Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine health care, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine health care pillow for treating cervical spondylosis.
Background
In recent years, with the increasing working pressure and intensity of people, people are more and more in sub-health state and more in youthful trend, which is worried. Cervical spondylosis becomes the biggest hidden trouble which troubles people's daily life at present, and the quality of work and life is seriously influenced.
Cervical spondylosis is also known as cervical syndrome, which is a general term for cervical osteoarthritis, proliferative cervical spondylitis, cervical radicular syndrome and cervical disc herniation. Cervical spondylosis is a disease based on degenerative pathological changes, and refers to cervical vertebra hyperosteogeny caused by cervical disc degeneration, cervical hypertrophy hyperplasia, neck injury, etc., or clinical syndromes with a series of symptoms caused by intervertebral disc prolapse, ligament thickening, and stimulation or compression of cervical spinal cord, cervical nerves and blood vessels. Mainly due to long-term strain of cervical vertebra, hyperosteogeny, or prolapse of intervertebral disc, ligament thickening, so that cervical vertebra spinal cord, nerve root or vertebral artery are pressed, and a series of clinical syndromes of dysfunction appear; the disease is more frequent in the middle-aged and the elderly, and the incidence rate of men is higher than that of women. People who have long-time head-lowering reading and office-sitting, people who have head and neck trauma, and people who have long-time sustained bad postures are easy to cause cervical spondylosis.
The cervical spondylosis is mainly characterized by cervical disc degeneration and a series of secondary pathological changes, such as instability and looseness of vertebral joints; herniation or herniation of the nucleus pulposus; forming bone spurs; ligament hypertrophy, secondary spinal stenosis, and the like irritate or compress adjacent tissues such as nerve roots, spinal cord, vertebral artery, and cervical sympathetic nerves, and cause syndromes of various symptoms and signs. The main symptoms of cervical spondylosis are neck and shoulder pain, dizziness and headache, numbness of upper limbs and muscular atrophy, which are often accompanied by aching pain of the neck, the shoulder, the back and the arms, stiff neck and limited movement; some patients are accompanied by dizziness and house rotation, and serious patients are accompanied by nausea, vomiting and bedridden, and few patients are accompanied by dizziness and cataplexy; the severe patients can radiate to the headrest part and the upper limbs to cause spasm of the two lower limbs, difficulty in walking, even quadriplegia, dysuria and urination, sexual dysfunction and even quadriplegia.
The symptoms of cervical spondylosis are light when the cervical spondylosis is mostly started, so that the cervical spondylosis is usually not taken care of by people, most of the cervical spondylosis can recover by self, the symptoms are light and heavy, and the cervical spondylosis only needs to be paid attention when the symptoms are continuously aggravated but can not be reversed until the work and life are influenced. If the disease is not cured for a long time, psychological damage can be caused, and symptoms such as insomnia, dysphoria, anger, anxiety, melancholy and the like can be caused. However, it is feared that more people pay more attention to the daily health preservation and health care of cervical spondylosis due to the continuously enhanced daily health care consciousness of people.
Because the person has 1/3 hours to sleep, the pillow is fully utilized, which is very important for health. Especially for the disease of cervical spondylosis, the disease part is concentrated on the shoulder and the neck, the medical pillow therapy method has the advantages. The medicated pillow mainly utilizes the medicine with the property of aromatic channeling to act on the acupuncture points at the back side of the head, and has the functions of regulating qi and blood, preventing diseases and prolonging life for human body through the conduction of channels and collaterals.
