本发明涉及一种电炉钢渣复合地砖,包括下列重量份的原料:电炉钢渣粉45-60、砾岩粉30-40、硅灰10-15、水20-35、水玻璃粉10-15。所述的一种电炉钢渣复合地砖的制造方法,包括以下步骤:(1)砾岩粉、电炉钢渣粉、硅灰于300-330℃下煅烧4-5小时后取出,球磨至100-150目,陈化3-4天备用;(2)将步骤(1)陈化后的原料均匀搅拌混匀,再加入水玻璃粉、水搅拌均匀,陈化5-8小时备用;(3)将步骤(2)陈化好的原料在10-12MPa压力下压制20-30分钟,然后在350-380℃下逐渐升温焙烧,升温速率为2-5℃/min,在380℃下保温3-5小时,结束后经切割、养护7-10天。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种电炉钢渣复合地砖。
背景技术
低碳经济、环境保护、资源再生是当今社会经济发展的重点研究课题。我国作为炼钢大国,电炉钢渣回收利用率低且多作为铺路材料。目前,电炉钢渣性能及综合利用的研究主要集中在转炉电炉钢渣方面,对电炉钢渣的研究相对较少。本发明将电炉钢渣变成建材工业的原料,提供一种电炉钢渣复合地砖,实现电炉钢渣高附加值的回收,实现低碳经济、环境保护、资源再生、经济效益并存。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种电炉钢渣复合地砖,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明是采用下述方案实现的:
一种电炉钢渣复合地砖,包括下列重量份的原料:电炉钢渣粉45-60、砾岩粉30-40、硅灰10-15、水20-35、水玻璃粉10-15。
所述的一种电炉钢渣复合地砖的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)砾岩粉、电炉钢渣粉、硅灰于300-330℃下煅烧4-5小时后取出,球磨至100-150目,陈化3-4天备用;
(2)将步骤(1)陈化后的原料均匀搅拌混匀,再加入水玻璃粉、水搅拌均匀,陈化5-8小时备用;
(3)将步骤(2)陈化好的原料在10-12MPa压力下压制20-30分钟,然后在350-380℃下逐渐升温焙烧,升温速率为2-5℃/min,在380℃下保温3-5小时,结束后经切割、养护7-10天。
本发明加工得到的电炉钢渣复合地砖外观平整光滑,无需抛光,强度高,且成品率达到90%以上。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例1
一种电炉钢渣复合地砖,包括下列重量份的原料:电炉钢渣粉45、砾岩粉30、硅灰10、水25、水玻璃粉12。
所述的一种电炉钢渣复合地砖的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)砾岩粉、电炉钢渣粉、硅灰于300-330℃下煅烧4小时后取出,球磨至100-150目,陈化3天备用;
(2)将步骤(1)陈化后的原料均匀搅拌混匀,再加入水玻璃粉、水搅拌均匀,陈化6小时备用;
(3)将步骤(2)陈化好的原料在10MPa压力下压制20分钟,然后在350-380℃下逐渐升温焙烧,升温速率为2℃/min,在380℃下保温3-5小时,结束后经切割、养护7天。
本发明加工得到的电炉钢渣复合地砖外观平整光滑,无需抛光,强度高,且成品率达到94%。

1.一种电炉钢渣复合地砖,其特征在于,包括下列重量份的原料:电炉钢渣粉45-60、砾岩粉30-40、硅灰10-15、水20-35、水玻璃粉10-15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电炉钢渣复合地砖的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)砾岩粉、电炉钢渣粉、硅灰于300-330℃下煅烧4-5小时后取出,球磨至100-150目,陈化3-4天备用;
(2)将步骤(1)陈化后的原料均匀搅拌混匀,再加入水玻璃粉、水搅拌均匀,陈化5-8小时备用;
(3)将步骤(2)陈化好的原料在10-12MPa压力下压制20-30分钟,然后在350-380℃下逐渐升温焙烧,升温速率为2-5℃/min,在380℃下保温3-5小时,结束后经切割、养护7-10天。
