[0002]石油、石化、化工等行业经常排放大量油气等挥发性有机化合物(V0Cs) JOCS不仅 严重恶化人们生存环境,危害人体健康,而且还会给企业和社会带来严重的资源浪费、安全 隐患及经济损失。其主要包括烃类、醇类、醚类、醛类、酚类、酯类、脂肪酸类、胺类以及有机 卤系衍生物等,其中有些有机废气具有回收价值。随着国内外对于有机废气排放标准的日 益严格,VOCs的处理和回收越来越受到重视,对它们的污染控制一直是环保工作者研究的 重点课题,有机废气治理的难度在于石化、石油、化工等领域的工艺不同,导致排放的废气 组分及浓度相差很大,根据有机废气的特点,选择合适的工艺进行有效治理并实现资源回 收是非常必要的。
[0003]如今,随着科学技术的不断进步,废气处理的技术水平越来越高,其中对于水溶性 有机废气的处理一般是通过水洗法或者吸附法来实现。然而现有的废气处理装置以及处理 工艺对水溶性有机废气的处理还有很大的不足,比如其工作效率低下,无法完全清除废气, 并且其投资成本大,安全性低,适用范围小。
发明内容
[0004]发明目的:为了克服以上不足,本发明的目的是提供一种用于水溶性有机废气的 装置,该装置工作效率高,废气吸收率大,并且安全可靠,投资成本低,另外其适用范围也很 广。本发明另一个要解决的技术问题还要提供一种用于水溶性有机废气的处理工艺。
[0005]技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明所述的一种用于水溶性有机废气的装置,包 括了废气入口、废气管道、冷水管道、缓冲罐、第一水洗塔、第二水洗塔、汽水分离器、活性炭 吸附塔、第一引风机、第二引风机、烟囱、第一阻火器、第二阻火器、可燃气体检测仪和补风 口;所述废气管道一端设有废气入口,所述废气入口、缓冲罐、第一水洗塔、第二水洗塔以及 汽水分离器的相邻两者之间均通过废气管道连接;所述第一水洗塔和第二水洗塔的底部均 接有冷水管道,所述冷水管道分别接往第一水洗塔、第二水洗塔的中部和顶部;所述汽水分 离器通过废气管道分别与活性炭吸附塔、第二引风机相接,所述活性炭吸附塔通过废气管 道与第一引风机相接,所述第一引风机的出口接往烟囱,所述第二引风机通过废气管道与 烟囱相接;所述废气入口与缓冲罐之间的废气管道上依次设有第一阻火器和可燃气体检测 仪,所述汽水分离器与活性炭吸附塔之间的废气管道上依次设有补风口和第二阻火器。本 发明首先通过缓冲罐的对废气进行预处理,并通过两个水洗塔对废气进行两级水吸收,利 用废气水溶性的特性,采用液体喷淋吸收挥发物,其中两个水洗塔的气相和液相采用逆流 接触,气相和液相接触充分,吸收面积大,从而提高了工作效率,减小了投资成本;并且其利 用活性炭吸附塔可对不溶于水的废气进行深度吸附处理,适用范围大大提高;另外其通过 两个阻火器以及可燃气体检测仪很好地保证了装置安全可靠的运行。
[0006] 本发明中所述废气入口与第一阻火器、第二阻火器与汽水分离器以及第二阻火器 与补风口之间的废气管道上均设有蝶阀,调节方便快捷,提高了废气处理的工作效率。
[0007] 本发明中所述缓冲罐、第一水洗塔、第二水洗塔以及汽水分离器的底部均设有球 阀。本发明中各组件所产生的液态废料通过球阀可随时进行排放,废气处理高效稳定。

[0013] (2)、水由第一水洗塔底部引来,并通过冷水管道分别送往第一水洗塔的中部入口 和顶部入口,此时废气在第一水洗塔内部由下至上输送,而水在第一水洗塔内部由上至下 进行喷淋,一级水洗后废气由第一水洗塔顶部被送往第二水洗塔;

[0029]各部件的连接方式如下:其废气管道2—端设有废气入口 1,废气入口 1、缓冲罐4、 第一水洗塔5、第二水洗塔6以及汽水分离器7的相邻两者之间均通过废气管道2连接;其第 一水洗塔5和第二水洗塔6的底部均接有冷水管道3,冷水管道3分别接往第一水洗塔5、第二 水洗塔6的中部和顶部;其汽水分离器7通过废气管道2分别与活性炭吸附塔8、第二引风机 10相接,活性炭吸附塔8通过废气管道2与第一引风机9相接,第一引风机9的出口接往烟囱 11,第二引风机10通过废气管道2与烟囱11相接;其废气入口丨与缓冲罐4之间的废气管道2 上依次设有第一阻火器I2和可燃气体检测伩14,汽水分离器7与活性炭吸附塔8之间的废气 管道2上依次设有补风口 15和第二阻火器13。其中废气入口 1与第一阻火器12、第二阻火器 13与汽水分离器7以及第二阻火器I3与补风口 15之间的废气管道2上均设有蝶阀,缓冲罐4、 第一水洗塔5、第二水洗塔6以及汽水分离器7的底部均设有球阀,可燃气体检测仪14的表面 带有一个声光警报器,第一水洗塔5和第二水洗塔6的内部均带有填料层,第二引风机10与 烟囱11之间的废气管道2上设有止回阀。

[0031] (1)、废气由废气入口 1进入废气管道2,首先经过第一阻火器12、可燃气体检测仪 14和缓冲罐4的预处理,之后被送往第一水洗塔5的入口;
[0032] (2)、水由第一水洗塔5底部引来,并通过冷水管道3分别送往第一水洗塔5的中部 入口和顶部入口,此时废气在第一水洗塔5内部由下至上输送,而水在第一水洗塔5内部由 上至下进行喷淋,一级水洗后废气由第一水洗塔5顶部被送往第二水洗塔6;
[0033] (3)、水由第二水洗塔6底部引来,并通过冷水管道3分别送往第二水洗塔6的中部 入口和顶部入口,此时废气在第二水洗塔6内部由下至上输送,而水在第二水洗塔6内部由 上至下进行喷淋,二级水洗后废气由第二水洗塔6顶部被送往气液分离器7;
[0034] (4)、废气在汽水分离器7中以离心向下倾斜式运动,夹带的水份由于速度降低而 被分离出来,被分离的液体通过汽水分离器7底部的球阀排出;
[0035] (5)、未分离的废气由汽水分离器7出口被送往第二引风机10;如果废气需要进一 步的吸附处理,则依次被送往第二阻火器13和活性炭吸附塔8,通过活性炭吸附塔8表面上 存在的未平衡和未饱和的分子引力或化学键,从而吸引废气中的气体分子,使其浓聚并保 持在固体表面,污染物质从而被吸附,之后吸附后的废气被送往第一引风机9;
[0036] ⑹、最后处理过的废气由第一引风机1喊者第一引风机g被送往烟囱11,并由烟 囱11顶部向外排放。
