本发明公开了一种防粘防结垢水泵用粉末涂料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:双酚A型环氧树脂40-50,硅灰石粉10-15,叶腊石粉10-15,氮化硼3-5,锆溶胶1-2,铝溶胶3-5,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5-1,氟碳树脂3-5,水性聚氨酯乳液3-5,酚类固化剂3-5,芥酸酰胺1-2,成膜助剂3-5。本发明的水泵粉末涂料具有优良的耐腐蚀、耐磨蚀性能,形成的涂层与金属基体结合能力强,不易剥落、开裂,表面光滑平整,且能防结垢、防生物固着,有效提高水泵效率,节能降耗。

一种防粘防结垢水泵用粉末涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及粉末涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种防粘防结垢水栗用粉末涂料及其制 备方法。
背景技术
[0002] 栗是一种通用机械,种类繁多,数量巨大,广泛的应用于电力、水利等领域。栗体在 运行过程中长时间承受高速气流和液滴的冲击,而栗体本身的抗汽蚀、磨蚀性能较差,在很 大程度上影响了栗的运行稳定性和工作寿命。用涂料进行涂层保护是栗体表面防护的常用 手段。粉末涂料作为一种新型无溶剂的涂料,具有无溶剂、无公害、绿色环保、涂装工艺简单 的特点,而且其涂层性能优良,受到广泛的应用。然而,现有粉末涂料形成的涂层与金属基 体结合能力差,并且脆性大、抗冲击性能较差,易开裂,在一定程度上限制了粉末涂料在栗 表面防护方面的应用。栗内壳体在工作中表面容易粘附、积累污垢,随着使用时间延长会导 致栗的工作效率下降,增加能耗,为达到节能降耗的要求,开发防粘、防结垢的粉末涂料十 分必要。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种防粘防结垢水栗用粉末涂料 及其制备方法。
[0004] 本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
[0005] -种防粘防结垢水栗用粉末涂料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
[0006] 双酸A型环氧树脂40-50,硅灰石粉10-15,叶腊石粉10-15,氮化硼3-5,锆溶胶1-2, 铝溶胶3-5,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5-1,氟碳树脂3-5,水性聚氨酯乳液3-5,酚类固化剂3-5,芥 酸酰胺1-2,成膜助剂3-5;
[0007] 所述锆溶胶固含量为20-30%,铝溶胶固含量为20-30%,水性聚氨酯乳液固含量 为40-50 %;
[0008] 所述成膜助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:松香2-4,环氧大豆油5-10,丙烯酸3-5, 单硬脂酸甘油酯〇. 5-1,硅烷偶联剂KH-5600.3-0.5;成膜助剂的制备方法是先将松香、环氧 大豆油和单硬脂酸甘油酯于160-180°C熔融共混均匀,然后将温度调至110_120°C并加入其 余原料搅拌2_4h,即得。
[0009] -种防粘防结垢水栗用粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
[0010] (1)将锆溶胶与铝溶胶混合后加入5-10倍体积的水中,先将pH调至3-4并加入硅灰 石粉、叶腊石粉和氮化硼50_60°C搅拌l_2h,再将pH调至6-7,加入水性聚氨酯乳液80-90°C 搅拌2-4h,然后120-150°C干燥4-6h,冷却后研磨至400-600目,得改性填料;
[0011] (2)将双酚A型环氧树脂、氟碳树脂和成膜助剂于100-110°C、1000-1500r/min混合 10-15min,得树脂混合物;
[0012] ⑶将⑴中的改性填料与(2)中的树脂混合物先于800-1500r/min高速混合10- 2〇min,再加入其余原料搅拌均匀,通过螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,然后冷却切片、粉碎研磨至 400-600目,即得防粘防结垢水栗用粉末涂料。

[0014] 本发明通过松香、丙烯酸和环氧大豆油熔融共混反应,结合硅烷偶联剂KH-560改 性制得成膜助剂,与树脂和填料的相容性高,与金属基体的结合力强,能有效改善涂层的附 着力和机械性能;聚氨酯具有柔韧性、与环氧树脂的高相容性,铝溶胶、锆溶胶具有高硬度、 耐磨蚀性能,通过锆溶胶、铝溶胶和水性聚氨酯乳液对填料进行复合改性,然后与树脂和其 余原料进行复配,使得到的水栗粉末涂料具有优良的抗汽蚀、耐磨蚀性能,形成的涂层与金 属基体结合能力强,不易剥落、开裂,表面光滑平整,且能防结垢、防生物固着,有效提高水 栗效率,节能降耗。
具体实施方式

[0017] 所述锆溶胶固含量为20%,铝溶胶固含量为20%,水性聚氨酯乳液固含量为40% ;
[0018] 所述成膜助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:松香2,环氧大豆油5,丙烯酸3,单硬脂酸 甘油酯0.5,硅烷偶联剂KH-5600.3;成膜助剂的制备方法是先将松香、环氧大豆油和单硬脂 酸甘油酯于160°C熔融共混均匀,然后将温度调至110°C并加入其余原料搅拌2h,即得。
[0019] -种防粘防结垢水栗用粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
[0020] (1)将锆溶胶与铝溶胶混合后加入5倍体积的水中,先将pH调至3并加入硅灰石粉、 叶腊石粉和氮化硼50°C搅拌lh,再将pH调至6,加入水性聚氨酯乳液80°C搅拌2h,然后120°C 干燥4h,冷却后研磨至400目,得改性填料;
[0021] (2)将双酚A型环氧树脂、氟碳树脂和成膜助剂于100°C、1000r/min混合lOmin,得 树脂混合物;
[0022] (3)将(1)中的改性填料与(2)中的树脂混合物先于800r/min高速混合lOmin,再加 入其余原料搅拌均匀,通过螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,然后冷却切片、粉碎研磨至400目,即得防 粘防结垢水栗用粉末涂料。

1. 一种防粘防结垢水栗用粉末涂料,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得: 双酸A型环氧树脂40-50,硅灰石粉10-15,叶腊石粉10-15,氮化硼3-5,锆溶胶1-2,铝溶 胶3-5,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5-1,氟碳树脂3-5,水性聚氨酯乳液3-5,酚类固化剂3-5,芥酸酰 胺1-2,成膜助剂3-5; 所述锆溶胶固含量为20-30%,铝溶胶固含量为20-30%,水性聚氨酯乳液固含量为40-50%; 所述成膜助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:松香2-4,环氧大豆油5-10,丙烯酸3-5,单硬 脂酸甘油酯〇.5-1,硅烷偶联剂KH-560 0.3-0.5;成膜助剂的制备方法是先将松香、环氧大 豆油和单硬脂酸甘油酯于160-180°C熔融共混均匀,然后将温度调至110_120°C并加入其余 原料搅拌2_4h,即得。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防粘防结垢水栗用粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包 括以下步骤: (1) 将锆溶胶与铝溶胶混合后加入5-10倍体积的水中,先将pH调至3-4并加入硅灰石 粉、叶腊石粉和氮化硼50_60°C搅拌l_2h,再将pH调至6-7,加入水性聚氨酯乳液80-90°C搅 拌2-4h,然后120-150°C干燥4-6h,冷却后研磨至400-600目,得改性填料; (2) 将双酚4型环氧树脂、氟碳树脂和成膜助剂于100-110°(3、1000-150(^/1^11混合10-15min,得树脂混合物; (3) 将(1)中的改性填料与(2)中的树脂混合物先于800-1500r/min高速混合10-20min, 再加入其余原料搅拌均匀,通过螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,然后冷却切片、粉碎研磨至400-600 目,即得防粘防结垢水栗用粉末涂料。
