Abstract

本发明涉及一种兼有角度补偿功能和减振功能的双列角接触球轴承。用于补偿由于零件加工误差以及安装过程中所引起的角度误差,同时具有减振功能。该装置包括外圈、内圈、滚动体、保持架、隔离圈、电磁线圈、螺旋式油封槽、磁流变液。所述的轴承内圈开有类似圆弧形的环槽,所述的环槽两边设计成螺旋式油封槽,所述的磁流变液充满在这个环槽中间部分,两端的螺旋式封槽中充满油状物体,用于磁流变液的密封,称为油封;所述的油状物体的特性为高粘度、低流动性,且与磁流变液中的基载液互不相溶;所述的轴承内圈开有凹槽,电磁线圈绕在这个凹槽里面,并通过隔离圈将其与磁流变液隔离。该装置具有结构简单、操作简便、传动力矩可控等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及双列角接触球轴承,尤其是涉及一种兼有角度补偿功能和减振功能的双列角接触球轴承。
背景技术
随着社会不断地进步,不仅对人们的综合素质提出了更高的要求,而且对我们的加工制造业提出了更加现代化的要求,要求产品不断地往轻便、小巧且功能强大等方向发展,而这种发展方向归根结底是对机械加工设备的加工精度提出了更高层次的要求。因此,我们需要提高零部件的加工制造精度以及零部件安装时的安装精度。现在许多企业的产品的加工制造都有一套比较完善的全自动或者半自动生产设备,这大大提高了产品的生产效率,但是实践告诉我们这样的生产线所生产出来的产品的质量不是个个都一样的,次品率还需要进一步地降低,产生这种情况的原因有很多,其中一个原因是自动化生产线上的及其本身存在精度问题,如果提供一种轴承,在轴承里面加入磁流变液(一种智能材料),能够感知外面环境的变化而做出适当的响应的话,那么就可以通过我们事先所设定的参数运行,这么一来就可以大大减少了由于零件的加工制造误差以及安装误差引起的空间运动误差;这种智能材料具有减振缓冲的功能,这样一来可以吸收一部分的机械振动,又消除了由于振动所引起的机械设备的加工误差,并且这种轴承的结构要简单、加工方便、成本低以及其传递扭矩具有可控的功能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种兼有角度补偿功能和减振功能的双列角接触球轴承。装置具有的特点是:减少了由于零件的加工制造误差以及安装误差引起的空间运动误差;并且此外还具有减振缓冲的功能,可以吸收一部分的机械振动;并且这种轴承的结构要简单、加工方便、成本低以及其传递扭矩具有可控的等特点。
为了有效的实现如上所述的功能与特点,本发明是按如下方式来实现的:装置主要是由外圈,内圈,滚动体,保持架,隔离圈,电磁线圈,螺旋式油封槽,磁流变液组成。内圈与外圈之间通过滚动体连接,滚动体通过保持架进行定位;轴承内圈开有类似圆弧形的环槽,环槽两边设计成螺旋式油封槽,磁流变液充满在这个环槽中间部分,两端的螺旋式封槽中充满油状物体,用于磁流变液的密封,称之为油封;油状物体的特性为高粘度、低流动性,且与磁流变液中的基载液互不相溶;轴承内圈开有凹槽,电磁线圈绕在这个凹槽里面,并通过隔离圈将其与磁流变液隔离。外圈、滚动体以及保持架的材料的材质为非导磁材料,内圈为导磁性能良好的材料。
由于零部件的制造误差以及安装误差所引起的轴两端的轴承座之间有角度误差时,通常轴在运行的过程中要克服这个误差所需要的力比自身所要传递的力矩大,基于这个特点,事先通过调节流过电磁线圈的电流大小,从而在内圈以及磁流变液所在的空间产生一定强度的磁场,使得磁流变液发生流变现象,最终让磁流变液具有一定的剪切屈服力(该力的大小大于轴所要传递的力矩,小于克服误差所需的力),这样一来,磁流变液所具有的剪切屈服力能够发生流动从而补偿误差的同时又能够保持传递的有效性;此外磁流变液能够吸收一部分机械振动,从而消减了由于机械振动所引起的零部件加工制造误差。
本发明所述的一种兼有角度补偿功能和减振功能的双列角接触球轴承的积极效果在于:利用磁流变液的流变现象,将磁流变效应控制在一定的强度,达到补偿误差的功能,此外磁流变液能够吸收一部分机械振动,从而消减了由于机械振动所引起的零部件加工制造误差。并且这种轴承的结构要简单、加工方便、成本低以及其传递扭矩具有可控等的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明一种兼有角度补偿功能和减振功能的双列角接触球轴承,该装置主要是由外圈1,内圈2,滚动体3,保持架4,隔离圈5,电磁线圈6,螺旋式油封槽7,磁流变液8组成。内圈2与外圈1之间通过滚动体3连接,滚动体3通过保持架4进行定位;轴承内圈2开有类似圆弧形的环槽,环槽两边设计成螺旋式油封槽7,磁流变液8充满在这个环槽中间部分,两端的螺旋式封槽7中充满油状物体,用于磁流变液8的密封,称之为油封;油状物体的特性为高粘度、低流动性,且与磁流变液8中的基载液互不相溶;轴承内圈2开有凹槽,电磁线圈6绕在这个凹槽里面,并通过隔离圈5将其与磁流变液8隔离。外圈1、滚动体3以及保持架4的材料的材质为非导磁材料,内圈2为导磁性能良好的材料。

1.一种兼有角度补偿功能和减振功能的双列角接触球轴承,装置主要是由外圈、内圈、滚动体、保持架、隔离圈、电磁线圈、螺旋式油封槽、磁流变液组成;其特征在于:内圈(2)与外圈(1)之间通过滚动体(3)连接,所述的滚动体(3)通过保持架(4)定位;所述的轴承内圈(2)开有类似圆弧形的环槽,所述的环槽两边设计成螺旋式油封槽(7),所述的磁流变液(8)充满在这个环槽中间部分,两端的螺旋式封槽(7)中充满油状物体,用于磁流变液(8)的密封,称为油封;所述的油状物体的特性为高粘度、低流动性,且与磁流变液(8)中的基载液互不相溶;所述的轴承内圈(2)开有凹槽,电磁线圈绕(6)在这个凹槽里面,并通过隔离圈(5)将其与磁流变液(8)隔离。
