Abstract

本发明属于中药技术领域，具体涉及一种预防和治疗过敏性皮肤病的中药组合物配方。本发明所述中药组合物配方由下述重量份数的原料组成：生黄芪10-20份、制何首乌10-20份，厚朴10-20份、荆芥10-20份、防风10-20份、蝉蜕10-20份、浮萍10-20份、茵陈各10-20份，地肤子10-20份、白鲜皮10-20份，黄连2-10份，升麻3-10份、生甘草2-10份。本发明所述中药组合物，配方合理、配方中使用的原料来源广泛、成本低廉，疗效可靠，药性平和，无毒副作用，按照中国药典2010版要求制成的散剂、胶囊剂、汤剂或丸剂服用或携带方便。用于治疗荨麻疹、神经性皮炎、皮肤瘙痒症、接触性过敏性皮炎和天疱疮等多种变态反应(过敏)性皮肤病，取得满意疗效，深受患者和医生的好评。

Description

一种预防和治疗过敏性皮肤病的中药组合物配方
技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体涉及一种预防和治疗过敏性皮肤病的中药组合物配方。
技术背景
常见变态反应(过敏)性皮肤病中，主要皮肤瘙痒症、荨麻疹、神经性皮炎、接触性皮炎和天疱疮等。皮肤瘙痒症，中医称为“痒风”。荨麻疹，中医称“隐疹”，俗称“风疹块”。神经性皮炎，中已有“顽癣”、“干癣”、“牛皮癣”等。接触性皮炎，中医称为“花粉疮”、“漆疮”、“膏药风”等。天疱疮，中医称为“天疱疮”、“火赤疮”。这些皮肤病属于皮肤变态反应性(过敏)范畴，临床上比较常见且难以彻底治愈，给患者带来极大的痛苦。现代医学中，变态反应性(过敏)是免疫反应的一种特殊表现，亦即当人体受抗原刺激后，机体产生过高的异常免疫反应，为变态反应性疾病(allergicdiseases)。现总共可分为6型。其中，皮肤过敏反应表现有瘙痒、荨麻疹以及其它各种皮疹等。其他过敏性反应有喉头水肿、支气管痉挛等表现，血清病样反应常以突发的广泛性红斑及荨麻疹样发疹，包括药物引起的皮肤黏膜药疹、大疱性病、光敏感性药疹等。目前有效治疗变态反应(过敏)性疾病，主要采用抗过敏或抗炎药物治疗，但是复发率仍然较高。主要药物有西替利嗪、咪唑斯叮、雷尼替丁，以及甲泼尼松龙等、中药有雷公藤、昆明山海棠、防风通圣丸、玉屏风散、乌蛇止痒丸、消风冲剂等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种使用方便、疗效可靠、副作用小的变态反应(过敏)性皮肤病的中药组合物配方。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案如下：
本发明所述治疗变态反应(过敏)性皮肤病的中药组合物配方由下述重量份数的原料组成：
生黄芪10-20份、制何首乌10-20份，厚朴10-20份、荆芥10-20份、防风10-20份、蝉蜕10-20份、浮萍10-20份、茵陈各10-20份，地肤子10-20份、白鲜皮10-20份，黄连2-10份，升麻3-10份、生甘草2-10份。
本发明的优选配方为：生黄芪12份、制何首乌12份、厚朴10份、荆芥10份、防风10份、蝉蜕10份、浮萍10份、茵陈10份、地肤子12份、、白鲜皮12份、黄连2份、升麻6份、生甘草6份。
上述中药组合物可按照中国药典2010版要求制成散剂或胶囊剂或汤剂或丸剂。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明所述配方主要成分有黄芪、防风、茵陈、黄连等，具有益气祛风、利肝除湿的功效，单独或联合用药，能帮助患者逐渐停用西药和防止复发，本发明所述治疗变态反应(过敏)性皮肤病的中药组合物配方合理、配方中使用的重要原料来源广泛、成本低廉，疗效可靠，药性平和，无毒副作用，按照中国药典2010版要求制成的散剂、胶囊剂、汤剂或丸剂服用或携带方便。用于治疗荨麻疹、神经性皮炎、皮肤瘙痒症、接触性过敏性皮炎和天疱疮等多种变态反应(过敏)性皮肤病，取得满意疗效，疗效可靠，药性平和，无毒副作用，深受患者和医生的好评。
配方中诸药合用具有固表祛风养血除湿之功效。按照中医君臣佐使严格配方。
黄芪、防风、蝉蜕固表益气祛风为君药之用。
首乌、浮萍、升麻、荆芥养血祛风为臣药之用。
白鲜皮、地肤子、黄连、茵陈利肝除湿为佐药之用。
甘草调和诸药药性为使药之用。
具体实施方式
为便于理解本发明，本发明例举实施例如下。本领域技术人员应该明了，所述实施例仅仅用于帮助理解本发明，不应视为对本发明的具体限制。
实施例1
作为医院协定处方提供给皮肤科临床医生用于处方用药。
生黄芪12份、制何首乌12份、厚朴10份、荆芥10份、防风10份、蝉蜕10份、浮萍10份、茵陈10份、地肤子12份、、白鲜皮12份、黄连2份、升麻6份、生甘草6份。
每日1剂，煎服，4周一疗程。
实施例2
作为医院协定处方为患者提供常规代煎中药。
生黄芪12份、制何首乌12份、厚朴10份、荆芥10份、防风10份、蝉蜕10份、浮萍10份、茵陈10份、地肤子12份、、白鲜皮12份、黄连2份、升麻6份、生甘草6份。
每日1剂，煎服，4周一疗程。
实施例3
为中药中成药制剂研发提供中药配方。
生黄芪12份、制何首乌12份、厚朴10份、荆芥10份、防风10份、蝉蜕10份、浮萍10份、茵陈10份、地肤子12份、、白鲜皮12份、黄连2份、升麻6份、生甘草6份。
本发明使用情况：本发明由中国医学科学院北京协和医学院皮肤病医院张怀亮提供本处方，该处方一直作为全院中药协定处方长期被使用，代号“荨麻疹1号”，至今6年长期大量用于皮肤科临床，平均每天的代煎剂在1000付左右，用于治疗上述荨麻疹、神经性皮炎、皮肤瘙痒症、接触性过敏性皮炎和天疱疮等多种变态反应(过敏)性皮肤病，取得满意疗效，疗效可靠，药性平和，无毒副作用，深受患者和医生的好评。
本发明人声明，所属技术领域的技术人员在上述实施例的基础上，将上述实施例某组份的具体的含量点值，与发明内容部分的技术方案相组合，从而产生的新的数值范围，也是本发明的记载范围之一，本发明为使说明书简明，不再罗列这些数值范围。
临床观察资料举例：2009年4月至9月，总收治荨麻疹患者共40例，其中，男性20例，女性20例；年龄9-69岁，平均34.4岁；病程0.25-10年，平均19.50个月；疗程0.5-10个月，平均1.8个月。为医院协定处方为患者提供常规代煎中药。随访时间为2011年。
远期疗效判断标准：痊愈皮疹与自觉症状消失，随访3个月以上未复发；显效，随访3个月以上，皮疹与症状减轻70％以上；有效，随访3个月以上，皮疹与症状减轻30％以上；无效，随访3个月以上，皮疹与症状减轻30％以下。
结果：痊愈15例，显效7例，有效8例，无效11例。有效率(痊愈+显效)22例(55.00％)
未见毒副作用。
结论：本方在在治疗荨麻疹特别是慢性荨麻疹(1.5个月以上)远期疗效方面疗效可靠，平均用药时间1.8个月。
未见毒副作用。
本组病例随访时间均超过1年。

Claims (4)

1.一种预防和治疗过敏性皮肤病的中药组合物配方，其特征是由以下重量份数的原料组成：
生黄芪10-20份、制何首乌10-20份，厚朴10-20份、荆芥10-20份、防风10-20份、蝉蜕10-20份、浮萍10-20份、茵陈各10-20份，地肤子10-20份、白鲜皮10-20份，黄连2-10份，升麻3-10份、生甘草2-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种预防和治疗过敏性皮肤病的中药组合物配方，其特征是优选配方为：生黄芪12份、制何首乌12份、厚朴10份、荆芥10份、防风10份、蝉蜕10份、浮萍10份、茵陈10份、地肤子12份、、白鲜皮12份、黄连2份、升麻6份、生甘草6份。
3.权利要求1或权利要求2所述一种预防和治疗过敏性皮肤病的中药组合物配方可按照中国药典2010版要求制成散剂或胶囊剂或汤剂或丸剂。
4.权利要求1或权利要求2所述一种预防和治疗过敏性皮肤病的中药组合物配方在制备治疗荨麻疹或神经性皮炎或皮肤瘙痒症或接触性过敏性皮炎或天疱疮多种变态反应性皮肤病药物中的应用。
