[0002] 我国是一个水资源缺乏的大国同时也是一个水污染极其严重的大国,随着高速公 路事业的发展在给人们再来便利交通的同时也给公路周围的环境带来了巨大的压力,公路 建设与环境保护之间的矛盾也越来越尖锐。国内外众多研宄表明,高速公路营运期间,路面 上会残留很多污染物,如SX0D、重金属、P、N营养物氯化物、油脂和PAHs等,随着雨水的冲刷 形成路面径流,会对周围的水体或是土壤造成污染,并最终导致环境的不断恶化。同时在公 路的建设中,会不可避免的穿越一些重要的水源保护区、河流、湖泊等,在跨越这些水敏感 地区时如不对路面径流进行处理而直接排放,则会对周围环境造成严重的后果。
[0003] 目前,我国绝大多数地区是不对路面径流进行处理或只是进行了简单的处理,在 对周围环境造成破坏的同时忽略了对水资源进行回收利用的问题,净化后的径流是可以排 入到自然水体或是回灌农田并不是都要通过下水道进行排水。所以,在大力发展高速公路 建设的同时也要协调好公路建设与环境保护间的矛盾,做到公路建设对周围生态环境影响 最小是极其重要的。

[0004] 本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种对路面上的污水净化后进行集 中的排水和蓄水,可再利用于农田灌溉、公路旁景观养护,从而能有效保护道路的周边环 境,与自然融为一体、具有一定的景观效应的路面径流综合净化装置。

[0017] 通过组合式人工湿地,将潜流式湿地和表面流湿地组合,按水体流向依次为潜流 式湿地、过水槽和表面流湿地。运行时,径流经边沟向潜流式湿地布水,水流从湿地表面过 滤渗透至床底然后从底部横向移动至过水槽中,待水槽中水流逐渐溢满后再从槽顶漫流至 表面流湿地中,最后经表面流湿地的进一步净化后从排水沟就近排出,解决了路面径流收 集与处治中径流量的不确定性问题,过水槽的主要功能有缓存积水、跌水增氧和进水布水, 不仅能适应径流量大的情况,同时在少雨季节时还能通过缓存一定量的雨水来保证潜流式 湿地内的水位高度。
[0018] 综上所述,本发明可以有效的将径流中的大型污染物和小型污染物进行分离,避 免周围环境污染,在高速公路穿越水源保护群路段时可以保障周围水体和土壤的安全,防 止生态环境遭受破坏,可以提高路面径流后期处治效果,即使直接排出,也不会污染水体, 最终达到减小径流污染物对自然水体水质的影响,有效的保护水体环境和节约水资源,本 发明能有效保护道路的周边环境,同时与自然融为一体具有一定的景观效应,体现了人与 自然和谐相处的发展理念。

具体实施方式
[0024] 本发明专利涉及到一种路面径流综合净化装置,为了使本发明的技术和思想达到 其目的与功效,下面结合附图,详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
[0025]如图1至4所示,本发明包括路面径流收集装置1和人工湿地结构,所述路面径流收 集装置包括收集路面径流的生态边沟13,所述生态边沟13的上侧为进水口,底部设有集水 系统2,
[0026] 所述人工湿地结构包括潜流式湿地3和表面流湿地5,所述路面径流收集装置通过 集水系统中排水管与所述潜流式湿地的径流水流入口连接,所述潜流式湿地和表面流湿地 之间通过过水槽连接,所述表面流湿地的径流水流出口与排水沟连接。
[0027] 生态边沟13由混凝土砌筑,边厚150mm,底厚300mm,边沟深1 • 5m,沟底采用混凝土 砌筑一边可以防止水流渗入浸泡路基,另一方面可以防止地下水渗入;边沟靠路面侧边坡 处设置格栅11,格栅11下布置颗粒收集袋,初步过滤去除较大粒径或是大型杂质污染物;经 过格栅11过滤后,径流流入下方生态边沟13,生态边沟13最上层为种植土壤层14,种植土壤 层14厚度为控制径流下渗速度而定,下渗速度为0.3〜0.6m/h,在经过土壤层的减渗后,径 流流入下方的第二卵石层I5,第二卵石层15采用粒径为30〜50mm的光滑卵石组成,层厚 200mm,汇集水流流入到蛭石层16,蛭石层采用粒径为3〜5mm蛭石组成,层厚300mm,路面径 流中的主要污染物如重金属、石油类及悬浮物质在蛭石层16中,得到有效的吸附和净化,得 到处理后的路面径流随着流入碎石层111,碎石层111采用粒径为40〜60ram的块石组成,层 厚700mm。碎石层主要充当排水层,在层中设置集水管等排水结构。
[0028] 生态边沟13底部的集水系统2主要排水结构由集水管和排水管组成,路面径流通 过净化后流入到碎石层111,集水系统2包括集水支管17、集水主管19及排水管110,集水支 管I7直径为400mm,相邻集水支管I7间距为5m,集水支管17迎着径流方向设置集水孔18,孔 径为40mm,相邻集水孔I8间距为30mm,径流通过集水孔18进入到集水支管17,在集水支管17 中顺着沟底坡度流入到集水主管19中,主管直径为600mm,沿着路线方向铺设,径流在主管 中汇集,在集水主管19上每隔2〇m设置排水管110,在排水管110外与人工湿地结构中的潜流 式湿地的径流水流入口连接,从而对于危险品泄漏可以进行集中储存,防止污染的扩大化。 [0029] 潜流式湿地3的床底采用粘土夯实加防水土工布进行防渗处理,潜流式湿地3内围 堰高度较设计水位高20cm,其余侧面围堰高设计与潜流式湿地等高或高于出水处围堰 10cm,设计水位根据满足水生植物生长的适宜水深确定,边坡坡度为1: i,床底沿水流动方 向设置一定纵坡,坡度为1:100,湿地的长宽比控制在1:1〜6:1之间,床体内填充基质按功 能从上至下分别为40cm种植层、3〇cm吸附层和2〇cm透水层。其中种植层材料采用渗透系数 较高的砂性土,吸附层选用如活性炭、生物陶粒等具有较好吸附性能的材料,透水层材料采 用粒径为8〜16mm的碎碼石。
[0030] 表面流湿地5的床底采用粘土夯实加防水土工布进行防渗处理,边坡坡度为i : i, 床底沿水流动方向设置一定纵坡,坡度为1:100,出水处围堰高度较设计水位高20cm,其余 侧面围堰高设计与潜流式湿地等高或高于出水处围堰10cm。湿地的长宽比控制在1:1〜3:丄 之间,床体内填充基质按功能从上至下分别为40cm种植层和20cm透水层,各层基质材料与 潜流式湿地相同。
[0031]过水槽为连接潜流式湿地和表面流湿地的过渡结构,采用水泥混凝土浇筑,厚度 25 cm,过水槽宽度100cm,过水槽内铺设30cm厚的巨石、块石层9用于防止水流冲刷。为防止 结构倾覆,过水槽的底部分别向潜流式湿地床和表面流湿地两边延伸100cm。靠潜流式湿地 一侧槽底每1 〇〇cm布置一外径20cm的PVC材料的过水管8用于潜流池内的水排出,过水槽的 槽面高度较围堰低20cm,另从顶部起每50cm高度设置一跌水层7,跌水层结构厚度10cm,第 一级跌水层伸出长度l〇cm,往下每级增加5cm,当径流量过大雨水来不及从槽底过水管排出 时,水流可从水槽顶部漫流至槽中而不至于从湿地向外溢出,同时设置跌水层可减缓水的 流速并起到增加水中氧气含量的作用。过水槽靠表面流湿地一侧槽壁高度较出水处围堰高 度低10cm,这样两槽壁将形成一高度差,从而使水流能顺利流入表面流湿地中。此外,过水 槽两槽壁外侧还分别设有50cm宽,高度与所在湿地基质层厚度相同的第一卵石层4,卵石粒 径60〜80mm,该结构可起到增加透水性能,防止潜流式湿地中水流带走基质材料并堵塞过 水管,同时防止表面流湿地基质材料被冲刷的作用。
[0032] 在本发明中,径流水一般处治步骤如下:
[0033] 步骤一、利用边沟向潜流式湿地布水;
[0034] 步骤二、水体经一次净化后渗透至湿地床底,并沿床底纵坡流入过水槽中;
[0035] 步骤三、当过水槽中积满水时,水流通过另一侧槽顶漫流至表面流湿地中;
[0036] 步骤四、水流在表面流湿地中停留并得到二次净化,待水位高度高于出水侧围堰 高度时,水流从该侧漫流至外侧排水沟中就近排出。
[0037] 当径流量过大时,步骤二中部分水流将从槽顶漫流至过水槽中,其余步骤与一般 情况相同。

Claims (6)
1. 一种路面径流综合净化装置,包括路面径流收集装置和人工湿地结构,其特征在于, 所述路面径流收集装置包括收集路面径流的生态边沟,所述生态边沟的上侧为进水口,底 部设有集水系统, 所述人工湿地结构包括潜流式湿地和表面流湿地,所述路面径流收集装置通过集水系 统中排水管与所述潜流式湿地的径流水流入口连接,所述潜流式湿地和表面流湿地之间通 过过水槽连接,所述表面流湿地的径流水流出口与排水沟连接; 所述过水槽在与潜流式湿地连接侧的槽壁高于与表面流湿地连接侧的槽壁,所述过水 槽与潜流式湿地连接侧的槽壁下部布设有用于将潜流式湿地内的水排入过水槽的多根过 水管,所述过水槽底部的过水管沿水流方向布设,所述过水槽在与潜流式湿地连接侧的内 槽壁从顶部向下设置多层跌水层,相邻所述跌水层的伸出长度从上到下依次增加; 所述生态边沟入水口一侧设有倾斜设置的格栅,所述格栅的底部设置有颗粒收集袋, 所述生态边沟从进水口到出水孔依次设有种植土壤层、第二卵石层、蛭石层和碎石层,所述 种植土壤层、第二卵石层、蛭石层和碎石层之间均由土工布相隔; 所述集水系统包括集水主管、集水支管和排水管,多根所述集水支管并排设置在生态 边沟的底部,每根所述集水支管上均设置有多个集水孔,所述集水孔设置在生态边沟的底 部且迎着生态边沟水流方向布设,所述集水主管沿生态边沟的纵向设置,所述集水支管与 集水主管连通,所述集水主管上沿集水主管的延伸方向设有多个排水管; 所述集水主管上每隔2〇tn设置有一排水管,所述集水主管直径为600mm,所述集水支管 直径为400mm,所述集水孔孔径为40mm,相邻集水孔间距为30mm,所述第二卵石层采用粒径 为30〜50mm的卵石构成,层厚为200〜300mm,所述蛭石层采用粒径为3〜5mm輕石构成,层厚 为200〜400mm,所述碎石层采用粒径为40〜60mm的块石构成,层厚为600〜800mm。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的路面径流综合净化装置,其特征在于:所述生态边沟为上大下 小的倒梯形,所述生态边沟的边坡坡度为1: 〇. 5,底部沿排水方向设有纵坡,所述生态边沟 的纵坡坡度为1:1〇〇。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的路面径流综合净化装置,其特征在于,所述过水槽底部铺 设有石块层,所述潜流式湿地和表面流湿地内在与过水槽的槽壁连接侧均设有与潜流式湿 地和表面流湿地的基质层厚度相同的第一卵石层。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的路面径流综合净化装置,其特征在于,所述潜流式湿地的边坡 坡度为1:1,所述潜流式湿地床底沿水流动方向设置一定纵坡,所述潜流式湿地的纵坡坡度 为1:100,所述潜流式湿地的长宽比为1:1〜6:1,所述表面流湿地边坡坡度为1:1,表面流湿 地的床底沿水流动方向设置一定纵坡,所述表面流湿地的纵坡坡度为1:10〇,湿地的长宽比 为1:1〜3:1。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的路面径流综合净化装置,其特征在于,所述潜流式湿地的床体 内从上至下依次设置有种植层、吸附层和透水层,所述表面流湿地的床体从上至下依次设 置有种植层和透水层。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的路面径流综合净化装置,其特征在于,所述种植层材料为渗透 系数较高的砂性土,所述吸附层为具有吸附性能的材料构成,所述透水层材料为粒径为8〜 16mm的碎5乐石构成。
