本发明公开了一种轻质保温隔音板,该轻质保温隔音板包括基层和面层;面层设于基层上方;面层上方设有玻纤布;基层下方依次设有玻纤布和无纺布;面层的厚度为0.5mm-1mm;轻质保温隔音板总厚度为3-40mm;基层包括以下重量配比的组分:轻烧氧化镁20-30份、氯化镁卤液40-60份、锯木12-20份、改性液体水玻璃2-8份、粉煤灰5-10份、膨胀珍珠岩3-6份;面层包括以下重量配比的组分:轻烧氧化镁18-25份、氯化镁卤液60-75份、滑石粉10-17份。本发明制备得到的轻质保温隔音板保温、隔音、防水性能好,无放射性元素,同时废物利用,降低了成本。

一种轻质保温隔音板
技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种轻质保温隔音板。
背景技术
板材在各行各业中都有着非常广泛的应用,目前现有的隔音板保温效果不理想,或者保温效果尚可但隔音效果不理想。无法同时兼顾保温及隔音两种性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种同时具备较好保温及隔音效果的板材。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种轻质保温隔音板,该轻质保温隔音板包括基层和面层;面层设于基层上方;面层上方设有玻纤布;基层下方依次设有玻纤布和无纺布;面层的厚度为0.5mm-1mm;轻质保温隔音板总厚度为3-40mm;基层包括以下重量配比的组分:轻烧氧化镁20-30份、氯化镁卤液40-60份、锯木12-20份、改性液体水玻璃2-8份、粉煤灰5-10份、膨胀珍珠岩3-6份;面层包括以下重量配比的组分:轻烧氧化镁18-25份、氯化镁卤液60-75份、滑石粉10-17份;基层及面层中氯化镁卤液的波美度为22°-26°。
当轻质保温隔音板的总厚度为20-40mm时,基层中间设有玻纤布。基根据所需强度,层中间的玻纤布设有1层、2层或3层。
根据所需强度和受力面,面层上方、基层下方的玻纤布分别设有1层、2层或3层;基层下方的玻纤布下方设置的无纺布为1层。
基层的优选组分配比为:轻烧氧化镁30份、氯化镁卤液40份、锯木12份、改性液体水玻璃4份、粉煤灰10份、膨胀珍珠岩3份;面层的优选组分配比为:轻烧氧化镁21份、氯化镁卤液65份、滑石粉14份。
本发明还提供了上述厚度为3-20mm的轻质保温隔音板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)面层制备:在模板上涂抹脱模剂后,加入面层底浆,铺上玻纤布,进行刮浆,将未附着在玻纤布上的浆料刮去,然后倒入面层浆料,滚子压制;所述面层底浆和面层浆料包括以下重量配比的组分:轻烧氧化镁18-25份、氯化镁卤液60-75份、滑石粉10-17份;所述氯化镁卤液的波美度为22°-26°;
(2)基层制备:在面层上倒入基层浆料,然后依次铺上玻纤布、无纺布后,滚子压制;所述基层浆料包括以下重量配比的组分:轻烧氧化镁20-30份、氯化镁卤液40-60份、锯木12-20份、改性液体水玻璃2-8份、粉煤灰5-10份、膨胀珍珠岩3-6份;所述氯化镁卤液的波美度为22°-26°;
(3)养护、脱模:将步骤(2)压制后的材料进行一级养护后,脱模,然后进行二级养护后即得本发明轻质保温隔音板。
以及上述厚度为20-40mm的轻质保温隔音板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)面层制备:在模板上涂抹脱模剂后,加入面层底浆,铺上玻纤布,进行刮浆,将未附着在玻纤布上的浆料刮去,然后倒入面层浆料,滚子压制;所述面层底浆和面层浆料包括以下重量配比的组分:轻烧氧化镁18-25份、氯化镁卤液60-75份、滑石粉10-17份;所述氯化镁卤液的波美度为22°-26°;
(2)基层制备:在面层上倒入基层浆料的一半,然后铺上玻纤布后,滚子压制;所述基层浆料包括以下重量配比的组分:轻烧氧化镁20-30份、氯化镁卤液40-60份、锯木12-20份、改性液体水玻璃2-8份、粉煤灰5-10份、膨胀珍珠岩3-6份;所述氯化镁卤液的波美度为22°-26°;
(3)二层基层制备:继续倒入剩余的基层浆料,然后依次铺上玻纤布、无纺布后,滚子压制;
(4)养护、脱模:将步骤(3)压制后的材料进行一级养护后,脱模,然后进行二级养护后即得本发明轻质保温隔音板。
上述材料经二级养护后,再经切割裁剪、磨边,即得本发明轻质保温隔音板。
改性液体水玻璃采用杭州拓磊科技有限公司生产的3.2/35°水玻璃。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明采用氯化镁调凝;采用工业废渣粉煤灰作为原料,价格便宜、使用方便,同时含有的活性二氧化硅能够抑制碱骨料反应,降低水化热,减少干燥收缩,同时能够填充Cl-O-Mg的结构缺陷。利用玻纤布提高轻质保温隔音版的强度。本发明制备得到的轻质保温隔音板质轻、抗冻性好,韧性好,温度在20℃以上时养护1天达到强度的40%-50%,10℃-20℃时养护1天达到其强度的15%。且本发明制备得到的轻质保温隔音板保温、隔音、防水性能好,无放射性元素,同时废物利用,降低了成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
本发明轻质保温隔音板的总厚度为3mm,面层厚度为0.5mm。
基层组分:轻烧氧化镁20份、氯化镁卤液45份、锯木12份、改性液体水玻璃2份、粉煤灰5份、膨胀珍珠岩3份;
面层组分:轻烧氧化镁18份,氯化镁卤液60份,滑石粉10份;
氯化镁卤液的波美度为22°。
制备工艺:
(1)面层制备:在模板上涂抹脱模剂后,加入面层底浆,铺上一层玻纤布,进行刮浆,将未附着在玻纤布上的浆料刮去,然后倒入面层浆料,滚子压制;
(2)基层制备:在面层上倒入基层浆料,然后依次铺上一层玻纤布、一层无纺布后,滚子压制;
(3)养护、脱模:将步骤(2)压制后的材料进行一级养护后,脱模,然后进行二级养护,再经切割裁剪、磨边,即得本发明轻质保温隔音板。
制备得到的轻质保温隔音板的性能参数如下:湿胀率0.45%,空气声隔声量45/Db,抗弯强度14.5MPa,抗冻融25次无脆裂现象。
实施例2
本发明轻质保温隔音板的总厚度为15mm,面层厚度为1mm。
基层组分:轻烧氧化镁30份、氯化镁卤液40份、锯木12份、改性液体水玻璃4份、粉煤灰10份、膨胀珍珠岩3份;
面层组分:轻烧氧化镁21份,氯化镁卤液65份,滑石粉14份;
氯化镁卤液的波美度为24°。
制备工艺:
(1)面层制备:在模板上涂抹脱模剂后,加入面层底浆,铺上两层玻纤布,进行刮浆,将未附着在玻纤布上的浆料刮去,然后倒入面层浆料,滚子压制;
(2)基层制备:在面层上倒入基层浆料,然后依次铺上两层玻纤布、一层无纺布后,滚子压制;
(3)养护、脱模:将步骤(2)压制后的材料进行一级养护后,脱模,然后进行二级养护,再经切割裁剪、磨边,即得本发明轻质保温隔音板。
制备得到的轻质保温隔音板的性能参数如下:湿胀率0.45%,空气声隔声量45/Db,抗弯强度12.5MPa,抗冻融25次无脆裂现象。
实施例3
本发明轻质保温隔音板的总厚度为40mm,面层厚度为1mm。
基层组分:轻烧氧化镁30份、氯化镁卤液60份、锯木20份、改性液体水玻璃8份、粉煤灰10份、膨胀珍珠岩6份;
面层组分:轻烧氧化镁25份,氯化镁卤液75份,滑石粉17份;
氯化镁卤液的波美度为26°。
制备工艺:
(1)面层制备:在模板上涂抹脱模剂后,加入面层底浆,铺上两层玻纤布,进行刮浆,将未附着在玻纤布上的浆料刮去,然后倒入面层浆料,滚子压制;
(2)基层制备:在面层上倒入一半的基层浆料,然后铺上一层玻纤布后,滚子压制;
(3)二层基层制备:继续倒入剩余的基层浆料,然后依次铺上两层玻纤布、一层无纺布后,滚子压制;
(4)养护、脱模:将步骤(3)压制后的材料进行一级养护后,脱模,然后进行二级养护,再经切割裁剪、磨边,即得本发明轻质保温隔音板。
制备得到的轻质保温隔音板的性能参数如下:湿胀率0.31%,空气声隔声量51/Db,抗弯强度14.5MPa,抗冻融25次无脆裂现象。

1.一种轻质保温隔音板,其特征在于:所述轻质保温隔音板包括基层和面层;所述面层设于基层上方;所述面层上方设有玻纤布;所述基层下方依次设有玻纤布和无纺布;所述面层的厚度为0.5mm-1mm;所述轻质保温隔音板总厚度为3-40mm;所述基层包括以下重量配比的组分:轻烧氧化镁20-30份、氯化镁卤液40-60份、锯木12-20份、改性液体水玻璃2-8份、粉煤灰5-10份、膨胀珍珠岩3-6份;所述面层包括以下重量配比的组分:轻烧氧化镁18-25份、氯化镁卤液60-75份、滑石粉10-17份;所述基层及面层中氯化镁卤液的波美度为22°-26°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质保温隔音板,其特征在于:所述轻质保温隔音板的总厚度为20-40mm;所述基层中间设有玻纤布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轻质保温隔音板,其特征在于:所述基层中间的玻纤布设有1层、2层或3层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轻质保温隔音板,其特征在于:所述面层上方、基层下方的玻纤布分别设有1层、2层或3层;所述基层下方的玻纤布下方设置的无纺布为1层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的轻质保温隔音板,其特征在于:所述基层包括以下重量配比的组分:轻烧氧化镁30份、氯化镁卤液40份、锯木12份、改性液体水玻璃4份、粉煤灰10份、膨胀珍珠岩3份;所述面层包括以下重量配比的组分:轻烧氧化镁21份、氯化镁卤液65份、滑石粉14份。
6.权利要求1所述轻质保温隔音板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)面层制备:在模板上涂抹脱模剂后,加入面层底浆,铺上玻纤布,进行刮浆,将未附着在玻纤布上的浆料刮去,然后倒入面层浆料,滚子压制;所述面层底浆和面层浆料包括以下重量配比的组分:轻烧氧化镁18-25份、氯化镁卤液60-75份、滑石粉10-17份;所述氯化镁卤液的波美度为22°-26°;
(2)基层制备:在面层上倒入基层浆料,然后依次铺上玻纤布、无纺布后,滚子压制;所述基层浆料包括以下重量配比的组分:轻烧氧化镁20-30份、氯化镁卤液40-60份、锯木12-20份、改性液体水玻璃2-8份、粉煤灰5-10份、膨胀珍珠岩3-6份;所述氯化镁卤液的波美度为22°-26°;
(3)养护、脱模:将步骤(2)压制后的材料进行一级养护后,脱模,然后进行二级养护后即得本发明轻质保温隔音板。
