Abstract
本发明公开了一种靛蓝棉纱线的生产工艺,所述制备步骤包括清花、梳棉、头并、二并、三并、粗纱、细纱、后加工而成,具体步骤如下:(1)将靛蓝染色涂料化料,制成隐色体,备用;(2)对经过预处理的棉花放入靛蓝染色涂料中,以3℃/min升温至35℃,保温30min,再以2℃/min升温至120℃,继续染色20min,再以3℃/min降温至40℃,取出棉花;(3)将染色后的棉花经清花、梳棉、头并、二并、三并、粗纱、细纱纺织成棉纱线,备用;(4)将上述染色后的棉纱线进行后处理,所述后处理为透风氧化5min,皂洗,烘干,所述皂洗液采用无水碳酸钠2g/L、标准皂片5g/L,温度60℃,时间20min,氧化后织物经皂煮、水洗、烘干。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织印染加工领域,特别是一种靛蓝棉纱线的生产工艺。
背景技术
传统的印染技术采用先纺纱再上色的工艺,该工艺方法是纱线的颜色不均匀,有露白,经常有退色、沾色、棉结色牢度差等问题,增大了返纱,多道重复工序,使布面层次不清晰,色泽不自然的缺点。
发明内容
本发明提供一种靛蓝棉纱线的生产工艺,采用先染色,再进行纺纱的工艺,能够使色纱颜色均匀,不会露白,耐漂、耐洗。
本发明所采用的详细技术方案为:
一种靛蓝棉纱线的生产工艺,所述制备步骤包括清花、梳棉、头并、二并、三并、粗纱、细纱、后加工而成,具体步骤如下:
(1)将靛蓝染色涂料化料,制成隐色体,备用;
(2)对经过预处理的棉花放入靛蓝染色涂料中,以3℃/min升温至35℃,保温30min,再以2℃/min升温至120℃,继续染色20min,再以3℃/min降温至40℃,取出棉花;
(3)将染色后的棉花经清花、梳棉、头并、二并、三并、粗纱、细纱纺织成棉纱线,备用;
(4)将上述染色后的棉纱线进行后处理,所述后处理为透风氧化5min,皂洗,烘干,所述皂洗液采用无水碳酸钠2g/L、标准皂片5g/L,温度60℃,时间20min,氧化后织物经皂煮、水洗、烘干。
进一步的,所述将染色后的棉花进行水洗后处理,该处理方法为:采用70-80℃的热水以淋洗或冲洗的方式洗涤。
本发明所带来的有益技术效果为:用染了靛蓝颜色的棉花去纺纱,纱线的颜色均匀,没有露白,解决了退色、沾色、棉结色牢度差等问题,减小了返纱,络筒多道重复工序,使布面层次清晰,色泽自然,由于是采取了棉纤维染色后纺纱,解决了所纺出来的颜色差异小,浮色少,可以按不同比例,不同色泽的棉花混纺,织布,可获得不同风格的效果,增加了纱线的附加值。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例一
一种靛蓝棉纱线的生产工艺,所述制备步骤包括清花、梳棉、头并、二并、三并、粗纱、细纱、后加工而成,具体步骤如下:
(1)靛蓝首先在热水总化料,然后升温至90℃左右加入氢氧化钠、保险粉,在90℃时保持3min,制备成隐色体,备用;
(2)用醋酸调节pH值,对经过预处理的棉花放入靛蓝染色涂料中,以3℃/min升温至35℃,保温30min,再以2℃/min升温至120℃,继续染色20min,再以3℃/min降温至40℃,取出棉花;
(3)将染色后的棉花经清花、梳棉、头并、二并、三并、粗纱、细纱纺织成棉纱线,备用;
(4)将上述染色后的棉纱线进行后处理,所述后处理为透风氧化5min,皂洗,烘干,所述皂洗液采用无水碳酸钠2g/L、标准皂片5g/L,温度60℃,时间20min,氧化后织物经皂煮、水洗、烘干。
具体的,所述将染色后的棉花进行水洗后处理,该处理方法为:采用70-80℃的热水以淋洗或冲洗的方式洗涤。
本发明由于是采取了棉纤维染色后纺纱,解决了所纺出来的颜色差异小,浮色少,可以按不同比例,不同色泽的棉花混纺,织布,可获得不同风格的效果,增加了纱线的附加值。

Claims (2)
1.一种靛蓝棉纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述制备步骤包括清花、梳棉、头并、二并、三并、粗纱、细纱、后加工而成,具体步骤如下:
(1)将靛蓝染色涂料化料,制成隐色体,备用;
(2)对经过预处理的棉花放入靛蓝染色涂料中,以3℃/min升温至35℃,保温30min,再以2℃/min升温至120℃,继续染色20min,再以3℃/min降温至40℃,取出棉花;
(3)将染色后的棉花经清花、梳棉、头并、二并、三并、粗纱、细纱纺织成棉纱线,备用;
(4)将上述染色后的棉纱线进行后处理,所述后处理为透风氧化5min,皂洗,烘干,所述皂洗液采用无水碳酸钠2g/L、标准皂片5g/L,温度60℃,时间20min,氧化后织物经皂煮、水洗、烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的靛蓝棉纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述将染色后的棉花进行水洗后处理,该处理方法为:采用70-80℃的热水以淋洗或冲洗的方式洗涤。
