现有禽蛋加工企业在加工禽蛋时、大都只是将蛋清与蛋黄加工成食品销售，而蛋壳和蛋壳内膜直接丢弃或者喂猪、喂鸡，造成极大的浪费和污染了环境，同时减小了禽蛋的附加值。
发明内容
本发明一种蛋壳内膜美容膏解决了上述缺陷，利用蛋壳内膜富含羟脯氨酸、蛋白质、脂质、糖、钠、经过分离提取的羟脯氨酸和钠作为主要原材料，加入从蜂胶中提取的黄铜、萜稀、槲皮素，再加入从人参中提取的人参皂苷、人参聚乙炔、人参二醇皂苷，经过混合在3—5℃的状态下，由超高速电磁磨磨至细度为1200—1600目，然后制成纯天然蛋壳内膜美容膏。

结合上述进一步说明本发明的实施方案：
一种蛋壳内膜美容膏：包括羟脯氨酸、钠、黄铜、萜稀、槲皮素、人参皂苷、人参聚乙炔、人参二醇皂苷；
以下为100g蛋壳内膜美容膏的配方：
a羟脯氨酸37g；
b钠8g；
c黄铜10g；
d萜稀10g；
e槲皮素10g；
f人参皂苷10g；
g人参聚乙炔10g；
h人参二醇皂苷5g。
一种蛋壳内膜美容膏的原料成分及功效：
蛋壳内膜成分为：蛋白质、脂质、糖、钠及羟脯氨酸，经现代医学研究证明羟脯氨酸是胶原蛋白特有的氨基酸、可以防止皮肤老化、使肌肤显得细腻光滑、钠具有保湿抗脱水的功效、使皮肤红润富有弹性；
蜂胶成分为：黄铜、多糖、高良姜素、山奈酚、木脂素、萜稀、槲皮素，经现代医学研究证明黄铜、槲皮素、萜稀可以强化细胞膜、活化细胞、调节多种酶的活性、能使皱纹平复、色素分解、减少色素沉淀、抗角质氧化、抗衰老；
人参成分为：人参皂甙、人参多糖、人参蛋白质、人参挥发油、氨基酸、维生素，黄酮、酶类、人参聚乙炔、人参二醇皂苷，经现代医学研究证明人参皂甙、人参聚乙炔、人参二醇皂苷具有抗脂质过氧化作用、抗衰老作用的基础；
根据上述经现代医学研究证明：羟脯氨酸、钠、黄铜、萜稀、槲皮素、人参皂苷、人参聚乙炔、人参二醇皂苷，经过混合、在3—5℃的状态下研磨制成纯天然蛋壳内膜美容膏，使用过后能够平复皱纹、保湿、分解色素、减少色素沉淀、抗角质氧化、防止皮肤老化、使肌肤显得细腻光滑、红润富有弹性、是极佳的护肤品。
一种蛋壳内膜美容膏在制作过程中，先将从蛋壳内膜中分离提取出来的羟脯氨酸、钠，从蜂胶中分离提取出来的黄铜、萜稀、槲皮素，从人参中分离提取出来的人参皂苷、人参聚乙炔、人参二醇皂苷，装入密封的搅拌器中搅拌10分钟待用，将超高速电磁磨磨盘、磁圈及内壁用纯净水清洗干净、安装好，将电机调至35000r/min，再将电磁磨的制冷系统调至3—5℃，待电磁磨的内部温度降至设定温度时，启动电磁磨，查看运转情况正常，将搅拌器的出口与电磁磨的人口对接、缓慢打开阀门，经过搅拌的美容膏半成品缓慢向电磁磨的内部流入，在电磁磨的超高转速研磨下、美容膏的半成品成为成品、从电磁磨的出口流入密封的储存罐待分装。

a羟脯氨酸37g；
b钠8g；
c黄铜10g；
d萜稀10g；
e槲皮素10g；
f人参皂苷10g；
g人参聚乙炔10g；
h人参二醇皂苷5g。
