背景技术
[0002] 船用起重机,是船上的一种大甲板机械,它是一种船舶装卸货物的设备。安装在拖船上的通用液压起重机主要是用来起吊生活用品及垃圾杂物,现有的起重机在停放时候,会因吊臂的停放高度、角度问题遮挡驾驶舱部分视线,从而在操作中产生一定的安全隐患,以及在船舶倾向晃动或者操作者使用不当时,引起钢丝绳跑偏、脱槽现象而使起重机无法正常工作,不仅影响了起重机的工作效率,同时也对起重机的正常使用存在隐患。
发明内容
[0003] 针对上述问题,本发明提供了船用液压回转起重机,其结构简单,操作方便,可根据情况改变吊臂的停放角度,有效避免遮挡驾驶舱和钢丝绳跑偏、脱槽的现象,提高工作效率以及使用安全性,具有较好的使用推广价值。
[0004] 其技术方案是这样的:其包括底座,其特征在于:所述底座上通过回转支承安装有转台塔架,位于所述转台塔架的顶部一侧铰接有吊臂,所述吊臂的上端安装有液压绞车,位于所述吊臂的头部安装有滑轮装置,钢丝绳的一端与所述液压绞车连接,所述钢丝绳的另一端穿过所述滑轮装置连接吊钩,所述转台塔架的下部一侧设置有第一固定件,所述吊臂的底部设置有第二固定件,所述第一固定件、第二固定件之间安装有变幅油缸,位于所述吊臂的侧部设置有角度指示器。
[0005] 其进一步特征在于:所述滑轮装置包括滑轮,所述滑轮的滑轮槽内绕有所述钢丝绳,挡板固定于所述滑轮两侧的支架间,所述挡板上设有与所述滑轮槽对应的垫块,所述垫块内端位于所述滑轮槽内并设有与所述钢丝绳相间隙匹配的弧形槽,所述弧形槽表面设有防磨垫;所述防磨垫上涂有润滑脂;所述垫块的形状为锥形、长方形或者多边形。
[0006] 本发明的有益效果是,转台塔架的下部一侧设置有第一固定件,吊臂的底部设置有第二固定件,第一固定件、第二固定件之间安装有变幅油缸,位于吊臂的侧部设置有角度指示器,则通过变幅油缸将吊臂放下,且有角度指示器的显示,可控制吊臂的停放角度,而通过在滑轮装置的挡板上设有与滑轮槽相应的垫块,垫块内端设有弧形槽,有效避免了钢丝绳跑偏、脱槽的现象,以及保证起重机安全使用,弧形槽表面设有防磨垫,防磨垫上涂有润滑脂,可防止磨损钢丝绳,具有较好的实用性。

[0008] 如图1、图2所示,本发明包括底座1,底座I上通过回转支承2安装有转台塔架3,位于转台塔架3的顶部一侧铰接有吊臂4,吊臂4的上端安装有液压绞车5,位于吊臂4的头部安装有滑轮装置6,钢丝绳7的一端与液压绞车5连接,钢丝绳7的另一端穿过滑轮装置6连接吊钩8,转台塔架3的下部一侧设置有第一固定件9,吊臂4的底部设置有第二固定件10,第一固定件9、第二固定件10之间安装有变幅油缸11,位于吊臂4的侧部设置有角度指示器12,吊臂4通过变幅油缸11起升,且有角度指示器12的显示,可控制吊臂4的停放角度,从而避免遮挡驾驶舱,滑轮装置6包括滑轮13,滑轮13的滑轮槽14内绕有钢丝绳7,挡板15固定于滑轮13两侧的支架16间,挡板15上设有与滑轮槽14对应的垫块17,垫块17内端位于滑轮槽14内并设有与钢丝绳7相间隙匹配的弧形槽18,则通过滑轮槽14与钢丝绳7、弧形槽18之间的间隙,可有效控制钢丝绳7的偏移防止钢丝绳7跑偏、脱槽的现象,保证起重机的安全使用,弧形槽18表面设有防磨垫19 ;防磨垫19上涂有润滑脂,可防止磨损钢丝绳7 ;垫块17的形状为锥形、长方形或者多边形,具体形状可视实际应用场合的需要进行调整,且垫块17个数可根据实际钢丝绳倍率设置个数。
