本发明公开了一种喷涂导辊，包括主轴，所述主轴设置成空心轴，所述主轴上均匀设置有若干喷头，所述主轴两端设置有支架，所述支架上设置有若干导向柱；本发明结构设计合理，能够通过主轴上设置的喷头向导向柱上的布料进行喷胶，上胶均匀，易于清理，不会产生飞溅，保护生产环境，使用方便。

本发明涉及印染机械领域，尤其是涉及一种喷涂导辊。
背景技术
布料印染时会进行上胶工序，上浆是为了让布料获得手感厚实和硬挺效果，有利用喷淋上浆或浸泡上浆，在喷淋上浆过程中，布料通过实体辊支撑，喷头直接喷涂在布料表面，但这种方式喷淋不均匀，且布料喷涂不彻底，浆液容易聚集在导辊上，且从外部向布料喷淋，容易造成浆液飞溅现象，影响生产环境。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述提出到的问题，为此提供了一种喷涂导辊，包括主轴，所述主轴设置成空心轴，所述主轴上均匀设置有若干喷头，所述主轴两端设置有支架，所述支架上设置有若干导向柱。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明结构设计合理，能够通过主轴上设置的喷头向导向柱上的布料进行喷胶，上胶均匀，易于清理，不会产生飞溅，保护生产环境，使用方便。
