food pictures;
And S2, screening the result dish picture according to the reference dish picture, and taking the dish name corresponding to the screened result dish picture as the dish name corresponding to the food picture.
The internet dish pictures can be used for representing dish pictures collected in an internet range, and can be derived from websites such as a food website, a social website, a business website and the like, specifically, the dish pictures and corresponding text descriptions can be captured from the websites, and the mapping relation between the internet dish pictures and the dish names can be obtained according to the capturing results.
As for the process of searching in the internet dish pictures, the process is similar to the process of searching in the dish pictures corresponding to the restaurant, so that the details are not repeated herein, and the mutual reference is only required.
Because the magnitude order of the Internet dish pictures is far greater than that of the restaurant dish pictures, the number of the reference dish pictures is far greater than that of the result dish pictures, and therefore the reference dish pictures can be used as effective bases for evaluating the result dish pictures and screening the result dish pictures.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the step S2 of screening the result dish picture according to the reference dish picture may specifically include:
Step S21, screening the result dish pictures according to the number of first reference dish pictures which are the same as or similar to the result dish pictures; or
For example, the result vegetable pictures may be sorted in descending order of the number of first reference vegetable pictures that are the same as or similar to the result vegetable pictures, and the top P number of result vegetable pictures may be selected, or the top P number of result vegetable pictures may be selected, where the number of result vegetable pictures is greater than a second threshold.
And step S22, screening the result dish pictures according to the number of second reference dish pictures which are the same as or similar to the result dish pictures and have dish names matched with the dish names corresponding to the result dish pictures.
The matching of the dish name corresponding to the second reference dish picture and the dish name corresponding to the result dish picture can be used to represent that the characters corresponding to the two dish names are matched, which may specifically include: the names of the two dishes are the same or similar, for example, the "spicy lobster" and the "spicy shrimp" are similar names of the dishes, and the embodiment of the invention does not limit the specific conditions and the corresponding matching process for matching the two names of the dishes.
And 105, outputting the name of the dish corresponding to the food picture.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the client may display the name of the dish corresponding to the food picture in a vicinity of the food picture. Referring to fig. 2, an example of outputting a name of a dish corresponding to the food picture according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the name of the dish corresponding to the food picture may be presented in a lower area of the food picture of the user: the spicy grilled fish, the spicy grilled fish and the spicy lobster can show the names of the dishes through a control for a user to select.
In another optional embodiment of the present invention, the method of the embodiment of the present invention may further include: and outputting related information of the dish name corresponding to the food picture. Since richer information can be automatically provided to the user, the efficiency of obtaining information by the user can be further improved. The related information may specifically include: at least one of calorie, ingredient, dish, preparation time, taste, recipe, preparation method, restaurant and the like, it is understood that the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to specific related information. For example, referring to fig. 3, an example of outputting information related to a name of a dish corresponding to the food picture according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein in a case where the user selects the "spicy lobster" shown in fig. 2, information such as calories, main ingredients, auxiliary ingredients, seasonings, cuisine, preparation time, and taste of the "spicy lobster" may be further output.
In yet another optional embodiment of the present invention, the related information may specifically include at least one of the following information:
The recipe and/or the making method of the dish name;
The calories of the dish name; and
And the restaurant corresponding to the dish name and meeting the preset position condition and/or the preset recommendation degree condition.
In practical applications, a recipe, a production method, or calories of the name of the dish may be obtained by searching in a search engine, a food-related website, a food-related APP (Application program), or an encyclopedia APP according to the name of the dish, and the recipe, the production method, or the calories are displayed to a user.
According to the name of the dish, restaurants meeting preset position conditions and/or preset recommendation degree conditions are searched and obtained in a search engine, a food related website, a food related APP and the like, and are displayed to the user. The preset position condition may be used to constrain a distance between the geographic position information of the restaurant and the geographic position information corresponding to the food picture, where the distance may be smaller than a distance threshold, and the distance threshold may be 500m, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit a specific distance threshold; the preset recommendation degree condition may be used to constrain the recommendation degree of the restaurant, where the recommendation degree may be obtained based on behaviors of the user such as evaluation behavior, approval behavior, and recommendation behavior for the restaurant, and generally, the preset recommendation degree condition may be that the recommendation degree is greater than a recommendation degree threshold, or the preset recommendation degree condition may be that a ranking result of the recommendation degree is ranked at top N, where N is a natural number greater than or equal to 1.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, steps 101 to 105 may be executed by a client, may also be executed by a server, or may also be executed by a client and a server in a matching manner, and the execution subject corresponding to steps 101 to 105 is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In summary, the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:
Firstly, the name of a dish corresponding to a food picture of a user is automatically identified and output, so that the name of the dish corresponding to the food picture can be automatically output under the condition that the user does not know the name of the dish or is inconvenient to input characters, the user can quickly obtain the name of the dish or obtain further information according to the name of the dish (for example, the name of the dish is applied to a search engine to obtain further information such as calories);
For example, in the existing scheme, the user a needs to input the name of a dish in a search engine to obtain the calories contained in the dish through the result provided by the search engine; the embodiment of the invention can automatically output the name of the dish corresponding to the gourmet picture, and can reduce the difficulty of information acquisition and improve the efficiency of information acquisition because the operation of inputting characters by a user can be saved;
Secondly, in the process of identifying the name of the dish corresponding to the food picture, determining a restaurant near the user according to the geographical position information corresponding to the food picture, obtaining a result dish picture which is the same as or similar to the food picture within the range of the dish picture corresponding to the restaurant, and further determining the name of the dish corresponding to the food picture according to the name of the dish corresponding to the result dish picture; on one hand, because the range of the dish pictures corresponding to the restaurant is far smaller than the range of the traditional internet pictures, the embodiment of the invention can reduce the contrast range of picture matching as much as possible, thereby ensuring the speed of food picture identification, and on the other hand, the dish pictures corresponding to the restaurant have higher correlation with the food pictures actually provided by the same restaurant, thereby ensuring the accuracy of food picture identification;
Thirdly, the embodiment of the invention can also output the related information of the name of the dish corresponding to the food picture, which can further improve the efficiency of the user for obtaining information because the related information such as calories corresponding to the dish can be automatically provided for the user compared with the related information of the dish obtained by the existing scheme through a search engine;
Fourthly, when the embodiment of the invention is applied to processing flows of uploading, backup, beautifying and the like of food pictures, the processing efficiency of the food pictures can be improved;
For example, in the existing scheme, after the user B uploads the food picture on the friend circle of the WeChat, the name of the dish of the food picture needs to be input in the input box of the friend circle; the embodiment of the invention can automatically output the name of the dish corresponding to the cate picture so that the user can input the name of the dish into the input box of the friend circle through selection operation; the time cost of the selection operation is far less than the operation of inputting the name of the food in the input box of the friend circle, so the embodiment of the invention can also improve the uploading efficiency of the food picture.
For another example, in the process of beautifying the gourmet picture by the user, the embodiment of the invention can automatically output the name of the dish corresponding to the gourmet picture, so that the user can put the name of the dish into the gourmet picture through selection operation.
