Abstract
本发明为一种胶带大巷输送机机头硐室的支护方法,首先铺设铁丝网片,然后打注锚杆和锚索,最后进行厚度200mm、强度C20的喷浆支护。采用本发明支护方法施工的工期明显的缩短,为矿井验收征得了宝贵的时间。采用本发明支护方法节约了大量的投资,与传统设计相比节约了上百万元投资。随着大型生产能力矿井陆续的增多,对施工的工期严格的要求和资金投资的控制,本发明方法解决了施工工期长、资金投资大的问题。在现有的严峻的煤炭经济形势的压力下,本发明方法必将在以后的大型矿井建设中将得到广泛的推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及煤矿井下支护技术领域,具体是一种胶带大巷输送机机头硐室的支护方法。
背景技术
目前,在输送机机头硐室的施工过程中,一般采用锚网喷及锚索支护作为临时支护+钢筋混凝土砌碹支护作为永久支护,此支护方法施工工期长,资金消耗大,所以本着缩短工期,节约成本,减少投资的原则,我们急需再设计一种全新的支护方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,而提供一种全新的胶带大巷输送机机头硐室的支护方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种胶带大巷输送机机头硐室的支护方法,首先铺设铁丝网片,然后打注锚杆和锚索,最后进行喷浆支护;其中,打注锚杆时,锚杆规格为Φ20mm×2400mm,锚杆的间排距为800mm×800mm;打注锚索时,锚索采用规格为Φ17.8mm×7300mm的钢绞线钢体,锚索托盘规格为300mm×300mm×16mm,锚索间排距为2100mm×2400mm,锚索托梁采用11#工字钢梁,相邻两排锚索中对应的两个锚索共用一根3m长的11#工字钢梁连接,11#工字钢两端各留300mm;喷浆支护时,喷浆厚度200mm,强度C20。
经科学的理论计算及后期对巷道稳定性观察得出的结论:胶带大巷输送机机头硐室采用锚杆+铁丝网片+锚索+11#工字钢+喷浆支护作为永久支护完全可以满足安全使用条件。胶带大巷输送机机头硐室优化后巷道净断面保持不变,不影响使用,缩小了巷道掘进断面,在这种软岩地质条件下施工安全方面多了一份保障。
