本发明提供一种纱管收纱导向装置,属于纺织机械技术领域。它包括收纱机构、导向机构,导向机构的驱动电机和转轴同轴连接,转轴可转动设置在轴支座内,圆盘偏心固结在转轴的上端,圆盘上设置有圆盘槽,摇臂数量为四个,环绕设置在轴支座的四周,摇臂的中端和铰接支轴铰接,摇臂的上端设置有活动球头,活动球头设置于圆盘槽内,导纱环设置在摇臂的下方,收纱机构的纱管支座可转动设置在支承支板上,纱管安装在纱管支座上,皮带轮同轴心设置在纱管支座的下端,四个皮带轮通过驱动皮带连接,收纱电机和其中一个皮带轮同轴连接。本发明有效防止在收纱过程中不同纱管的纱线相互缠绕,有利于连续收纱,结构简单,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织机械技术领域,特别涉及一种纱管收纱导向装置。
背景技术
纺织机械是把天然纤维化学纤维加工成为纺织品所需要的各种机械设备。生产化学纤维的机械虽然包括多种化工机械,现被认为是纺织机械的延伸,属广义的纺织机械。把、麻、丝、毛等不同的纤维加工成纺织品所需要的工序不尽相同,有的完全不同,所以需要的机器也各式各样,种类繁多。纺织机械通常按生产过程分类,计有:纺纱设备、织造设备、印染设备、整理设备、化学纤维抽丝设备、缫丝设备和无纺织布设备。纺纱设备又分为加工短纤维和加工长纤维两类。棉和棉型化纤属短纤维类,毛、麻、绢及其混纺化纤属长纤维类。在纺纱过程中,常常要用到纱管,纱管是用来缠绕纱线用的。纱管分为:粗纱管、细纱管、筒子纱管、纬纱管等等用于不同工序中。纱管收纱过程中需要将纱线来回导向,实现纱管均匀收纱。但是目前的导向装置结构较为复杂,而且在收纱过程中不同纱管的纱线容易相互缠绕,影响连续收纱。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纱管收纱导向装置,有效防止在收纱过程中不同纱管的纱线相互缠绕,有利于连续收纱,结构简单,成本低。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种纱管收纱导向装置,它包括支承支板、收纱机构、导向机构,所述导向机构包括驱动电机、电机支架、轴支座、转轴、圆盘、摇臂、活动球头、铰接支轴、导纱环,所述驱动电机安装在电机支架上,所述电机支架固定在支承支板的下端,所述驱动电机和转轴同轴连接,所述转轴可转动设置在轴支座内,所述圆盘偏心固结在转轴的上端,所述圆盘上设置有圆盘槽,所述摇臂数量为四个,环绕设置在轴支座的四周,所述摇臂的中端和铰接支轴铰接,所述摇臂的上端设置有活动球头,所述活动球头设置于圆盘槽内,所述导纱环设置在摇臂的下方,所述收纱机构包括纱管、纱管支座、皮带轮、驱动皮带、收纱电机,所述纱管支座的数量为四个,所述纱管支座可转动设置在支承支板上,所述纱管安装在纱管支座上,所述皮带轮同轴心设置在纱管支座的下端,四个皮带轮通过驱动皮带连接,所述收纱电机和其中一个皮带轮同轴连接。
进一步地,所述驱动电机为步进电机。
进一步地,所述皮带轮为O型皮带轮。
本发明和现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:导向机构实现了对纱线的导向作用,收纱机构实现了纱管的收纱。收纱电机带动一个皮带轮转动,通过驱动皮带的传递,纱管同步转动进行收纱。驱动电机通过转轴带动圆盘连续回转,摇臂绕着铰接支轴作上下往复摆动。在摇臂的带动下,导纱环上下摆动,实现对纱线的导向作用。在收纱过程中,每根纱线相对独立,避免相互缠绕。驱动电机为步进电机,步进电机的转速、停止的位置只取决于脉冲信号的频率和脉冲数,而不受负载变化的影响,可靠性好。皮带轮为O型皮带轮,结构简单,成本低,可靠性良好,有利于实现设备连续收纱。本发明有效防止在收纱过程中不同纱管的纱线相互缠绕,有利于连续收纱,结构简单,成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
如图1和图2所示,一种纱管收纱导向装置,它包括支承支板1、收纱机构2、导向机构3,导向机构3实现了对纱线的导向作用,收纱机构2实现了纱管14的收纱。所述导向机构3包括驱动电机4、电机支架5、轴支座6、转轴7、圆盘8、摇臂9、活动球头10、铰接支轴11、导纱环12,所述驱动电机4安装在电机支架5上,所述电机支架5固定在支承支板1的下端,所述驱动电机4为步进电机,步进电机的转速、停止的位置只取决于脉冲信号的频率和脉冲数,而不受负载变化的影响,可靠性好。所述驱动电机4和转轴7同轴连接,所述转轴7可转动设置在轴支座6内。所述圆盘8偏心固结在转轴7的上端,所述圆盘8上设置有圆盘槽13。所述摇臂9数量为四个,环绕设置在轴支座6的四周,所述摇臂9的中端和铰接支轴11铰接,所述摇臂9的上端设置有活动球头10,所述活动球头10设置于圆盘槽13内。所述导纱环12设置在摇臂9的下方。所述收纱机构2包括纱管14、纱管支座15、皮带轮16、驱动皮带17、收纱电机18,所述纱管支座15的数量为四个,所述纱管支座15可转动设置在支承支板1上,所述纱管14安装在纱管支座15上,所述皮带轮16同轴心设置在纱管支座15的下端,四个皮带轮16通过驱动皮带17连接,所述收纱电机18和其中一个皮带轮16同轴连接。所述皮带轮16为O型皮带轮,结构简单,成本低,可靠性良好,有利于实现设备连续收纱。
通过上述技术方案,本发明一种纱管收纱导向装置使用时,收纱电机18带动一个皮带轮16转动,通过驱动皮带17的传递,纱管14同步转动进行收纱。驱动电机4通过转轴7带动圆盘8连续回转,摇臂9绕着铰接支轴11作上下往复摆动。在摇臂9的带动下,导纱环12上下摆动,实现对纱线的导向作用。在收纱过程中,每根纱线相对独立,避免相互缠绕。本发明有效防止在收纱过程中不同纱管14的纱线相互缠绕,有利于连续收纱,结构简单,成本低。
