Abstract

本发明具体涉及一种基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖及其制备方法。其技术方案是:以20~38?wt%的焦宝石、20~32wt%的蓝晶石、20~32wt%的粘土和14~26wt%的α-氧化铝微粉为原料,外加所述原料30~50wt%的锯末、5~11%的莫来石纤维和10~35wt%的结合剂,室温条件下搅拌6~8h,困料,成型,自然干燥;然后在110~210℃条件下烘烤12~24h,在1150~1450℃条件下保温2~5h,制得基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖。本发明具有成本低和工艺简单的特点,所制备的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖具有导热系数较低、体积密度较低、烧后线收缩率较低和耐压强度较高的优点。

一种基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于莫来石轻质隔热砖技术领域。具体涉及一种基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着轻质隔热材料的快速发展,利用粘土制备轻质隔热耐火材料已经十分普遍。但是针对焦宝石在轻质隔热材料中的应用并不多。即使在轻质隔热材料中掺入焦宝石也是少量的,并且制备工艺复杂,成型难度大,烧成制度要求苛刻以及制品耐压强度不高等。其国家标准(DLG150-0.8L)gdd体积密度小于0.8g/cm3,耐压强度大于2.5MPa,35025℃导热系数小于0.35W/(m·K),现已无法满足工业生产上的额外需要,所以制备出一种耐压强度高,导热系数小的莫来石轻质隔热砖已迫在眉睫。
“一种莫来石轻质隔热砖及其制备方法”(CN103011856A)的专利技术,公开了一种以30~40wt%的焦宝石熟料、20~30wt%的粘土熟料、20~32wt%的蓝晶石微粉、2~8wt%的ρ-氧化铝微粉、1~6wt%的轻烧氧化钙和0.5~2wt%的二氧化硅微粉为原料,外加原料10~20wt%的水和0.5~2wt%的减水剂。再外加原料0.1~0.5wt%的泡沫剂制成的泡沫,搅拌,然后外加原料0.5~2wt%的凝胶剂、0.1~1wt%的热固性水溶性高分子化合物和0.5~2.5wt%的促凝剂,通过发泡发、浇注制备莫来石轻质隔热砖,该方法在一定程度上实现了焦宝石在轻质隔热材料中利用,但其主要缺陷是:(1)制备工艺复杂;(2)利用浇注法成型难度大;(3)制作成本较高;(4)耐压强度较低。
“利用叶腊石和蓝晶石天然原料生产轻质隔热砖的方法”(CN102964136A)的专利技术,该方法公开了以15~50wt%的耐火粘土,10~35wt%的蓝晶石,10~35%wt%的叶腊石,10~50%的回料细粉为原料,外加35~50wt%的水作为结合剂,然后通过真空挤压制备轻质隔热砖。但其主要缺陷是:(1)制备工艺复杂;(2)成本较高;(3)耐压强度较低。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术缺陷,目的是提供一种成本低和工艺简单的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖的制备方法;所制得的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖导热系数较低、体积密度较低、烧后线收缩率较低和耐压强度较高。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:以20~38wt%的焦宝石、20~32wt%的蓝晶石、20~32wt%的粘土和14~26wt%的α-氧化铝微粉为原料,外加所述原料30~50wt%的锯末、5~11%的莫来石纤维和10~35wt%的结合剂,室温条件下搅拌6~8h,困料,成型,自然干燥;然后在110~210℃条件下烘烤12~24h,在1150~1450℃条件下保温2~5h,制得基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖。
所述焦宝石的主要化学成分是:Al2O3为40~50wt%,SiO2为45~50wt%,Fe2O3为0.5~2wt%,CaO为0.4~0.6wt%,MgO为0.2~0.4wt%,TiO2为0.5~1.0wt%,烧失为0.1~0.5wt%;所述焦宝石的粒径小于0.088mm。
所述蓝晶石的主要化学成分是:SiO2为30~40wt%,Al2O3为50~60wt%,ZrO2为2~3wt%,,Fe2O3为0.5~1wt%,CaO+MgO为0.5~1.0wt%,烧失为3~5wt%;所述蓝晶石的粒径小于0.088mm。
所述粘土为福建泥、膨润土和苏州土中的一种。
所述α-氧化铝微粉的粒径小于0.005mm,纯度大于等于99.4%。
所述锯末的粒径小于0.088mm。
所述莫来石纤维的长度为1.5~2.5cm,平均直径为2~4μm。
所述结合剂为铝溶胶、硅溶胶和水中的一种。
所述成型为半干法机压成型,成型压力为2.5~5.0MPa。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下积极效果:
本发明采用焦宝石为主要原料,通过半干法机压制备生坯,然后利用燃尽物法制备基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖,易形成规模化工业生产,成本较低,制备工艺简单。所制备的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖的导热系数为0.14~0.4W/(m·K),体积密度为0.6~1.0g/cm-3,烧后线收缩率小于1%,耐压强度为2.0~5.0MPa。
因此,本发明具有成本低和工艺简单的特点,所制备的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖具有导热系数较低、体积密度较低、烧后线收缩率较低和耐压强度较高的优点。

本实施例中:所述粘土为苏州土;所述结合剂为水。
本实施例1所制备的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖:导热系数为0.3~0.4W/(m·K);烧后线收缩率为0.1~0.5%;体积密度0.73~0.8g/cm-3;耐压强度4.0~5.0MPa。

一种基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖及其制备方法。以26~32wt%的焦宝石、24~28wt%的蓝晶石、24~28wt%的粘土和18~22wt%的α-氧化铝微粉为原料,外加所述原料38~44wt%的锯末、7~9%的莫来石纤维和19~27wt%的结合剂,室温条件下搅拌6~8h,困料,成型,自然干燥;然后在110~210℃条件下烘烤12~24h,在1250~1350℃条件下保温2~5h,制得基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖。

一种基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖及其制备方法。除下述技术参数外,其余同实施例4:
本实施例中:所述粘土为膨润土;所述结合剂为硅溶胶。
本实施例6所制备的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖:导热系数0.2~0.3W/(m·K);烧后线收缩率为0.6~0.8%;体积密度0.63~0.68g/cm-3;耐压强度2.7~3.8MPa。
实施例7
一种基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖及其制备方法。以20~26wt%的焦宝石、20~24wt%的蓝晶石、28~32wt%的粘土和22~26wt%的α-氧化铝微粉为原料,外加所述原料44~50wt%的锯末、5~7%的莫来石纤维和10~19wt%的结合剂,室温条件下搅拌6~8h,困料,成型,自然干燥;然后在110~210℃条件下烘烤12~24h,在1150~1250℃条件下保温2~5h,制得基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖。
本实施例中:所述粘土为苏州土;所述结合剂为水。
本实施例7所制备的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖:导热系数0.14~0.25W/(m·K);烧后线收缩率为0.7~0.9%;体积密度0.60~0.65g/cm-3;耐压强度2.0~3.0MPa。
实施例8
一种基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖及其制备方法。除下述技术参数外,其余同实施例7:
本实施例中:所述粘土为福建泥;所述结合剂为铝溶胶。
本实施例8所制备的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖:导热系数0.14~0.23W/(m·K);烧后线收缩率为0.8~1.0%;体积密度0.6~0.66g/cm-3;耐压强度2.2~3.2MPa。
实施例9
一种基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖及其制备方法。除下述技术参数外,其余同实施例7:
本实施例中:所述粘土为膨润土;所述结合剂为硅溶胶。
本实施例9所制备的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖:导热系数0.14~0.2W/(m·K);烧后线收缩率为0.8~1.0%;体积密度0.6~0.65g/cm-3;耐压强度2.1~3.1MPa。
本具体实施方式与现有技术相比具有如下积极效果:
本具体实施方式采用的主要原料为焦宝石,其量巨大,来源丰富;同时在试样中添加了莫来石纤维增加了试样的强度。所制备的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖采用机压成型然后通过燃尽物法来制备。本具体实施方式的制备工艺简单,降低了生产成本和能源消耗。所制备的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖的导热系数为0.14~0.4W/(m·K),体积密度为0.6~1.0g/cm-3,烧后线收缩率小于1%,耐压强度为2.0~5.0MP;能满足工业大批量生产要求。
因此,本具体实施方式具有成本低和工艺简单的特点,所制备的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖具有体积密度小、导热率低、烧后线收缩率小和耐压强度高的优点。

Claims (10)

1.一种基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖的制备方法,其特征在于以20~38wt%的焦宝石、20~32wt%的蓝晶石、20~32wt%的粘土和14~26wt%的α-氧化铝微粉为原料,外加所述原料30~50wt%的锯末、5~11%的莫来石纤维和10~35wt%的结合剂,室温条件下搅拌6~8h,困料,成型,自然干燥;然后在110~210℃条件下烘烤12~24h,在1150~1450℃条件下保温2~5h,制得基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述焦宝石的主要化学成分是:Al2O3为40~50wt%,SiO2为45~50wt%,Fe2O3为0.5~2wt%,CaO为0.4~0.6wt%,MgO为0.2~0.4wt%,TiO2为0.5~1.0wt%,烧失为0.1~0.5wt%;所述焦宝石的粒径小于0.088mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述蓝晶石的主要化学成分是:SiO2为30~40wt%,Al2O3为50~60wt%,ZrO2为2~3wt%,,Fe2O3为0.5~1wt%,CaO+MgO为0.5~1.0wt%,烧失为3~5wt%;所述蓝晶石的粒径小于0.088mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述粘土为福建泥、膨润土和苏州土中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述α-氧化铝微粉的粒径小于0.005mm,纯度大于等于99.4%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述锯末的粒径小于0.088mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述莫来石纤维的长度为1.5~2.5cm,平均直径为2~4μm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述结合剂为铝溶胶、硅溶胶和水中的一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述成型为半干法机压成型,成型压力为2.5~5.0MPa。
10.一种基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖,其特征在于所述基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖是根据权利要求1~9项中任一项所述的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖的制备方法所制备的基于焦宝石的莫来石轻质隔热砖。
