[0002]目前,随着我国社会经济的高速发展,对工业智能及自动化要求越来越高,传统的控制电缆,国标GB/T 9330-2008上最大为61芯,实际中客户要求远大于61芯,同时对火灾情况下的安全性能提出了要求,要求电缆在火焰情况下仍能维持一段时间正常供电及信号畅通,以便于逃生和救援。
发明内容
[0003]本发明的目的在于提供一种改进的多芯防火控制电缆及制作工艺,它可克服现有技术中电缆防火、耐火时间较短的一些不足。

3.良好的隔热性,导热系数0.09W/Mk,特别是烧蚀后的内部是均匀的蜂窝状,具有更好的耐火性和隔热性。
[0026] 4.优异的机械性能:波纹型金属护套,一是可以提高电缆机械性能,增强抗冲击性,使电缆具有良好的弯曲性能;二是氩弧焊接使金属护套形成密封环境,使电缆具有良好的防水性能,同时可以阻隔火焰。
[0027] 5.经济性:设计合理的结构,将176芯大芯数控制电缆组合在一个产品里,避免采用几根电缆组合。选用合适防火材料,既满足了电缆防火的需要,又考虑材料选择、结构尺寸、电气性能,同时达到降低成本的目的。

所述的制作工艺包括如下步骤:a、制作线芯组,每个线芯组分别设有44个绝缘线芯,每个绝缘线芯表面包覆有双层防火绝缘层结构,44个绝缘线芯通过防火包带绕包后形成单个线芯组;b、将4个线芯组作为内芯,在内芯外依次挤包隔热层、隔氧层、乳纹金属抗冲击层和外护套层组成的外包层,制成多芯防火控制电缆。

[0050]乳纹金属抗冲击层采用铝合金带或者铝带制成,所述的铝合金带或者铝带的厚度为1.0_,形状为波形结构,波浪形的内壁涂覆有沙粒,当电缆遇火燃烧时,起到进一步的绝缘和阻隔火势的作用,相邻的铝合金带或铝带之间采用氩弧焊焊接,使得层层进行空气隔绝,外护套选用低烟无卤护套料,厚度为3.5mm。

Claims (9)
1.一种多芯防火控制电缆,其特征在于:所述的多芯防火控制电缆由外包层和内芯构成,内芯由至少两个线芯组构成,每个线芯组包含有至少20个绝缘线芯; 所述的外包层由隔热层、隔氧层、乳纹金属抗冲击层和外护套层依次包裹而成; 内芯与外包层之间填充有防火填充。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多芯防火控制电缆,其特征在于:内芯设有4个线芯组,每个线芯组设有40-44个绝缘线芯,每个绝缘线芯表面分别挤包有防火绝缘包带层和防火绝缘挤包层,防火绝缘挤包层表面设有标签,每个线芯组的表面设有防火包带; 导体采用圆形退火软铜导体,导体直径为1.68-1.80_。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多芯防火控制电缆,其特征在于:所述的隔热层采用无碱玻璃纤维带制成,绕包厚度0.4〜0.6mm ; 隔氧层采用低烟无卤隔氧材料挤包在隔热层表面,隔氧层厚度1.8-2.1mm,低烟无卤隔氧材料的材料氧指数大于等于45,并且含有至少30%以上的水合金属氧化物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种多芯防火控制电缆,其特征在于:所述的水合金属氧化物是指Al、Mg的水合金属氧化物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多芯防火控制电缆,其特征在于:乳纹金属抗冲击层采用铝合金带或者铝带制成,所述的铝合金带或者铝带的厚度为1.0mm,形状为波形结构,相邻的铝合金带或铝带之间采用氩弧焊焊接; 外护套选用低烟无卤护套料,厚度为3.5mm。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种多芯防火控制电缆,其特征在于:防火绝缘包带层采用矿物绝缘防火包带绕包而成,矿物绝缘防火包带的厚度为0.12-0.15mm,防火绝缘挤包层采用陶瓷化聚稀经绝缘料,厚度为0.8-1.3mm; 所述的防火绝缘挤包层分别设有红色、黄色、绿色和蓝色的识别涂层,用于识别和区分。
7.—种多芯防火控制电缆的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述的制作工艺包括如下步骤:a、制作线芯组,每个线芯组分别设有40-44个绝缘线芯,每个绝缘线芯表面包覆有双层防火绝缘层结构,40-44个绝缘线芯通过防火包带绕包后形成单个线芯组;b、将4个线芯组作为内芯,在内芯外依次挤包隔热层、隔氧层、乳纹金属抗冲击层和外护套层组成的外包层,制成多芯防火控制电缆。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种多芯防火控制电缆的制作工艺,其特征在于:a步骤中,防火绝缘包带层采用矿物绝缘防火包带绕包而成,矿物绝缘防火包带的厚度为0.12-0.15_,防火绝缘挤包层采用陶瓷化聚烯烃绝缘料,厚度为0.8-1.3mm; 所述的防火绝缘挤包层分别设有红色、黄色、绿色和蓝色的识别涂层,用于识别和区分; b步骤中,所述的隔热层采用无碱玻璃纤维带制成,绕包厚度0.4〜0.6mm; 隔氧层采用低烟无卤隔氧材料挤包在隔热层表面,隔氧层厚度1.8-2.1mm,低烟无卤隔氧材料的材料氧指数大于等于45,并且含有至少30%以上的水合金属氧化物; 所述的水合金属氧化物是指Al、Mg的水合金属氧化物。
