Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED灯板结构,包括LED基板,LED基板表面覆盖有导热基板,导热基板通过可拆卸螺钉连接在LED基板上,导热基板上表面且位于侧面处安装有光触媒板,光触媒板粘接在导热基板上,导热基板上表面设有导热绝缘片,导热绝缘片至少为三个,其嵌入设置在导热基板上,其呈平行对称设置,导热绝缘片之间连接有导电片,导电片两端均嵌入设置在导热绝缘片内,导热绝缘片对应导电片处开有与其匹配的卡槽,卡槽内设触点,本LED灯板结构结构紧凑、部件布局合理,大大提高了传热效率,且使用更加方便,同时能有效保护整个板体不易受到损坏,同时能起到对空气的净化作用,适用于各种使用环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种LED灯板结构。
背景技术
目前随着LED的技术不断技进步,集成大功率LED和1W功率级LED推大电流的方案已被越来越多的应用于LED照明中。采用这二种方案虽然降低了成本,但由于单位面积内的发热量增加,导致原来的铝基板的方案在传热方面有了一定的局限性。当然现在市场上也出现了导热系数更高的铝基板或铜基板,但这几种方案无疑会导致成本的增加,存在一定的缺陷,不能更好的满足市场低成本高销售的需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服上述问题,提供一种结构紧凑、部件布局合理,大大提高了传热效率的LED灯板结构。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是这样的:本发明的LED灯板结构,包括LED基板,LED基板表面覆盖有导热基板,导热基板通过可拆卸螺钉连接在LED基板上,导热基板上表面且位于侧面处安装有光触媒板,光触媒板粘接在导热基板上,导热基板上表面设有导热绝缘片,导热绝缘片至少为三个,其嵌入设置在导热基板上,其呈平行对称设置,导热绝缘片之间连接有导电片,导电片两端均嵌入设置在导热绝缘片内,导热绝缘片对应导电片处开有与其匹配的卡槽,卡槽内设触点。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述LED基板采用防水结构材料制成。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述LED基板外侧面贴覆有透明薄膜材料层。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述光触媒板不止一个。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述导热绝缘片内置数根导热绝缘丝。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述导热绝缘片铰接在导热基板上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本LED灯板结构结构紧凑、部件布局合理,大大提高了传热效率,且使用更加方便,同时能有效保护整个板体不易受到损坏,同时能起到对空气的净化作用,适用于各种使用环境。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示的本发明LED灯板结构的优选实施例,包括LED基板1,LED基板1表面覆盖有导热基板2,导热基板2通过可拆卸螺钉连接在LED基板1上,导热基板2上表面且位于侧面处安装有光触媒板3,光触媒板3粘接在导热基板2上,导热基板2上表面设有导热绝缘片4,导热绝缘片4至少为三个,其嵌入设置在导热基板2上,其呈平行对称设置,导热绝缘片4之间连接有导电片5,导电片5两端均嵌入设置在导热绝缘片4内,导热绝缘片4对应导电片5处开有与其匹配的卡槽,卡槽内设触点。
所述LED基板1采用防水结构材料制成。具有良好的防水性。
所述LED基板1外侧面贴覆有透明薄膜材料层。可以更好的保护LED基板1避免被划伤等情况。
所述光触媒板3不止一个。净化更彻底,同时能起到驱赶蚊虫的作用。
所述导热绝缘片4内置数根导热绝缘丝。导热绝缘效果更好。
所述导热绝缘片4铰接在导热基板2上。方便进行使用。
本发明的LED灯板结构结构紧凑、部件布局合理,大大提高了传热效率,且使用更加方便,同时能有效保护整个板体不易受到损坏,同时能起到对空气的净化作用,适用于各种使用环境。导热基板2通过可拆卸螺钉连接在LED基板1上,便于进行拆卸更换;导电片5两端均嵌入设置在导热绝缘片4内,导热绝缘片4对应导电片5处开有与其匹配的卡槽,卡槽内设触点,导电效果良好,连接性能更稳定。

1.一种LED灯板结构,包括LED基板,其特征在于:LED基板表面覆盖有导热基板,导热基板通过可拆卸螺钉连接在LED基板上,导热基板上表面且位于侧面处安装有光触媒板,光触媒板粘接在导热基板上,导热基板上表面设有导热绝缘片,导热绝缘片至少为三个,其嵌入设置在导热基板上,其呈平行对称设置,导热绝缘片之间连接有导电片,导电片两端均嵌入设置在导热绝缘片内,导热绝缘片对应导电片处开有与其匹配的卡槽,卡槽内设触点。
