Abstract

本发明公开了一种利用段染花色纱线筒子纱染色设备的染色工艺,包括如下步骤:纯棉坯纱→利用段染花色纱线筒子纱染色设备进行松筒→前处理→染色工艺→后处理→紧筒→包装。本发明染色后的织物的牢度指标为:水洗牢度4‑5级,摩擦牢度4‑5级,从大生产染色结果看,工艺流程短,纯棉花色纱线颜色均匀,无色花,无内外层差,无乱纱、断纱现象,手感柔软,产品等级较高。另外将经生态前处理的纯棉纱线进行织造,织造性能较好,其纱线强力、色牢度等均符合客户要求。

一种利用段染花色纱线筒子纱染色设备的染色工艺
技术领域
本发明属于纺织染色领域,具体涉及一种利用段染花色纱线筒子纱染色设备的染色工艺。
背景技术
传统的棉纱段染纱线,往往都是通过绞纱加工而成,工艺复杂、费时费力,或者先通过筒子纱前处理,再将筒子纱转绕为绞纱加工花色纱。随着人们生活水平的提高,花色纱得到人们的喜爱,其附加值比普通纱线要高出1万元/吨。本发明采用筒子纱加工花色纱线,节约了工序,减轻了劳动强度,且各项牢度指标均满足要求。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种利用段染花色纱线筒子纱染色设备的染色工艺。
技术方案:一种利用段染花色纱线筒子纱染色设备的染色工艺,所述的段染花色纱线筒子纱染色设备,包括电机、皮带轮、离合器、曲柄、制动器、连杆、滑块、连接块、连接板、振动块、横销、滚轮和水槽;
所述曲柄的两端分别安装有离合器和制动器,所述电机转动,带动皮带轮转动,与离合器接合后,带动曲柄转动;
所述曲柄上还连接有连杆,曲柄转动会带动连杆及与连杆固定连接的滑块在导轨内做上下往复运动;
所述滑块与振动装置固定连接,滑块会带动振动装置做上下往复运动,所述振动装置由连接块、连接板和振动块所组成,所述连接块通过横销吊装在滑块上,所述连接块与连接板通过螺纹连接,所述水槽内放有阻染剂;
所述水槽的两端同一水平线上各固定安装有2个滚轮,纱线由滚轮引导在水槽上方做水平运动,并且,在振动块的作用下,纱线做水平运动的同时会做上下振动;
所述的段染花色纱线筒子纱染色设备的染色工艺,包括如下步骤:纯棉坯纱→利用段染花色纱线筒子纱染色设备进行松筒→前处理→染色工艺→后处理→紧筒→包装;其中,所述前处理的配方如下:
精练酶: 0.5g/L;
27%H2O2 : 4g/L;
精练渗透剂CE-1: 2g/L;
螯合分散剂GQ-540: 2g/L;
氧漂稳定剂Stabogene 516: 1g/L;
温度: 60℃;
时间: 30min;
浴比: 1:6.5。
作为优化:所述染色工艺中,工艺处方为:
活性染料 Xg/L;
匀染剂EDER 1g/L;
元明粉 40g/L;
Na2CO3 20g/L;
浴比 1:6.5;
作为优化:所述染色工艺中,具体步骤如下:所需染色的织物放入染缸中,将匀染剂EDER和活性染料加入40℃的染液中10min后,加入元明粉,10min后以1-2℃/min的速率升温至80℃,20min后加入Na2CO3,保持30min。
有益效果:本发明染色后的织物的牢度指标为:水洗牢度4-5级,摩擦牢度4-5级,从大生产染色结果看,工艺流程短,纯棉花色纱线颜色均匀,无色花,无内外层差,无乱纱、断纱现象,手感柔软,产品等级较高。另外将经生态前处理的纯棉纱线进行织造,织造性能较好,其纱线强力、色牢度等均符合客户要求。
本发明在松筒机前部加装段染传动装置设备,采用泡沫给液---阻染剂,特点:给液率很低,容易干燥。如果采用常规浸轧给液,含湿量太大,多余液体会沾附在需染色部位。凡是被阻染剂浸渍的部位难以染色,在后续的染色过程中该部位即为白色(染料难以上染),从而形成色白相间的花色纱线。同时可通过控制段染传动设备的频率,来调节阻染部分(白色)纱线的长度分布。阻染剂的配制中含有耐高温有机硅和含氟高聚物的疏水组分。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例
如图1-2所示,一种段染花色纱线筒子纱染色设备,包括电机1、皮带轮2、离合器3、曲柄4、制动器5、连杆6、滑块7、连接块8、连接板9、振动块10、横销11、滚轮13和水槽14。所述曲柄4的两端分别安装有离合器3和制动器5,所述电机1转动,带动皮带轮2转动,与离合器3接合后,带动曲柄4转动。所述曲柄4上还连接有连杆6,曲柄4转动会带动连杆6及与连杆6固定连接的滑块7在导轨内做上下往复运动。所述滑块7与振动装置固定连接,滑块7会带动振动装置做上下往复运动,所述振动装置由连接块8、连接板9和振动块10所组成,所述连接块8通过横销11吊装在滑块7上,所述连接块8与连接板9通过螺纹连接,所述水槽14内放有阻染剂。所述水槽14的两端同一水平线上各固定安装有2个滚轮13,纱线12由滚轮13引导在水槽14上方做水平运动,并且,在振动块10的作用下,纱线12做水平运动的同时会做上下振动。所述滑块7上下运动的上死点为A,下死点为B,连杆6转动一周,滑块7完成A-B-A一个往复行程。纱线12上下运动行程为C-D-C,其中CE段纱线不与水槽14内的阻染剂液面接触,DE段纱线与水槽14内的阻染剂液面接触。从而纱线12在水槽14上方经过时会出现间歇浸润阻染剂的情况。当CE段与DE段长度相等时,纱线浸润阻染剂与未浸润阻染剂的长度相等。CE段与DE段长度及比例可通过调节曲柄4半径及连杆6长度实现。当DE段减少,CE段增加时,浸润阻染剂纱线长度与未浸润阻染剂纱线长度比例逐渐缩小。所述滚轮13转速一定时,曲柄4往复一个行程过程中,纱线浸润阻染剂的长度可由改变电机1转速及皮带轮2传动比实现。
通过所述的段染花色纱线筒子纱染色设备进行的染色工艺,包括如下步骤:纯棉坯纱→利用段染花色纱线筒子纱染色设备进行松筒→前处理→染色工艺→后处理→紧筒→包装;其中,所述前处理的配方如下:
精练酶: 0.5g/L;
27%H2O2 : 4g/L;
精练渗透剂CE-1: 2g/L;
螯合分散剂GQ-540: 2g/L;
氧漂稳定剂Stabogene 516: 1g/L;
温度: 60℃;
时间: 30min;
浴比: 1:6.5。

1.一种利用段染花色纱线筒子纱染色设备的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述段染花色纱线筒子纱染色设备包括电机(1)、皮带轮(2)、离合器(3)、曲柄(4)、制动器(5)、连杆(6)、滑块(7)、连接块(8)、连接板(9)、振动块(10)、横销(11)、滚轮(13)和水槽(14);
所述曲柄(4)的两端分别安装有离合器(3)和制动器(5),所述电机(1)转动,带动皮带轮(2)转动,与离合器(3)接合后,带动曲柄(4)转动;
所述曲柄(4)上还连接有连杆(6),曲柄(4)转动会带动连杆(6)及与连杆(6)固定连接的滑块(7)在导轨内做上下往复运动;
所述滑块(7)与振动装置固定连接,滑块(7)会带动振动装置做上下往复运动,所述振动装置由连接块(8)、连接板(9)和振动块(10)所组成,所述连接块(8)通过横销(11)吊装在滑块(7)上,所述连接块(8)与连接板(9)通过螺纹连接,所述水槽(14)内放有阻染剂;
