Technical Field
The invention relates to a rice cake forming machine. More particularly, the present invention relates to a whipping rice cake forming machine.
Background
The rice cake is a traditional food in southeast Asia region, and the recipe 'food times' of the six centuries of Gongyuan carries the preparation method of the rice cake, namely, glutinous rice is steamed, pounded into rice information while hot, then cut into peach kernel size, dried in the air and fried, and rolled with sugar for eating. By the time of Ming dynasty and Qing dynasty, the rice cake has been developed into a snack which is supplied all the year round and has the difference of north and south flavors. The traditional rice cake is mainly made manually, the glutinous rice is stirred by manpower after being steamed until the rice cake has no rice grain texture, the traditional rice cake is mainly made by a machine, but the glutinous rice and water are ground into slurry together, auxiliary materials are added and mixed well, the mixture is poured into a mold for steaming, and the rice cake made by the method of firstly making the slurry is much smoother in texture compared with the rice cake made by manual stirring, but lacks mellow and rough mouthfeel and chewy, so people cannot feel the feeling of traditional food.
The existing extrusion type and injection type rice cake machines adopt a spiral stirring shaft for stirring, and although glutinous rice can be steamed and then prepared in an extrusion mode, the eating taste is not as good as that of the rice cake prepared by manual stirring.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to solve at least the above problems and/or disadvantages and to provide at least the advantages described hereinafter.
The invention also aims to provide a whipping type rice cake forming machine, wherein two whipping rods are adopted to alternately impact and beat glutinous rice to prepare rice cakes in a mode of simulating manual whipping.
Still another object of the present invention is to make the inner cylinder rotate while the whipping bar is whipped by the vibrating motor so that the whipping bar is whipped more sufficiently and uniformly, and at the same time, after the whipping is stopped, the radial extension and setting of the whipped rice cake to the inner cylinder can be accelerated by the vibrating motor.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a control device that can selectively set the operating time of the rotary motor and the vibration motor according to the amount of material to be beaten and the degree and texture of beating required, while reducing the labor.

a frame disposed below the outer cylinder to support the outer cylinder;
a whipping mechanism, comprising:
the main shaft is horizontally arranged right above the inner cylinder along the radial direction of the inner cylinder;
a rotating motor which drives the main shaft to rotate in a vertical plane through a belt pulley transmission mechanism;
one ends of the two auxiliary shafts are fixedly arranged perpendicular to the main shaft, and the other ends of the two auxiliary shafts are respectively hinged with one ends of the two connecting rods;
the two stirring rods are respectively hinged with the other ends of the two connecting rods;
a control device, comprising:

Fig. 1 shows a whipping rice cake forming machine according to one implementation form of the present invention, comprising:
an outer cylinder 1 having a cylindrical shape with an open upper portion;
the inner cylinder body 2 is in a cylindrical shape with an opening at the upper part, the inner cylinder body 1 is sleeved inside the outer cylinder body 1, and the diameter of the inner cylinder body 2 is 2/3-5/7 of the diameter of the outer cylinder body 1;
a vibration motor 3 disposed between the lower portion of the inner cylinder 2 and the inside of the outer cylinder 1, for driving the inner cylinder 2 to perform a revolving motion; the vibrating motor 3 is arranged, so that the inner cylinder body rotates to enable the whipping rod to be whipped more fully and uniformly while the whipping rod is whipped, and meanwhile, after the whipping is stopped, the radial extension and shaping of the whipped rice cake to the inner cylinder body can be accelerated by the vibrating motor;
a frame 4 disposed below the outer cylinder 1 to support the outer cylinder 1;
a whipping mechanism 5, which comprises:
a main shaft 51 horizontally arranged right above the inner cylinder along the radial direction of the inner cylinder;
a rotating motor 52 which drives the main shaft to rotate in a vertical plane through a belt pulley transmission mechanism;
two auxiliary shafts 53, one ends of which are both perpendicular to the main shaft and fixedly arranged, and the other ends of which are respectively hinged with one ends of the two connecting rods 54;
two stirring rods 55 which are respectively hinged with the other ends of the two connecting rods 54;
a control device 6, comprising:
the control panel is arranged on the outer wall of the outer cylinder;
the two controllers are respectively electrically connected with the vibration motor and the rotating motor and used for controlling the vibration motor and the rotating motor to be turned on or off;
two timing modules electrically coupled with the two controllers;
