Abstract
本发明属于中药制药技术领域,具体涉及一种养生保健酒及其制备方法。一种养生保健酒,由以下重量份数的原料制成:黄精5‑20份、淫羊藿5‑20份、仙茅5‑20份、茯苓10‑20份、熟地2‑8份、淮山5‑15份、丹皮10‑20份、泽泻10‑20份、山茱萸5‑15份、菟丝子8‑15份和酒1000‑2000份。本发明的养生保健酒具有协同增效、安全性高、不易产生依赖性的优点,具有滋阴壮阳、补肾、益寿延年的功效;且其制备工艺简单,易于工业化生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于中药制药技术领域,具体涉及一种养生保健酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
当今社会科技和经济的发展使得人们的生活节奏加快、工作压力增大,致使人们抵抗力下降,较多人有腰酸腿软、面色苍白、心烦失眠等肾亏肾虚症状。
中医认为,肾是一个非常特殊的脏器。古代医学家认为:父母两精交媾,先成胚芽,然后便发育为“肾”,禀受于父母的先天之精即藏之于肾,故有“肾为先天之本”的说法。也许从五行学说中推导出“肾属水、主冬、水下行而静;冬则蛰藏”,或受启于它因,古医家认为肾有司封藏的功能特点。中医理论认为“腰为肾之府”,肾的位置在于腰部,腰部的慢性伤损、疼痛常与肾有关。肾位于五脏最低位置,生殖器和肛门的病变常也与肾有关,踝膝关节等的某些症状也反映了肾脏的状态。此外,全身的骨、髓、脊髓、头发、齿等都与肾所藏之精密切相关,因为是肾中所藏之精化生成“髓”,髓灌注在骨腔中以充养骨;充养和滋润脊髓;并上注于脑而为脑髓;充养头发;齿为骨之余;齿亦与肾精息息相关。再者,耳朵与肾有着众多特别紧密的联系,遂有“肾开窍于耳”之说。
目前,人们补肾多用食补和药补,食补主要是吃一些具有补肾功效的食品,如山药、腰花等;而药补所用的药多为补益肾中精气之品,如冬虫夏草、山萸肉、何首乌、女贞子、人参、山药等,其中人参以后诸药,偏于补肾气;温助肾阳之品,如鹿茸、仙灵脾、肉苁蓉、蚕蛾等;这些药主要用于肾气不固之证;补肾不仅可改善肾亏的病理状态,而且可以缓解衰老的某些症状并延缓衰老过程,故其意义是较普遍的。然而,欲获得满意疗效的药物组合物还不多,上述中药如冬虫夏草、人参等药材较为名贵,一般消费者很难接受。尤其对于长期使用者且现有的中药组合物很难达到药补和食补相结合,功能效果单一,并不能在补肾的同时起到增强免疫力的功效。
因此,急需一种无毒副作用,且可从根本上起到补肾功效,同时兼具增强免疫力功效的药物。

发明内容
本发明针对以上现有问题而提供一种养生保健酒,该养生保健酒是以黄精、淫羊藿、仙茅、茯苓、熟地、淮山、丹皮、泽泻、山茱萸、菟丝子和酒进行组合,将这些成分组合使得各成分产生协同增效作用,从而具有滋阴壮阳、补肾、益寿延年的功效。
本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种养生保健酒,由以下重量份数的原料制成:黄精5-20份、淫羊藿5-20份、仙茅5-20份、茯苓10-20份、熟地2-8份、淮山5-15份、丹皮10-20份、泽泻10-20份、山茱萸5-15份、菟丝子8-15份和酒1000-2000份。
作为优选,所述的养生保健酒,由以下重量份数的原料制成:黄精10份、淫羊藿10份、仙茅10份、茯苓15份、熟地6份、淮山12份、丹皮15份、泽泻15份、山茱萸10份、菟丝子12份和酒1500份。
作为优选,所述的酒为45°的白酒。
本发明还提供了所述的养生保健酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取黄精、淫羊藿、仙茅、茯苓、熟地、淮山、丹皮、泽泻、山茱萸、菟丝子几种原料,晒干,粉碎至60-100目,得到中药粉;
(2)按重量份比在中药粉中加入酒,搅拌均匀,浸泡10-30天,得到粗中药酒;
(3)将粗中药酒进行过滤,得到所述的养生保健酒。
本发明的养生保健酒的使用方法为:患者每日服用2次,每次服用100-200mL,60天为1个疗程。
本发明的药酒所选用的中药成分的药理作用如下:
黄精(Polygonatum sibiricum),又名鸡头黄精、黄鸡菜、笔管菜、爪子参、老虎姜、鸡爪参。为黄精属植物,根茎横走,圆柱状,结节膨大。叶轮生,无柄。药用植物,具有补脾,润肺生津的作用。
淫羊藿(Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.)为小檗科植物淫羊藿、箭叶淫羊藿、巫山淫羊藿、朝鲜淫羊藿等多种淫羊藿的茎叶。味性归经:辛、甘,温。归肝、肾经主治功能:补肾阳,强筋骨,祛风湿。淫羊藿多年生草本,夏、秋季采收,割取茎叶,除去杂质,晒干。
仙茅(Curculigo orchioides Gaertn.),又名地棕(四川、贵州),独茅(四川),山党参(福建),仙茅参(云南),海南参(海南),茅爪子,婆罗门参,属仙茅科,花期4-9月。药用植物,具有补肾助阳、益精血、强筋骨和行血消肿的作用。
茯苓,中药名。为多孔菌科真菌茯苓Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf的干燥菌核。多于7-9月采挖,挖出后除去泥沙,堆置“发汗”后,摊开晾至表面干燥,再“发汗”,反复数次至现皱纹、内部水分大部散失后,阴干,称为“茯苓个”;或将鲜茯苓按不同部位切制,阴干,分别称为“茯苓块”和“茯苓片”。主要用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
熟地为玄参科植物地黄(Rehmannia glutinosa)的块根,又名熟地黄或伏地,经加工炮制而成。通常以酒、砂仁、陈皮为辅料经反复蒸晒,至内外色黑油润,质地柔软粘腻。切片用,或炒炭用。熟地又名熟地黄或伏地,属玄参科植物,是一种上好中药材,具有补血滋阴功效,可用于血虚萎黄,眩晕,心悸失眠,月经不调,崩漏等症,亦可用于肾阴不足的潮热骨蒸、盗汗、遗精、消渴等症,是虚证类非处方药药品六味地黄丸主要成分之一。
淮山又名淮山药,是山药(Dioscorea opposita)的成品名。为薯蓣科多年生草本植物薯蓣的块根,冬季采挖。生长于海拔350米至1,100米的地区,多生在山坡、山谷林下、路旁的灌丛中、溪边及杂草中。山药易栽培,最适宜在黄沙土生长,中国已有几百年的栽培山药历史。它的分布很广,著名的有河南、福建、山东、河北等地。营养丰富,药用价值极高。功能主治:益气养阴,补脾肺肾,固精止带。用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。
丹皮,又名牡丹皮,中药名。为毛茛科植物牡丹干燥根皮。产于安徽、山东等地。秋季采挖根部,除去细根,剥取根皮,晒干。生用或炒用。《本草纲目》:“滋阴降火,解斑毒,利咽喉,通小便血滞。后人乃专以黄蘖治相火,不知丹皮之功更胜也。赤花者利,白花者补,人亦罕悟,宜分别之。”现代研究,所含牡丹酚及其以外的糖苷类成分均有抗炎作用;牡丹皮的甲醇提取物有抑制血小板作用;牡丹酚有镇静、降温、解热、镇痛、解痉等中枢抑制作用及抗动脉粥样硬化、利尿、抗溃疡等作用。
泽泻(Alisma plantago-aquatica Linn.),多年生水生或沼生草本。全株有毒,地下块茎毒性较大。块茎直径1-3.5厘米,或更大。花药长约1毫米,椭圆形,黄色,或淡绿色;瘦果椭圆形,或近矩圆形,种子紫褐色,具凸起。产黑龙江、吉林等省区。生于湖泊、河湾、溪流、水塘的浅水带,沼泽、沟渠及低洼湿地亦有生长。花较大,花期较长,可用于花卉观赏。亦可入药,主治肾炎水肿、肾盂肾炎、肠炎泄泻、小便不利等症。
山茱萸(Cornus officinalis Sieb.et Zucc.),别称山萸肉、山芋肉、山于肉等,落叶灌木或小乔木,成熟果实为中药,用于眩晕耳鸣,腰膝酸痛,阳痿遗精,遗尿尿频,崩漏带下,大汗虚脱。该种(包括川鄂山茱萸)的果实称“萸肉”,俗名枣皮,供药用,味酸涩,性微温,为收敛性强壮药,有补肝肾止汗的功效。
菟丝子,又名吐丝子、菟丝实、无娘藤、无根藤、菟藤、菟缕、野狐丝、豆寄生、黄藤子、萝丝子等,是一年生寄生草本植物,是一种生理构造特别的寄生植物。其组成的细胞中没有叶绿体,利用爬藤状构造攀附在其他植物;并且从接触宿主的部位伸出尖刺,戳入宿主直达韧皮部,吸取养分,长茂盛后,阻挡其植物进行光合作用。更进一步还会储存成淀粉粒于组织中。植株十分茂盛,茎缠绕,淡黄色,纤细,直径约1.5mm,多分枝,随处可生出寄生根,伸入寄主体内。叶稀少,鳞片状,三角状卵形,花两性。中药菟丝子为双子叶植物药旋花科植物菟丝子、南方菟丝子、金灯藤等的种子,能补肾益精、养肝明目、固胎止泄之功效。全国大部分地区有分布,以北方地区较多。
白酒,性温,味甘苦辛,具有散寒气、助药力、活血通脉、增进食欲、消除疲劳、御寒提神之功效。适量饮酒能够降低心血管疾病和某些癌症的发生概率。饮用少量白酒特别是低度白酒可以扩张小血管,促进血液循环,延缓胆固醇等脂质在血管壁的沉积。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明的养生保健酒将多种中药成分进行合理搭配,给出的成分配比使得各原料起到了很好的协同增效作用,具有滋阴壮阳、补肾、益寿延年的功效。
(2)本发明的养生保健酒采用多种天然中药原料制成,安全性高,药性缓和,无毒副作用,患者服用后无不良反应,不易造成药物依赖性。
(3)本发明的养生保健酒的制备方法工艺简单,易于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。

实施例1:
称取黄精5g、淫羊藿5g、仙茅5g、茯苓10g、熟地2g、淮山5g、丹皮10g、泽泻10g、山茱萸5g、菟丝子8g和酒1000g;所述的酒为45°的白酒。
所述的养生保健酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取黄精、淫羊藿、仙茅、茯苓、熟地、淮山、丹皮、泽泻、山茱萸、菟丝子几种原料,晒干,粉碎至60目,得到中药粉;
(2)按重量份比在中药粉中加入酒,搅拌均匀,浸泡10天,得到粗中药酒;
(3)将粗中药酒进行过滤,得到所述的养生保健酒。
实施例2:
称取黄精20g、淫羊藿20g、仙茅20g、茯苓20g、熟地8g、淮山15g、丹皮20g、泽泻20g、山茱萸15g、菟丝子15g和酒2000g;所述的酒为45°的白酒。
所述的养生保健酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取黄精、淫羊藿、仙茅、茯苓、熟地、淮山、丹皮、泽泻、山茱萸、菟丝子几种原料,晒干,粉碎至100目,得到中药粉;
(2)按重量份比在中药粉中加入酒,搅拌均匀,浸泡30天,得到粗中药酒;
(3)将粗中药酒进行过滤,得到所述的养生保健酒。
实施例3:
称取黄精10g、淫羊藿10g、仙茅10g、茯苓15g、熟地6g、淮山12g、丹皮15g、泽泻15g、山茱萸10g、菟丝子12g和酒1500g;所述的酒为45°的白酒。
所述的养生保健酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取黄精、淫羊藿、仙茅、茯苓、熟地、淮山、丹皮、泽泻、山茱萸、菟丝子几种原料,晒干,粉碎至80目,得到中药粉;
(2)按重量份比在中药粉中加入酒,搅拌均匀,浸泡20天,得到粗中药酒;
(3)将粗中药酒进行过滤,得到所述的养生保健酒。
实施例4:本发明养生保健酒的临床效果
为验证本发明养生保健酒的治疗效果,选取300例肾亏肾虚的患者使用,分别采用上述实施例1-3所述的方法制得的养生保健酒,每个实施例的方法制备的养生保健酒用于100名患者。其中男性150例,女性150例,年龄18-65岁,平均年龄40岁。
4.1患者选择标准:舌质淡胖,苔薄白,脉细弱,诊断为肾亏肾虚的患者。
4.2治疗方法
将300例患者随机分为3组,每组100人、分剂量连续口服本发明养生保健酒,剂量如下:
(1)口服本发明养生保健酒(实施例1制备):口服,每日2次,每次100mL,早、晚各1次,连续服用2个月。
(2)口服本发明养生保健酒(实施例2制备):口服,每日2次,每次200mL,早、晚各1次,连续服用2个月。
(3)口服本发明养生保健酒(实施例3制备):口服,每日2次,每次1500mL,早、晚各1次,连续服用2个月。
4.3疗效判定标准
(1)痊愈:连续口服2个月后,患者自觉睡眠质量得到明显改善,腰酸乏力等症状全部消失,同时脱发症状明显减少并发质较前明显较黑、浓密,精神明显饱满,肤色明显红润,较前易感冒的次数减少。实验过程中无任何毒副作用并且停药后对该药物无依赖发生,改善症状依存;
(2)有效:连续口服2个月后,患者自觉睡眠质量和腰酸乏力的症状较前有明显改善,同时脱发症状较前有明显减少并发质明显变黑及浓密,精神较前饱满,肤色较前红润,较前易感冒的次数减少。实验过程中无任何毒副作用并且停药后对该药物无依赖发生,改善症状依存;
(3)无效:连续服用2个月后,症状无任何改善。

如表1所示,本发明实施例1-3制备的养生保健酒治疗肾亏肾虚的总有效率均高于95%,且患者对本发明的养生保健酒无依赖作用,安全性好。
综上所述,本发明的养生保健酒具有很好的协同增效作用,其具有滋阴壮阳、补肾、益寿延年的功效;本发明的养生保健酒制备方法工艺简单,易于工业化生产,具有广阔的市场前景。

1.一种养生保健酒,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:黄精5-20份、淫羊藿5-20份、仙茅5-20份、茯苓10-20份、熟地2-8份、淮山5-15份、丹皮10-20份、泽泻10-20份、山茱萸5-15份、菟丝子8-15份和酒1000-2000份;所述的酒为45°的白酒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养生保健酒,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:黄精10份、淫羊藿10份、仙茅10份、茯苓15份、熟地6份、淮山12份、丹皮15份、泽泻15份、山茱萸10份、菟丝子12份和酒1500份。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一所述的养生保健酒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取黄精、淫羊藿、仙茅、茯苓、熟地、淮山、丹皮、泽泻、山茱萸、菟丝子几种原料,晒干,粉碎至60-100目,得到中药粉;
(2)按重量份比在中药粉中加入酒,搅拌均匀,浸泡10-30天,得到粗中药酒;
(3)将粗中药酒进行过滤,得到所述的养生保健酒。
