Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于治疗血栓性浅静脉炎的中药丸剂及制备方法,属中药领域。本发明药物有效成分的原料组成为:桑枝、忍冬藤、大枣、络石藤、白术、龙眼肉、桂枝、血风藤、石斛、灵芝、甘草、白芍、泽兰、车前子、紫花地丁、连翘、虎杖、老虎耳、香附、三棱、桃仁、川牛膝、姜黄、土元。本发明选用药材的药性相适相辅,针对病因对症下药,有清热利湿、补益气血、化瘀通络、活血通经、解毒消肿之功效,吸收效果好,疗效显著,无毒副作用及临床不良反应,经临床验证对血栓性浅静脉炎治愈率较高。

本发明涉及中药领域,尤其涉及一种用于治疗血栓性浅静脉炎的中药丸剂及制备方法。
背景技术
血栓性浅静脉炎是位于人体体表的可视静脉的急性非化脓性炎症,常伴有血栓形成。是一种血管血栓性疾病,病变主要累及四肢浅静脉。血栓与炎症互为因果。本病与感染、外伤、静脉内长期置管、注射高渗溶液和硬化剂、长期卧床者、术后恢复期患者、血液凝固性增高等因素有关。位于小腿的浅静脉离心较远,壁较薄,静脉曲张严重,血栓性浅静脉炎多见于下肢。
西医对于血栓性浅静脉炎的治疗,取决于浅静脉血栓的范围和症状的严重程度。对于一般性血栓性静脉炎仅表现为表浅的、局限的、轻度触痛的静脉炎症反应,可采用卧床,抬高患肢超过心脏水平,局部热敷,必要时可穿弹力袜或用弹性绷带包扎的方式进行治疗;对于由血栓性静脉炎引起的疼痛及发炎,可以用诸如消炎痛等非类固醇抗炎药物来治疗缓解,如果有感染发生,通常会予以抗生素类药物进行治疗;如因静脉曲张所致血栓性浅静脉炎,且症状持续存在,做病变累及的曲张浅静脉剥脱,能加快缓解症状。西医治疗本病见效慢,长期服用具有一定的副作用,且在不切除病变的静脉段的情况下,通常会有较高的复发率。
血栓性浅静脉炎属于中医脉痹的范畴,湿热之邪外侵,以致气血瘀滞,脉络滞塞不通;或外伤、染毒或经脉创伤等均可导致气血瘀滞而引发本病。中医通常采用活血化瘀、清热解毒的药膏外敷的治疗方法。如公布号CN103690849A(申请号:201310728819.5)的中国专利文献公开了一种用于治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎的中药制剂,该其原料药包括金银花、薏苡仁、粉萆虎杖、王不留行、卷柏、川芎、益母草、三棱、酒大黄、山药、山香圆叶、马鞭草、枳实、玫瑰花、赤芍、苍术、旋覆花、浙贝母、侧柏叶、水蛭、牛蒡子、夏枯草、黄柏、黄精、石见穿、龙船花、元宝草、没药和首乌藤,该中药制剂即为一种外用药膏。外用药膏治疗虽然药效直达病变部位,但容易遗漏不易发现的病变部位,且外敷容易沾染患者的衣物,造成患者生活上的不便。本发明认为本病脉络湿阻血瘀是本病的病机关键,本发明所述药物所选用的药材,药性相适相辅,针对引发本病的气血瘀滞、脉络滞塞不通等病因,对症下药,具有清热利湿、补益气血、化瘀通络、活血通经、解毒消肿之功效,吸收效果好,疗效显著,无毒副作用及临床不良反应,经临床验证对血栓性浅静脉炎治愈率较高。

本发明提供了一种用于治疗血栓性浅静脉炎的中药丸剂及制备方法,具有清热利湿、补益气血、化瘀通络、活血通经、解毒消肿之功效,治病求源标本兼治,对各种原因引起的血栓性浅静脉炎均具有很好的疗效。

一种用于治疗血栓性浅静脉炎的中药丸剂的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)将桑枝、大枣、龙眼肉、桂枝、石斛、泽兰、紫花地丁、连翘、老虎耳、桃仁、姜黄洗净、晾干后混合均匀,放入容器中,在容器中加入6~8倍量的水,加热煮沸2~3小时,冷却后取浸液;在剩余的药渣中再加入4~6倍量的水,加热煮沸1~2小时,冷却后浸液;合并两次所得浸液,加热,蒸发浓缩为相对密度1.15~1.25的稠膏,备用;
(2)将忍冬藤、络石藤、血风藤、灵芝、虎杖、川牛膝混合均匀后放入容器中,加入3~5倍量的绍兴黄酒,煮沸后放凉,继续浸泡3~5小时,取浸液;在剩余的药渣中再加入2~4倍量的绍兴黄酒,煮沸后放晾,继续浸泡2~4小时,取浸液;合并两次所得浸液,加蒸蒸发浓缩为相对密度1.10~1.20的稠膏,备用;
(3)取伏龙肝细粉,置锅内炒热,加入白术片,炒至外面挂有土色时取出,筛去泥土,放凉,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(4)取净甘草片,加入炼熟的蜂蜜与少许开水,拌匀后稍闷,置炒制容器内,文火炒至黄色至深黄色,不粘手时取出,放凉,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(5)取白芍片,喷淋黄酒拌匀,稍闷后,置锅内用文火加热,炒干,取出放凉,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(6)取净车前子,置锅内用文火炒至鼓起,喷淋盐水,再略炒取出,晾干,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(7)取净香附粒,加醋拌匀,闷一宿,置锅内炒至微黄色,取出晾干,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(8)取净三棱置开水锅内浸没,煮至五、六成透时,加醋再煮至八成透,停止加水,并停止续火,留在锅内闷透,吸尽余汤,捞出,晾至外皮无水分,切片,晒干,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(9)将土元置锅内文火加热,炒至微焦,取出放凉,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(10)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)所得的稠膏,与步骤(3)、步骤(4)、步骤(5)、步骤(6)、步骤(7)、步骤(8)、步骤(9)中所得的细粉混合,加入炼蜜搅拌均匀后,制备为每粒3g的药丸。
本发明所用中药的药性如下:
桑枝:味苦;性平。入肺;肾二经。祛风湿;利关节;行水气。治风寒湿痹;四肢拘挛;脚气浮肿;中风半身不遂;肌体风痒;用于肩臂、关节酸痛麻木。《本草再新》:"壮肺气,燥湿,滋肾水,通经,止咳除烦,消肿止痛。
忍冬藤:味甘;性寒。入心;肺经。清热解毒;通络。主治温病发热;疮痈肿毒;热毒血痢;风湿热痹。《本草纲目》载:“治上切风湿气及诸肿毒,痈疽疥癣,杨梅恶疮,散热解毒。《常用中草药手册》:治湿热腿痛。“现代医学研究证实,忍冬藤具有显著的抗菌、消炎、体内抗感染作用,降低静脉压,增强毛细血管活性,降低血胆甾醇,对气管平滑肌和肠平滑肌有解痉作用,所含的木犀素有较好的祛痰作用。
大枣:味甘;温。归脾;胃经。补脾胃;益气血;安心神;调营卫;和药性。主治脾胃虚弱;气血不足;食少便溏;倦怠乏力;心悸失眠;妇人脏躁;营卫不和。《本草汇言》:沈氏曰,此药甘润膏凝,善补阴阳、气血、津液、脉络、筋俞、骨髓,一切虚损,无不宜之。如龙谭方治惊悸怔忡,健忘恍惚,志意昏迷,精神不守,或中气不和,饮食无味,百体懒重,肌肉瘦,此属心、脾二藏元神亏损之证,必用大枣治之。佐用陈皮,调畅中脘虚滞之痰。
络石藤:味苦;辛;性微寒。入心;肝;肾经。通络止痛;凉血清热;解毒消肿。主治风湿痹痛;腰膝酸痛;筋脉拘挛;咽喉肿痛;疔疮肿毒;跌打损伤;外伤出血。《本草正义》载:“此物善走经脉,通达肢节,主风热死肌,养肾,主腰髋痛,坚筋,利关节。“现代医学研究证实,络石藤对金黄色葡萄球菌、福氏痢疾杆菌及伤寒杆菌有较强的抵制作用,所含的牛蒡甙可刺激中枢神经系统,加快呼吸频率,抑制血管浮肿。
白术:味苦;甘;性温。归脾;胃经。健脾益气;燥湿利水;止汗;安胎。主治脾气虚弱;神疲乏力;食少腹胀;大便溏薄;水饮内停;小便不利;水肿;痰饮眩晕;湿痹酸痛;气虚自汗;胎动不安。《本经逢原》载:“术,生用有除湿益燥,消痰利水,治风寒湿痹,死肌痉疸,散腰脐间血,及冲脉为病,逆气里急之功;制熟则有和中补气,止渴生津,止汗除热,进饮食,安胎之效。”现代医学研究证实,白术具有利尿、降血糖、强壮、抗凝血、抗肿瘤、抗菌、促进造血和蛋白质合成的作用。
龙眼肉:味甘;性温。入心;肾;肝;脾经。补心脾;益气血;安心神。主治心脾两虚、气血不足所致的惊悸;怔忡;失眠;健忘;血虚萎黄;月经不调;崩漏。《得配本草》载:“益脾胃,葆心血,润五脏,治怔忡。”现代医学研究证实,龙眼肉对心肌遭受低温、高温和缺氧刺激有明显的保护作用,对奥杜盎氏小芽胞癣菌有抑制作用,此外还有镇静和健胃作用。
桂枝:味辛;甘;性温。入膀胱;心;肺经。散寒解表;温通经脉;通阳化气。主治风寒表证;寒湿痹痛;四肢厥冷;经闭痛经;癓瘕结块;胸痹;心悸;痰饮;小便不利。《长沙药解》载:“入肝家而行血分,定经络而达荣郁。善解风邪,最调木气。升清阳之脱陷,降浊阴之冲逆,舒筋脉之急挛;利关节之壅阻。入肝胆而散遏抑,极止痛楚,通经络而开痹涩,甚去湿寒。能止奔豚,更安惊悸。”现代医学研究证实,桂枝能有效扩张血管、促进发汗,所含的桂皮醛、桂皮酸钠有解热、镇痛、镇静、抗惊厥作用,此外桂枝还有抗菌、抗病毒的功效。
血风藤:味甘;性温。归肺;脾经。补气血;强筋骨;舒经络。主治气血虚弱;有经不调;血虚经闭;风湿疼痛;跌打损伤;腰肌劳损。《常用中草药手册》:补气补血,舒筋活络。治气血亏损,月经不调,风湿筋骨痛,四肢麻木,跌打损伤。
石斛:味甘;性微寒。归胃;肺;肾经。生津益胃;滋阴清热;润肺益肾;明目强腰。主治热病伤津;口干烦渴;胃阴不足;胃痛干呕;肺燥干咳;虚热不退;阴伤目蝉;腰膝软弱。《本草正》载:“石斛益精强阴,壮筋补虚,健脚膝,驱冷痹,却惊悸,定心志,有从容分解之妙,故能退火、养阴、除烦、清肺下气,亦止消渴热汗。”现代医学研究证实,石斛能显著增强巨噬细胞的吞噬作用,能抑制考的松或环磷酰胺所致的免疫,有显著的免疫激活作用,对环磷酰胺所致的白细胞下降有保护作用,并能明显提高鼻咽癌患者NK细胞的活性,能促进唾液、胃液、肠液分泌,能扩张微血管,增加血流,增强心肌收缩力,此外还有解热、镇痛等作用。
灵芝:味甘苦、性平,归肺;心;脾;肾经。益气血;安心神;健脾胃。主治:虚劳;心悸;失眠;头晕;神疲乏力;久咳气喘;冠心病;矽肺;肿瘤。《神农本草经》:“赤芝,味苦平。主胸中结,益心气,补中,增慧智,不忘。现代医学研究发现,灵芝可有效地扩张冠状动脉,增加冠脉血流量,改善心肌微循环,增强心肌氧和能量的供给,因此,对心肌缺血具有保护作用,可广泛用于冠心病、心绞痛等的治疗和预防。对高血脂病患者,灵芝可明显降低血胆固醇、脂蛋白和甘油三脂,并能预防动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成。对于粥样硬化斑块已经形成者,则有降低动脉壁胆固醇含量、软化血管、防止进一步损伤的作用。
甘草:味甘;性平。归心;肺;脾;胃经。补脾益气;清热解毒;祛痰止咳;缓急止痛;调和诸药。主治脾胃虚弱;倦怠乏力;心悸气短;咳嗽痰多;脘腹四脚挛急疼痛;痈肿疮毒;缓解药物毒性。《本草纲目》载:“诸药中甘草为君。治七十二种乳石毒,解一千二百般草本毒,调和从药有功。”现代医学研究证实,甘草有较强的解毒作用,还有抗溃疡、抗炎症、镇痉镇咳、降血压、降血脂、抗癌作用,广泛用于治疗咽喉炎、喉炎、气管炎、支气管炎、哮喘、咳嗽、咳血等疾病,此外还具有抗胃溃疡、抗胃炎作用。
白芍:味苦;性平。入肝;脾经。养血柔肝,缓中止痛;敛阴收汗。主治胸腹胁肋疼痛,泻痢腹痛,自汗盗汗,阴虚发热。《别录》载:“通顺血脉,缓中,散恶血,逐贼血,去水气,利膀胱、大小肠,消痈肿,治时行寒热,中恶腹痛,腰痛。”现代医学研究证实,白芍能调节免疫,增强巨噬细胞和白细胞的吞噬功能,调节T淋巴细胞和体液的免疫功能,有保肝、解痉、镇痛、镇静、抗凉、降温作用,此外还对平滑肌有抑制作用,增强耐缺氧、抗氧化和抗疲劳的作用。
泽兰:味辛;微苦;性微湿。归肝;脾经。活血通经;化瘀行水。主治月经不调;痛经;经闭;产后腹痛;癓瘕;身面浮肿;痈;跌打损伤。《四川常用中草药》载:“红泽兰,消瘀行水,舒肝散郁。”现代医学研究证实,红泽兰含挥发油、鞣质、酚类和多种氨基酸,能防止血栓形成,有轻度抑制凝血系统与增强纤溶活性的作用。
车前子:味甘;淡;性微寒。归肺;肝;肾;膀胱经。清热利尿;渗湿止泻;明目;祛痰。主治小便不利;淋浊带下;水肿胀满;暑湿泻痢;目赤障翳;痰热咳喘。《医林纂要》:车前子,功用似泽泻,但彼专去肾之邪水,此则兼去脾之积湿;彼用根,专下部,此用子,兼润心肾。又甘能补,故古人谓其强阴益精。现代医学研究证实,车前子有显著利尿作用,能促进呼吸道粘液分泌,稀释痰液,并对各种杆菌和葡萄球菌有显著抑制作用。
紫花地丁:味苦;辛;性寒。归心;肝经。清热解毒;凉血消肿。主治黄疸、痢疾、乳腺炎、目赤肿痛、咽炎、跌打损伤、痈肿、疔疮肿毒、痈疽发背、丹毒、毒蛇咬伤。《本经逢原》载:“治疔肿恶疮,兼疗痈疽发背,无名肿毒。”现代医学研究证实,紫花地丁在试管内有抑制结核杆菌生长的作用,其醇提物对钩端螺旋体有抑制作用,对堇色毛癣菌有抑制作用,此外尚有清热、消肿、消炎等作用。
连翘:味苦;性微寒。入肺;心;胆经。清热解毒;消肿散结。主治风热感冒;温病;热淋尿闭;痈疽;肿毒;瘰疬;瘿瘤;喉痹。《神农本草经》载:“主寒热,鼠瘘,瘰疬,痈肿恶疮,瘿瘤,结热。”临床医学研究表明,连翘有广谱抗菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、贺氏痢疾杆菌有很强的抑制作用,对其他致病菌、流感病毒、真菌都有一定的抑制作用,所含的齐墩果酸有强心、利尿及降血压作用,维生素P可降低血管通透性及脆性,防止溶血,此外还有抗炎、镇吐、抗肝损伤作用。
虎杖:味苦;酸;性微寒。归肝;胆经。活血散瘀;祛风通络;清热利湿;解毒。主治妇女经闭;痛经;产后恶露不下;癥瘕积聚;跌扑损伤;风湿痹痛;湿热黄疸;淋浊带下;疮疡肿毒;毒蛇咬伤;水火烫伤。《名医别录》主通利月水,破留血癥结。
老虎耳:益气血;祛风湿;通经络;消肿毒。主治气亏血虚;风湿痹痛;拘挛麻木;刀伤出血;口疮。
香附:味辛;性微寒;无毒。归肝;肺;脾;胃;三焦经。理气解郁;调经止痛;安胎。主治胁肋胀痛;乳房胀育;疝气疼痛;月经不调;脘腹痞满疼痛;嗳气吞酸,呕恶;经行腹痛;崩漏带下;胎动不安。《滇南本草》:调血中之气,开郁,宽中,消食,止呕吐。
三棱:味辛;涩;性凉。入肝;脾经。破血行气;消积止痛。主治症瘕痞块;瘀滞经闭;痛经;食积胀痛;跌打伤痛。《日华子本草》载:“治妇人血脉不调,心腹痛,落胎,消恶血,补劳,通月经,治气胀,消扑损瘀血,产后腹痛、血运并宿血不下。”现代医学研究证实,三棱可加强肠管收缩,对子宫有兴奋作用,能抑制血小板聚集、延长血栓形成时间、消融血栓,降低全血粘度。
桃仁:味苦;甘;性平。归心;肝;大肠经。活血祛瘀;润肠通便;止咳平喘。主治经闭;痛经;癓瘕痞块;跌扑损伤;肠燥便秘。《本经逢原》载:“桃仁,为血瘀血闭之专药。苦以泄滞血,甘以生新血,治热入血室,瘀积症瘕,经闭,疟母,心腹痛,亦散肝经之血结。”现代医学研究证实,桃仁醇提液可增加静脉血管流量,舒张血管,能增加股动脉血流量,降低血管阻力,对血管壁有直接扩张作用,维持体温和保护内脏,此外还有抑制血液凝固和溶血作用。
川牛膝:味甘;微苦,性平。归肝、肾经。逐瘀通经;通利关节;利尿通淋。用于经闭症瘕;胞衣不下;关节痹痛;足痿筋挛;跌扑损伤。《中药志》载:“破血下降,治打扑刀伤,有缓和疼痛之效。”现代医学研究证实,川牛膝有明显的镇痛作用,所含的昆虫变态甾体激素和杯苋甾桐具有蛋白质同化作用。
姜黄:味苦;辛;性温。归脾;肝经。破血行气;通经止痛。主治血瘀气滞诸证;胞腹胁痛;妇女痛经;闭经;产后瘀滞腹痛;风湿痹痛;跌打损伤;痈肿。《本草经疏》:姜黄,其味苦胜辛劣,辛香燥烈,性不应寒。苦能泄热,辛能散结,故主心腹结积之属血分者。兼能治气,故又云下气。总其辛苦之力,破血除风热,消痈肿,其能事也。现代医学研究证明:姜黄具有降血脂、抗肿瘤、利胆、抗炎、抗氧化的作用,并能显著抑制血小板聚集和降低全血和血浆粘度。
土元:味咸;性寒;小毒。入肝经。活血散瘀,通经止痛。主治血瘀经闭,症瘕积块,跌打瘀肿,筋骨骨折,木舌重舌。《分类草药性》载:“治跌打损伤,风湿筋骨痛,消肿,吹喉症。”现代医学研究证实,土元至少含有17种氨基酸、28种微量元素,以及多种生物碱,对恶性肿瘤有改善症状的作用,可用于调节血压、血脂、溶栓,此外还有消炎、解毒、镇静等作用,与其他中药配伍对腰痛等顽症具有很高的治疗效果。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
本发明选用药材,药性相适相辅,针对引发血栓性浅静脉炎的气血瘀滞、脉络滞塞不通等病因对症下药,有清热利湿、补益气血、化瘀通络、活血通经、解毒消肿之功效,吸收效果好,疗效显著,无毒副作用及临床不良反应,经临床验证对血栓性浅静脉炎治愈率较高。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步阐述。
实施例1
本发明药物有效成分的原料组成及重量为:
桑枝70~90份忍冬藤67~86份大枣63~83份络石藤60~80份
白术57~77份龙眼肉53~73份桂枝50~70份血风藤47~66份
石斛44~63份灵芝40~60份甘草36~56份白芍33~53份
泽兰30~50份车前子27~46份紫花地丁24~42份连翘21~38份
虎杖18~35份老虎耳15~32份香附12~28份三棱10~25份
桃仁8~21份川牛膝6~18份姜黄4~12份土元2~8份。
本发明药物制备方法的工艺步骤为:
(1)将桑枝、大枣、龙眼肉、桂枝、石斛、泽兰、紫花地丁、连翘、老虎耳、桃仁、姜黄洗净、晾干后混合均匀,放入容器中,在容器中加入6~8倍量的水,加热煮沸2~3小时,冷却后取浸液;在剩余的药渣中再加入4~6倍量的水,加热煮沸1~2小时,冷却后浸液;合并两次所得浸液,加热,蒸发浓缩为相对密度1.15~1.25的稠膏,备用;
(2)将忍冬藤、络石藤、血风藤、灵芝、虎杖、川牛膝混合均匀后放入容器中,加入3~5倍量的绍兴黄酒,煮沸后放凉,继续浸泡3~5小时,取浸液;在剩余的药渣中再加入2~4倍量的绍兴黄酒,煮沸后放晾,继续浸泡2~4小时,取浸液;合并两次所得浸液,加蒸蒸发浓缩为相对密度1.10~1.20的稠膏,备用;
(3)取伏龙肝细粉,置锅内炒热,加入白术片,炒至外面挂有土色时取出,筛去泥土,放凉,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(4)取净甘草片,加入炼熟的蜂蜜与少许开水,拌匀后稍闷,置炒制容器内,文火炒至黄色至深黄色,不粘手时取出,放凉,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(5)取白芍片,喷淋黄酒拌匀,稍闷后,置锅内用文火加热,炒干,取出放凉,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(6)取净车前子,置锅内用文火炒至鼓起,喷淋盐水,再略炒取出,晾干,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(7)取净香附粒,加醋拌匀,闷一宿,置锅内炒至微黄色,取出晾干,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(8)取净三棱置开水锅内浸没,煮至五、六成透时,加醋再煮至八成透,停止加水,并停止续火,留在锅内闷透,吸尽余汤,捞出,晾至外皮无水分,切片,晒干,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(9)将土元置锅内文火加热,炒至微焦,取出放凉,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(10)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)所得的稠膏,与步骤(3)、步骤(4)、步骤(5)、步骤(6)、步骤(7)、步骤(8)、步骤(9)中所得的细粉混合,加入炼蜜搅拌均匀后,制备为每粒3g的药丸。
用法用量:口服,每日3次每次2粒,饭前一小时以温开水送服,12天为1个疗程,本药孕妇禁用。

本实施例的药物制备方法工艺步骤及用法用量与实施例1相同。
临床资料:
1、病例选择
选择我院确诊的血栓性浅静脉炎患者40例临床观察,其中男性13例,女性27例,年龄37~62岁,平均年龄48.6岁。
2、治疗方法
患者服用本发明药物,口服,每日3次每次2粒,饭前一小时以温开水送服,12天为1个疗程,服用2个疗程,本药孕妇禁用。
3、疗效判定:
(1)治愈:局部炎症消退,索状物消失,无任何自觉症状(除皮肤仅剩色素沉着),3个月内不再复发。
(2)好转:局部炎症明显缓解,索状物基本消失,无自觉症状,但其他部位又复出现或3个月内复发。
(3)无效:症状同施治前无明显差异。
4、结果

表1可见,总有效率92.5%,本发明药物对血栓性浅静脉炎具有很好的疗效。
5、典型病例举例:
1、孙××,男,45岁,职员。该患者左小腿内侧中下部红肿,红肿下部及两侧浅静脉充盈,呈团块状,红肿处皮温高,有触痛感,舌质红,苔黄腻,脉滑数,诊断为血栓性浅静脉炎,经服用本发明所述药物2个疗程后,上述症状消失,体温正常,血液各项指标检查恢复正常,已痊愈。
2、李××,女,48岁,教师。患者脚踝发紫,并伴有水肿,触痛,有时瘙痒,脚面上有浅紫色网状的红肿条状物,皮温升高,有触痛感,诊断为血栓性浅静脉炎,经服用本发明所述药物1个疗程后,上述症状消失,体温正常,血液各项指标检查恢复正常,已痊愈。
综上所述,本发明所述的药物是经长期临床验证总结配置而成,方中所选药材,药性相适相辅,根据病因对症下药,方中灵芝、大枣、龙眼肉、老虎耳、血风藤等中药可补益气血;方中忍冬藤、络石藤、连翘、紫花地丁等着中药可清热解毒、凉血消肿;方中白术、车前子可健脾利湿;方中桃仁、土元、虎杖等中药可活血散瘀、通经活络;方中三棱、姜黄可破血行气、通经止痛;方中白芍可养血柔肝、缓中止痛;方中泽兰可活血通经、化瘀行水;方中川牛膝可破血通经,并引药下行;方中桑枝可通利关节,引药上行;方中香附可香附理气止痛;方中甘草可调和诸药;方中诸药合用,共奏清热利湿、补益气血、化瘀通络、活血通经、解毒消肿之功效,吸收效果好,疗效显著,无毒副作用及临床不良反应,经临床验证对血栓性浅静脉炎治愈率较高。

1.一种用于治疗血栓性浅静脉炎的中药丸剂,其特征在于,制成所述药物有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为:

5.根据权利要求1~4所述的一种用于治疗血栓性浅静脉炎的中药丸剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)将桑枝、大枣、龙眼肉、桂枝、石斛、泽兰、紫花地丁、连翘、老虎耳、桃仁、姜黄洗净、晾干后混合均匀,放入容器中,在容器中加入6~8倍量的水,加热煮沸2~3小时,冷却后取浸液;在剩余的药渣中再加入4~6倍量的水,加热煮沸1~2小时,冷却后浸液;合并两次所得浸液,加热,蒸发浓缩为相对密度1.15~1.25的稠膏,备用;
(2)将忍冬藤、络石藤、血风藤、灵芝、虎杖、川牛膝混合均匀后放入容器中,加入3~5倍量的绍兴黄酒,煮沸后放凉,继续浸泡3~5小时,取浸液;在剩余的药渣中再加入2~4倍量的绍兴黄酒,煮沸后放晾,继续浸泡2~4小时,取浸液;合并两次所得浸液,加蒸蒸发浓缩为相对密度1.10~1.20的稠膏,备用;
(3)取伏龙肝细粉,置锅内炒热,加入白术片,炒至外面挂有土色时取出,筛去泥土,放凉,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(4)取净甘草片,加入炼熟的蜂蜜与少许开水,拌匀后稍闷,置炒制容器内,文火炒至黄色至深黄色,不粘手时取出,放凉,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(5)取白芍片,喷淋黄酒拌匀,稍闷后,置锅内用文火加热,炒干,取出放凉,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(6)取净车前子,置锅内用文火炒至鼓起,喷淋盐水,再略炒取出,晾干,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(7)取净香附粒,加醋拌匀,闷一宿,置锅内炒至微黄色,取出晾干,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(8)取净三棱置开水锅内浸没,煮至五、六成透时,加醋再煮至八成透,停止加水,并停止续火,留在锅内闷透,吸尽余汤,捞出,晾至外皮无水分,切片,晒干,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(9)将土元置锅内文火加热,炒至微焦,取出放凉,粉碎研末,过120目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(10)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)所得的稠膏,与步骤(3)、步骤(4)、步骤(5)、步骤(6)、步骤(7)、步骤(8)、步骤(9)中所得的细粉混合,加入炼蜜搅拌均匀后,制备为每粒3g的药丸。
