Abstract

本发明提供一种新型纸张分切装置,它包括有升降气缸、分切梁、分切架,其中,分切架为两组,分别安装在输送辊两端的机架上,升降气缸安装在分切架顶部,升降气缸活塞杆垂直向下与分切梁连接,安装后的分切梁位于输送辊上方并与输送辊平行;分切梁一侧设有分切机构,另一侧设有与分切机构相配合的压纸机构。本方案的优点在于灵活性高、结构简单、维护方便、应用范围广、使用效果好。

一种新型纸张分切装置
技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃纤维纸技术领域,尤其是指一种新型纸张分切装置。
背景技术
玻璃纤维纸是由直径细小的玻璃纤维抄造而成的薄页纸。尺寸稳定性好。抗化学药剂性大。耐气候性强。不燃性好。可用100%玻璃纤维(直径0.3~0.5μm以下,主要成分是二氧化硅),经轻度打浆,加胶黏剂,或者配加部分化学木浆,也可添加硅胶或胶态矾土,用以提高强度。在制作极薄玻璃纤维纸时,玻璃纤维纸在加工完成后需要按照客户要求将其裁切成一定宽度后卷绕,现有的剪切装置结构复杂,调节困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、灵活性高、维护方便、使用效果好的新型纸张分切装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种新型纸张分切装置,它包括有升降气缸、分切梁、分切架,其中,分切架为两组,分别安装在输送辊两端的机架上,升降气缸安装在分切架顶部,升降气缸活塞杆垂直向下与分切梁连接,安装后的分切梁位于输送辊上方并与输送辊平行;分切梁一侧设有分切机构,另一侧设有与分切机构相配合的压纸机构;所述的压纸机构包括有调节杆、压纸板,调节杆上设有调节槽,并通过调节槽和调节螺栓安装在分切梁的输入端一侧,调节杆底部设有压纸板,压纸板的前后端均上翘形成弧状,压纸板表面包覆有柔性缓冲层,分切机构一侧的分切梁上设有标尺。
所述的升降气缸为两条,分别安装在相应的分切架顶部,两条升降气缸的活塞杆与相应的分切梁端部连接。
所述的分切梁输出端一侧设有分切座,分切机构通过分切气缸安装在分切座上。
本发明在采用上述方案后,分切机构通过分切气缸安装在分切梁上,通过分切气缸带动分切机构内的圆盘刀片抬起或落下对纸进行分切,分切梁的升降通过升降气缸控制,这样不仅便于检修,通过分切气缸来单个控制相应的分切机构工作,当需要切割时,升降气缸将分切梁放下,若需要切分成三部分,则其中三个分切气缸控制分切机构下压,其余分切气缸控制分切机构抬起,使其不与玻璃纤维纸接触,采用压纸机构可以使纸张输送平稳,防止切割时走位偏移,压纸板的高度可以根据纸的厚度进行调节;本方案的优点在于灵活性高、结构简单、维护方便、应用范围广、使用效果好。

下面结合所有附图对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的较佳实施例为:参见附图1和附图2,本实施例所述的一种新型纸张分切装置包括有升降气缸1、分切梁2、分切架4,其中,分切架4为两组,分别安装在输送辊5两端的机架上,升降气缸1安装在分切架4顶部,升降气缸1活塞杆垂直向下与分切梁2连接,所述的升降气缸1为两条,分别安装在相应的分切架4顶部,两条升降气缸1的活塞杆与相应的分切梁2端部连接,安装后的分切梁2位于输送辊5上方并与输送辊5平行;分切梁2一侧设有分切机构3,另一侧设有与分切机构3相配合的压纸机构;所述的压纸机构包括有调节杆6、压纸板7,调节杆6上设有调节槽8,并通过调节槽8和调节螺栓9安装在分切梁2的输入端一侧,分切梁2输出端一侧设有分切座10,分切机构3通过分切气缸11安装在分切座10上;调节杆6底部设有压纸板7,压纸板7的前后端均上翘形成弧状,压纸板7表面包覆有柔性缓冲层,分切机构3一侧的分切梁2上设有标尺12。使用时,分切机构通过分切气缸安装在分切梁上,通过分切气缸带动分切机构内的圆盘刀片抬起或落下对纸进行分切,分切梁的升降通过升降气缸控制,这样不仅便于检修,通过分切气缸来单个控制相应的分切机构工作,当需要切割时,升降气缸将分切梁放下,若需要切分成三部分,则其中三个分切气缸控制分切机构下压,其余分切气缸控制分切机构抬起,使其不与玻璃纤维纸接触,采用压纸机构可以使纸张输送平稳,防止切割时走位偏移,压纸板的高度可以根据纸的厚度进行调节。

1.一种新型纸张分切装置,其特征在于:它包括有升降气缸(1)、分切梁(2)、分切架(4),其中,分切架(4)为两组,分别安装在输送辊(5)两端的机架上,升降气缸(1)安装在分切架(4)顶部,升降气缸(1)活塞杆垂直向下与分切梁(2)连接,安装后的分切梁(2)位于输送辊(5)上方并与输送辊(5)平行;分切梁(2)一侧设有分切机构(3),另一侧设有与分切机构(3)相配合的压纸机构;所述的压纸机构包括有调节杆(6)、压纸板(7),调节杆(6)上设有调节槽(8),并通过调节槽(8)和调节螺栓(9)安装在分切梁(2)的输入端一侧,调节杆(6)底部设有压纸板(7),压纸板(7)的前后端均上翘形成弧状,压纸板(7)表面包覆有柔性缓冲层,分切机构(3)一侧的分切梁(2)上设有标尺(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型纸张分切装置,其特征在于:升降气缸(1)为两条,分别安装在相应的分切架(4)顶部,两条升降气缸(1)的活塞杆与相应的分切梁(2)端部连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型纸张分切装置,其特征在于:分切梁(2)输出端一侧设有分切座(10),分切机构(3)通过分切气缸(11)安装在分切座(10)上。
