Abstract
本发明涉及一种汽车用复合座椅垫，属于汽车内饰品技术领域。一种汽车用复合座椅垫，包括座椅垫外套，座椅垫外套内部最上层装有纤维缓冲层，纤维缓冲层下方粘贴有橡胶海绵层，纤维缓冲层与橡胶海绵层上粘贴有保健石。本发明的一种汽车用复合座椅垫，采用多种材料复合而成，仿皮外套干净、透气、易清洗，上方的锗石含有人体所需的硒、锌、镍、钴、锰、镁、钙等30多种对人体有益的微量元素，这些元素散发的启动波和人体细胞的启动波是同一种波动状态，人体细胞随着从锗石散发出的波动产生共鸣和共振，使人体细胞组织更具活力，并促进血液循坏、增强新陈代谢、及进排除体内废物，利于乘坐者的健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车用复合座椅垫，属于汽车内饰品技术领域。
背景技术
汽车坐垫种类多种多样，有真皮、人造革、尼龙、化纤、人造毛、涤纶羊毛等不同材质的坐垫，但是单一材料制成的坐垫，不但舒适性不好，还会影响驾驶员与乘坐车的安全。而且现在的汽车坐垫多是套件，在使用过程中，多会影响舒适性和健康性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述已有技术存在的不足之处，提供一种多种材料复合，舒适、健康、安全的汽车用复合座椅垫。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种汽车用复合座椅垫，其特殊之处在于包括座椅垫外套1，座椅垫外套1内部最上层装有纤维缓冲层3，纤维缓冲层3下方粘贴有橡胶海绵层4，纤维缓冲层3与橡胶海绵层4上粘贴有保健石2，橡胶海绵层4下方粘贴有第一海绵层5，第一海绵层5下方复合连接有第二海绵层6，第二海绵层6下方中间装有弹簧8，弹簧8下方装有隔离垫片7，隔离垫片7下方粘贴有防滑胶垫9，防滑胶垫9外侧安装有固定带10，固定带10中间装有锁扣11；
所述的座椅垫外套1为PU仿皮制成；
所述的保健石2为锗石；
所述的纤维缓冲层3为无纺布与纱布复合而成；
所述的橡胶海绵层4为三元乙丙橡胶为主料添加发泡剂、硫化剂、防老剂、增塑剂、填充剂制成；
所述的第一海绵层5为再生海绵；
所述的第二海绵层6为高回弹海绵；
所述的隔离垫片7为聚酯橡胶垫片；

以下参考附图给出本发明的具体实施方式，用来对本发明的构成作进一步详细说明。
本实施例的一种汽车用复合座椅垫，包括座椅垫外套1，座椅垫外套1内部最上层装有纤维缓冲层3，纤维缓冲层3下方粘贴有橡胶海绵层4，纤维缓冲层3与橡胶海绵层4上粘贴有保健石2，橡胶海绵层4下方粘贴有第一海绵层5，第一海绵层5下方复合连接有第二海绵层6，第二海绵层6下方中间装有弹簧8，弹簧8下方装有隔离垫片7，隔离垫片7下方粘贴有防滑胶垫9，防滑胶垫9外侧安装有固定带10，固定带10中间装有锁扣11；
所述的座椅垫外套1为PU仿皮制成；
所述的保健石2为锗石；
所述的纤维缓冲层3为无纺布与纱布复合而成；
所述的橡胶海绵层4为三元乙丙橡胶为主料添加发泡剂、硫化剂、防老剂、增塑剂、填充剂制成；

所述的第二海绵层6为高回弹海绵；
所述的隔离垫片7为聚酯橡胶垫片。

1.一种汽车用复合座椅垫，其特征在于包括座椅垫外套(1)，座椅垫外套(1)内部最上层装有纤维缓冲层(3)，纤维缓冲层(3)下方粘贴有橡胶海绵层(4)，纤维缓冲层(3)与橡胶海绵层(4)上粘贴有保健石(2)，橡胶海绵层(4)下方粘贴有第一海绵层(5)，第一海绵层(5)下方复合连接有第二海绵层(6)，第二海绵层(6)下方中间装有弹簧(8)，弹簧(8)下方装有隔离垫片(7)，隔离垫片(7)下方粘贴有防滑胶垫(9)，防滑胶垫(9)外侧安装有固定带(10)，固定带(10)中间装有锁扣(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用复合座椅垫，其特征在于所述的座椅垫外套(1)为PU仿皮制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用复合座椅垫，其特征在于所述的保健石(2)为锗石。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用复合座椅垫，其特征在于所述的纤维缓冲层(3)为无纺布与纱布复合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用复合座椅垫，其特征在于所述的橡胶海绵层(4)为三元乙丙橡胶为主料添加发泡剂、硫化剂、防老剂、增塑剂、填充剂制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用复合座椅垫，其特征在于所述的第一海绵层(5)为再生海绵。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用复合座椅垫，其特征在于所述的第二海绵层(6)为高回弹海绵。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用复合座椅垫，其特征在于所述的隔离垫片(7)为聚酯橡胶垫片。
