技术领域
本发明涉及一种无骨雨刷无骨弹片的制作工艺。
背景技术
目前,市场上现有无骨雨刷的无骨弹片材质多为高碳钢,类似SK5或者SK6,部分采用65Mn。目前使用高碳钢制作无骨弹片时主要反映弹片耐腐蚀较差,弹片表面处理工艺复杂,且弹片成型主要靠折弯成型机制作,对弹片本身物性要求非常高,弹片稳定性难以控制,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明其目的就在于提供一种无骨雨刷无骨弹片的制作方艺,具有工艺简单、稳定性好、报废率低、耐腐蚀的特点。
实现上述目的而采取的技术方案,包括步骤;
1)材料制备,将碳纤维和玻璃纤维复合材料浸泡树脂内;
2)制备,将浸泡完树脂的碳纤维和玻璃纤维复合材料放入无骨雨刷无骨弹片金属模具中;
3)成型,通过硫化设备高温高压,固化成型;
4)冷却,对固化成型的半成品冷却;
5)裁切,根据使用需求裁切。
有益效果
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下优点。
1、碳纤维重量比铝轻,强度却高于钢,又有耐腐蚀、耐高温、模量高等优点;
2、具备耐腐蚀,弹片后工艺简单;
3、模压法成型,弹片稳定性较好,报废率比较低。
具体实施方式
本工艺方法,包括步骤;
1)材料制备,将碳纤维和玻璃纤维复合材料与树脂混合,碳纤维和玻璃纤维含量控制15~30%,烘烤4小时-80度;
2)制备,将烘烤好的树脂的碳纤维和玻璃纤维复合材料经料管熔炼,熔炼温度240~280度,通过螺杆注射入无骨雨刷无骨弹片金属模具模腔中,模具温度控制在60~80度;
3)成型,通过硫化设备高温高压,固化成型;
4)冷却,对固化成型的半成品冷却;
5)裁切,根据使用需求裁切。
实施例
采用碳纤维和玻璃纤维复合材料取代常见高碳钢材质,将已预浸树脂的的碳纤维材料放入金属模具中,加压后使多余的胶液溢出来,然后高温固化成型,脱膜后成品就出来了,这种方法最适合用来制作汽车零件。
首先将碳纤维和玻璃纤维复合材料浸泡预定树脂内;
1、将浸泡完毕树脂放入金属模具中(该模具根据使用需求参考常见弹片弧度制作);
2、通过硫化设备施加高温高压,固化成型;
3、对半成品冷却,根据具体使用需求裁切使用。

1.一种无骨雨刷无骨弹片的制作方艺,其特征在于,包括步骤;
1)材料制备,将碳纤维和玻璃纤维复合材料与树脂混合,碳纤维和玻璃纤维含量控制15~30%,烘烤4小时-80度;
2)制备,将烘烤好的树脂的碳纤维和玻璃纤维复合材料经料管熔炼,熔炼温度240~280度,通过螺杆注射入无骨雨刷无骨弹片金属模具模腔中,模具温度控制在60~80度;
3)成型,通过硫化设备高温高压,固化成型;
4)冷却,对固化成型的半成品冷却;
5)裁切,根据使用需求裁切。
