一种PVC复合木塑板材,由如下重量份的原料制成:PVC粉55-68份、碳酸钙22-28份、礞石5-10份、聚碳酸丁二醇酯6-12份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯6-12份、碳酸氢二钠8-18份、富马酸二甲酯8-18份、植物纤维22-34份、线性低密度聚乙烯10-16份、聚丙烯10-16份、荔枝壳3-9份、葡萄藤2-7份、蛭石6-10份、陈皮25-36份、蒲公英0.5-1.5份、冬瓜皮0.5-1.5份、橄榄油3-7份、花生油3-7份、酸性助剂8-12份、粘性助剂5-14份。本发明PVC复合木塑板材无毒无刺激性气味,具有很好的加工性能,抗冲击性能好,防雨防晒防静电,特别适合于户外露天以及一些特种装修场合,使用寿命长,能达到15-20年。

本发明涉及木塑板材领域,具体涉及一种PVC复合木塑板材。
背景技术
PVC复合木塑材料是国内外近年蓬勃兴起的一类新型材料,利用木粉、稻壳、秸秆等废植物纤维和PVC及其他载体混合成新的木质材料,再经挤压、模压、注射成型等塑料加工工艺,生产出的板材或型材。主要用于建材、家具、物流包装等行业。随着房地产、建筑业的迅速发展,市场对木塑材料的需求越来越大,而且对产品质量要求也越来越严。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种无毒无刺激性气味,具有很好的加工性能,抗冲击性能好,防雨防晒防静电,特别适合于户外露天以及一些特种装修场合的PVC复合木塑板材。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种PVC复合木塑板材,由如下重量份的原料制成:PVC粉55-68份、碳酸钙22-28份、礞石5-10份、聚碳酸丁二醇酯6-12份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯6-12份、碳酸氢二钠8-18份、富马酸二甲酯8-18份、植物纤维22-34份、线性低密度聚乙烯10-16份、聚丙烯10-16份、荔枝壳3-9份、葡萄藤2-7份、蛭石6-10份、陈皮25-36份、蒲公英0.5-1.5份、冬瓜皮0.5-1.5份、橄榄油3-7份、花生油3-7份、酸性助剂8-12份、粘性助剂5-14份;
所述的酸性助剂包括柠檬酸5-10份、山楂酸5-10份、水杨酸5-10份;
所述的粘性助剂包括环氧树脂8-16份、脲醛树脂6-10份、二甲苯-甲醛树脂5-11份、酚醛树脂8-16份、丁醛树脂6-10份。
一种PVC复合木塑板材,所述的植物纤维包括以下的一种或几种:木粉、棉花秸秆、小麦秸秆、水稻秸秆、稻壳、甘蔗渣、芦苇杆、油菜秸秆。
本发明的工艺步骤如下:将各种原料粉碎混合,然后利用常规的木塑板加工方法即得本发明的PVC复合木塑板材。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明PVC复合木塑板材无毒无刺激性气味,具有很好的加工性能,抗冲击性能好,防雨防晒防静电,特别适合于户外露天以及一些特种装修场合,使用寿命长,能达到15-20年。

一种PVC复合木塑板材,由如下重量份的原料制成:PVC粉55份、碳酸钙22份、礞石5份、聚碳酸丁二醇酯6份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯6份、碳酸氢二钠8份、富马酸二甲酯8份、水稻秸秆和甘蔗渣各11份、线性低密度聚乙烯10份、聚丙烯10份、荔枝壳3份、葡萄藤2份、蛭石6份、陈皮25份、蒲公英0.5份、冬瓜皮0.5份、橄榄油3份、花生油3份、酸性助剂8份、粘性助剂5份;
所述的酸性助剂包括柠檬酸5份、山楂酸5份、水杨酸5份;
所述的粘性助剂包括环氧树脂8份、脲醛树脂6份、二甲苯-甲醛树脂5份、酚醛树脂8份、丁醛树脂6份。
将各种原料粉碎混合,然后利用常规的木塑板加工方法即得本发明的PVC复合木塑板材。
实施例2
一种PVC复合木塑板材,由如下重量份的原料制成:PVC粉62份、碳酸钙25份、礞石8份、聚碳酸丁二醇酯9份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯9份、碳酸氢二钠13份、富马酸二甲酯13份、木粉28份、线性低密度聚乙烯13份、聚丙烯13份、荔枝壳6份、葡萄藤5份、蛭石8份、陈皮30份、蒲公英1份、冬瓜皮1份、橄榄油5份、花生油5份、酸性助剂10份、粘性助剂10份;
所述的酸性助剂包括柠檬酸8份、山楂酸8份、水杨酸8份;
所述的粘性助剂包括环氧树脂12份、脲醛树脂8份、二甲苯-甲醛树脂8份、酚醛树脂12份、丁醛树脂8份。
将各种原料粉碎混合,然后利用常规的木塑板加工方法即得本发明的PVC复合木塑板材。
实施例3
一种PVC复合木塑板材,由如下重量份的原料制成:PVC粉68份、碳酸钙28份、礞石10份、聚碳酸丁二醇酯12份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯12份、碳酸氢二钠18份、富马酸二甲酯18份、芦苇杆34份、线性低密度聚乙烯16份、聚丙烯16份、荔枝壳9份、葡萄藤7份、蛭石10份、陈皮36份、蒲公英1.5份、冬瓜皮1.5份、橄榄油7份、花生油7份、酸性助剂12份、粘性助剂14份;
所述的酸性助剂包括柠檬酸10份、山楂酸10份、水杨酸10份;
所述的粘性助剂包括环氧树脂16份、脲醛树脂10份、二甲苯-甲醛树脂11份、酚醛树脂16份、丁醛树脂10份。
将各种原料粉碎混合,然后利用常规的木塑板加工方法即得本发明的PVC复合木塑板材。

所述的酸性助剂包括柠檬酸5-10份、山楂酸5-10份、水杨酸5-10份;
所述的粘性助剂包括环氧树脂8-16份、脲醛树脂6-10份、二甲苯-甲醛树脂5-11份、酚醛树脂8-16份、丁醛树脂6-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种PVC复合木塑板材,其特征在于,所述的植物纤维包括以下的一种或几种:木粉、棉花秸秆、小麦秸秆、水稻秸秆、稻壳、甘蔗渣、芦苇杆、油菜秸秆。
