Description

Method for treating slurry leakage of gap between base plate of CRTSI type plate ballastless track of high-speed railway and surface layer of roadbed
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of high-speed railway ballastless track repair, and particularly relates to a method for repairing grout leakage of a gap between a CRTSI type plate ballastless track base plate and a roadbed surface layer.
Background
A ballastless track is a track structure form with less maintenance of a high-speed railway, and wheel track force is distributed and transmitted to a roadbed foundation by utilizing a reinforced concrete base plate to replace a ballast track bed. The ballastless track has the characteristics of good track stability, continuity and smoothness, good structural durability, less maintenance workload, long service life and the like, so that most of high-speed railways built at the present stage mainly use the ballastless track. Ballastless tracks generally adopt sealing materials to seal the track, and water is prevented from permeating into the track structure. When water seeps between the track base plate and the roadbed surface layer, the inside of the track structure is damaged, and the phenomenon of crack and slurry leakage occurs. The safety, comfort and smoothness of train running can be seriously influenced, the operation speed of the train and the traffic capacity of a railway road are reduced, and the method is one of important hidden dangers of ballastless track railway traffic safety.
In actual maintenance, a method for repairing grout leakage of a gap between a base plate of a CRTSI type plate ballastless track on a roadbed and the surface layer of the roadbed is to close the surface gap, but accumulated water exists between the base plate and the surface layer of the roadbed, grout leakage still occurs under the vibration of a train, and a sealing material is damaged by the grout leakage. Therefore, sealing surface open seams does not fundamentally address open seam slurry bleeding.
