本发明提供一种手机电池铝壳压钢珠装置,包括压装机,所述压装机下方设置有放置台,所述放置台上设置有卡紧装置,所述放置台上方一侧设置有钢珠输送装置,所述钢珠输送装置包括储存盒和输送管,所述输送管连接在储存盒上,所述输送管位于放置台上方,所述输送管上设置有阻挡气缸,所述阻挡气缸为两个,且间隔一个钢珠的直径长度设置。通过放置台和卡紧装置对铝壳进行固定,并且通过钢珠输送装置对钢珠进行输送,自动对钢珠进行上料,并且通过钢珠位置确定块对钢珠位置进行确定,并且设置红外线检测装置对钢珠位置进行辅助检测,提高压装的准确性,提高工作效率,减少不良品的产生。

手机电池铝壳压钢珠装置
技术领域
本发明涉及手机电池制造领域,尤其涉及一种对手机电池的铝壳进行压装钢珠的手机电池铝壳压钢珠装置。
背景技术
在制作手机电池时,需要对铝壳进行压钢珠处理。目前对铝壳进行压钢珠处理,通常是人工将钢珠放置在铝壳上,再通过压装机进行压制,但是上述工作由于完全是人工放置,受限于操作者的经验,容易出现钢珠压制位置错误的情况,并且在工作时容易产生危险,压装机容易压到手,造成安全事故的发生。而人工进行放置钢珠需要一个一个进行放置,工作效率不高。因此,解决手机电池铝壳压钢珠时钢珠位置不易控制、工作效率不高且容易压到手的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种对手机电池的铝壳进行压装钢珠的手机电池铝壳压钢珠装置,通过放置台和卡紧装置对铝壳进行固定,并且通过钢珠输送装置对钢珠进行输送,解决了手机电池铝壳压钢珠时钢珠位置不易控制、工作效率不高且容易压到手的问题。
本发明提供一种手机电池铝壳压钢珠装置,包括压装机,所述压装机下方设置有放置台,所述放置台上设置有卡紧装置,所述放置台上方一侧设置有钢珠输送装置,所述钢珠输送装置包括储存盒和输送管,所述输送管连接在储存盒上,所述输送管位于放置台上方,所述输送管上设置有阻挡气缸,所述阻挡气缸为两个,且间隔一个钢珠的直径长度设置。
进一步改进在于:所述放置台旁设置有钢珠位置确定块,所述钢珠位置确定块通过后端设置的伸缩气缸带动移动。
进一步改进在于:所述储存盒上设置有重量检测装置,通过重量检测装置对储存盒内部的钢珠数量进行估测。
进一步改进在于:所述放置台后端设置有红外线检测装置,通过红外线检测装置对钢珠的位置进行检测,所述红外线检测装置与压装机电连接。
本发明的有益效果是:通过放置台和卡紧装置对铝壳进行固定,并且通过钢珠输送装置对钢珠进行输送,自动对钢珠进行上料,并且通过钢珠位置确定块对钢珠位置进行确定,并且设置红外线检测装置对钢珠位置进行辅助检测,提高压装的准确性,提高工作效率,减少不良品的产生。

如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种手机电池铝壳压钢珠装置,包括压装机1,所述压装机1下方设置有放置台2,所述放置台2上设置有卡紧装置3,所述放置台2上方一侧设置有钢珠输送装置,所述钢珠输送装置包括储存盒4和输送管5,所述输送管5连接在储存盒4上,所述输送管5位于放置台2上方,所述输送管5上设置有阻挡气缸6,所述阻挡气缸6为两个,且间隔一个钢珠的直径长度设置。所述放置台2旁设置有钢珠位置确定块7,所述钢珠位置确定块7通过后端设置的伸缩气缸8带动移动。所述储存盒4上设置有重量检测装置9,通过重量检测装置9对储存盒4内部的钢珠数量进行估测。所述放置台2后端设置有红外线检测装置10,通过红外线检测装置10对钢珠的位置进行检测,所述红外线检测装置10与压装机1电连接。通过放置台2和卡紧装置3对铝壳进行固定,并且通过钢珠输送装置对钢珠进行输送,自动对钢珠进行上料,并且通过钢珠位置确定块7对钢珠位置进行确定,并且设置红外线检测装置10对钢珠位置进行辅助检测,提高压装的准确性,提高工作效率,减少不良品的产生。

1.一种手机电池铝壳压钢珠装置,包括压装机(1),所述压装机(1)下方设置有放置台(2),所述放置台(2)上设置有卡紧装置(3),其特征在于:所述放置台(2)上方一侧设置有钢珠输送装置,所述钢珠输送装置包括储存盒(4)和输送管(5),所述输送管(5)连接在储存盒(4)上,所述输送管(5)位于放置台(2)上方,所述输送管(5)上设置有阻挡气缸(6),所述阻挡气缸(6)为两个,且间隔一个钢珠的直径长度设置,所述放置台(2)旁设置有钢珠位置确定块(7),所述钢珠位置确定块(7)通过后端设置的伸缩气缸(8)带动移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的手机电池铝壳压钢珠装置,其特征在于:所述储存盒(4)上设置有重量检测装置(9),通过重量检测装置(9)对储存盒(4)内部的钢珠数量进行估测。
3.如权利要求1所述的手机电池铝壳压钢珠装置,其特征在于:所述放置台(2)后端设置有红外线检测装置(10),通过红外线检测装置(10)对钢珠的位置进行检测,所述红外线检测装置(10)与压装机(1)电连接。
