Abstract
一种炼油厂三泥处理系统,包括与三相卧螺离心机进液口连接的三泥污水管路、反冲洗管路、蒸汽管路以及絮凝剂输送管路,三相卧螺离心机连接电机和变频器,三相卧螺离心机出泥口连接出泥管道,出泥管道与出泥口通过软管道连接,出泥管道上设置有储泥罐、泥饼泵、刀型闸阀,三相卧螺离心机出水口通过软管道连接出水管道,出水管道末端向下倾斜15~30度,三相卧螺离心机出油口通过软管道连接出油管道,出油管道上设置有泥饼泵、刀型闸阀,蒸汽管路上设置有蒸汽注射装置,蒸汽注射装置包括顺次设置于蒸汽管路上的刀型闸阀、电动调节阀、单向阀以及设置于三泥污水管路上的喷射管,刀型闸阀与电动调节阀间设置有冷凝水排出管路。制作成本低,便于工业化应用。
Description
技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及炼油厂污染物处理领域,尤其涉及炼油厂的三泥处理,三泥是指油泥、浮渣以及活性污泥。
背景技术
[0002]炼油厂三泥主要包括浮选池加药产生的浮渣、生化系统产生的剩余活性污泥、隔油池池底泥等,俗称三泥。炼油厂三泥组成十分复杂,变异性大,含有大量的有害物质,由于其性质特殊,脱水和处理技术难度大且成本高。由于其残油、有机物、重金属含量高,是一种严重的污染物,且随着炼厂原油质量变差和数量的增加,三泥产量大幅度增加。2008年颁布的国家危险废物名录明确将炼油厂含油污泥认定为危险废物。大部分炼厂将三泥进行简单脱水后外委处理,外委处理每吨费用高达1500〜2000元,处理成本高。此外,有的地区已经严格要求三泥不得出厂,这给炼油厂三泥处理带来了更加严峻的挑战。若不妥善处理,不仅占地大,而且随雨水的冲刷污染土壤、地面水和地下水,对厂内甚至厂外土壤、水体、空气造成污染,会造成资源的浪费。因此,完善和严格污泥处理工艺,实现三泥的资源化处理具有重要的应用前景。
发明内容
[0003]本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种工艺系统简单,制作成本低,便于工业化应用的炼油厂三泥处理系统。
[0004]为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种炼油厂三泥处理系统,其特征在于包括与三相卧螺离心机进液口连接的三泥污水管路、反冲洗管路、蒸汽管路以及絮凝剂输送管路,三相卧螺离心机连接电机和变频器,三相卧螺离心机出泥口连接出泥管道,出泥管道与出泥口通过软管道连接,出泥管道上设置有储泥罐、泥饼栗、刀型闸阀,三相卧螺离心机出水口通过软管道连接出水管道,出水管道末端向下倾斜15〜30度,三相卧螺离心机出油口通过软管道连接出油管道,出油管道上设置有螺杆栗、刀型闸阀,所述蒸汽管路上设置有蒸汽注射装置,蒸汽注射装置包括顺次设置于蒸汽管路上的刀型闸阀、电动调节阀、单向阀以及设置于三泥污水管路上的喷射管,刀型闸阀与电动调节阀间设置有冷凝水排出管路。
[0005]作为优选,絮凝剂输送管路输入端连接絮凝剂加药装置,絮凝剂加药装置包括计量输送器、搅拌混合器、计量输送器包括锥形料斗以及锥形料斗底端的计量输送机,搅拌混合器设置于计量输送器下方,搅拌混合器内设置有搅拌器,搅拌混合器顶端设置有工艺水进水管道,搅拌混合器顶端底端连接絮凝剂输送管路。
[0006]作为优选,絮凝剂输送管路上设置有刀型闸阀、絮凝栗以及计量阀。
[0007]作为优选,出油管道另设有一管路I,管路I端部设置有球阀,端部正对设置于出水管道上的回流管路I,回流管路I端部为锥斗状。

[0009]本发明有益效果:本发明采用三相离心分离处理炼油厂三泥处理量大、停留时间短、能耗低。经处理后的三泥,水脱除率高,可以大大节省后续脱水单元的处理难度。处理后的泥饼可掺煤后作为燃料。实现了废物利用,以废治废,无二次污染。工艺系统简单,制作成本低,便于工业化应用。

[0013]实施例1:一种炼油厂三泥处理系统,包括与三相卧螺离心机I进液口 1.1连接的三泥污水管路2、反冲洗管路3、蒸汽管路4以及絮凝剂输送管路5,三相卧螺离心机I连接电机和变频器6,三相卧螺离心机I出泥口 1.2连接出泥管道7,出泥管道7与出泥口 1.2通过软管道连接,出泥管道7上设置有储泥罐8、泥饼栗9、刀型闸阀10,三相卧螺离心机I出水口 1.3通过软管道连接出水管道11,出水管道11末端向下倾斜15〜30度,三相卧螺离心机I出油口 1.4通过软管道连接出油管道12,出油管道12上设置有螺杆栗13、刀型闸阀10,所述蒸汽管路4上设置有蒸汽注射装置14,蒸汽注射装置14包括顺次设置于蒸汽管路4上的刀型闸阀10、电动调节阀15、单向阀16以及设置于三泥污水管路2上的喷射管17,刀型闸阀10与电动调节阀15间设置有冷凝水排出管路18。絮凝剂输送管路5输入端连接絮凝剂加药装置19,絮凝剂加药装置19包括计量输送器19.1、搅拌混合器19.2、计量输送器19.1包括锥形料斗以及锥形料斗底端的计量输送机19.1.1,搅拌混合器19.2设置于计量输送器19.1下方,搅拌混合器19.2内设置有搅拌器19.2.1,搅拌混合器19.2顶端设置有工艺水进水管道,搅拌混合器19.2顶端底端连接絮凝剂输送管路5。絮凝剂输送管路5上设置有刀型闸阀10、絮凝栗20以及计量阀21。出油管道12另设有一管路I 23,管路I 23端部设置有球阀22,端部正对设置于出水管道11上的回流管路I 24,回流管路I 24端部为锥斗状。出水管道11上设置有回流管路Π 25,回流管路Π 25端部设置有球阀22,正对回流管路I端部。

1.一种炼油厂三泥处理系统,其特征在于包括与三相卧螺离心机进液口连接的三泥污水管路、反冲洗管路、蒸汽管路以及絮凝剂输送管路,三相卧螺离心机连接电机和变频器,三相卧螺离心机出泥口连接出泥管道,出泥管道与出泥口通过软管道连接,出泥管道上设置有储泥罐、泥饼栗、刀型闸阀,三相卧螺离心机出水口通过软管道连接出水管道,出水管道末端向下倾斜15〜30度,三相卧螺离心机出油口通过软管道连接出油管道,出油管道上设置有螺杆栗、刀型闸阀,所述蒸汽管路上设置有蒸汽注射装置,蒸汽注射装置包括顺次设置于蒸汽管路上的刀型闸阀、电动调节阀、单向阀以及设置于三泥污水管路上的喷射管,刀型闸阀与电动调节阀间设置有冷凝水排出管路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种炼油厂三泥处理系统,其特征在于絮凝剂输送管路输入端连接絮凝剂加药装置,絮凝剂加药装置包括计量输送器、搅拌混合器、计量输送器包括锥形料斗以及锥形料斗底端的计量输送机,搅拌混合器设置于计量输送器下方,搅拌混合器内设置有搅拌器,搅拌混合器顶端设置有工艺水进水管道,搅拌混合器顶端底端连接絮凝剂输送管路。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种炼油厂三泥处理系统,其特征在于絮凝剂输送管路上设置有刀型闸阀、絮凝栗以及计量阀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种炼油厂三泥处理系统,其特征在于出油管道另设有一管路I,管路I端部设置有球阀,端部正对设置于出水管道上的回流管路I,回流管路I端部为锥斗状。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种炼油厂三泥处理系统,其特征在于出水管道上设置有回流管路Π,回流管路Π端部设置有球阀,正对回流管路I端部。
