[0026] 4)浮吊继续下放钢管桩,直至钢管桩的载荷传递至河床,浮吊卸荷,完成钢管桩的 插打沉桩作业。

[0029] (1)本发明的一种定位打桩导向架的上抱粧器的腹腔处于机架轴线中心位置处, 浮吊可以不动位置定点喂桩的连续作业,减少了其他设备的投入降低了成本,机架转动到 是施工位置后,只需要推动下抱粧器带动钢管粧倾斜到设计角度,进一步实现了无动力浮 吊用于桥墩环形桩位的插打沉粧作业,具有施工效率高、施工方便和工期短的优点。
[0030] (2)本发明的施工方法,将浮吊、运输船、机架依次直线排列,浮吊吊起钢管桩放入 机架内,依靠机架上平台的上抱桩器进行管粧上部定位,依靠机架下平台的下抱粧器进行 管桩斜度定位,依靠钢管桩自重进行初步沉粧,浮吊吊着液压锤对钢管粧进行插打沉粧作 业到设计位置,而后载将机架转动到下一钢管粧工位后重复前述步骤继续进行钢管桩插打 沉粧。浮吊不用铰锚换位的情况下就可以实现定点喂桩,机架自动导向定位落桩,使用一般 的浮吊就可以完成插打沉粧作业,减少了其他设备的投入,提高了施工效率,保证了工期。
