本发明涉及一种纺织面料,特别涉及一种多功能超仿棉面料。该面料由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱为超仿棉云梦丝,经纱的纤度为?9-10tex,纺织密度为?622-708?根?/10cm;所述纬纱采用桑皮纤维与Porel纤维的混纺纱,所述纬纱的纤度为?95-115tex,纺织密度为320-380根?/10cm;所述面料具有平纹府绸组织结构。本发明面料比常规涤纶仿棉织物有更好的吸湿性和透气性,能充分吸收体表水分和湿气,并快速释放到空气中,大大提高了纺织产品的舒适性;该面料易洗快干,也符合当前节能环保的要求;同时具备抗静电、弹性好和穿着舒适等优点,特别适于作为高端服装面料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织面料,特别涉及一种多功能超仿棉面料。
背景技术
近年来,由于天然纤维的产量已满足不了需求,为了缓解国内棉花等供需缺口不断扩大带来的压力,开发化纤超仿棉就成了时代的要求,其中聚酯涤纶成为缓解棉毛丝麻等天然不足的主体品种。普通涤棉混纺的面料采用涤纶短纤,只能在表观上模仿棉的柔软、蓬松特性,吸湿性、光泽与纯棉面料相差较大,于是近年来又出现了超仿棉面料,采用的是经过特殊加工的涤纶或其他化学纤维长丝。超仿棉面料在毛感、吸湿性和光泽方面超过纯棉织物,达到了“以假乱真”的程度。但是,由于大量使用化学纤维,造成其对人体的亲和性、保健性和环保性相对不足。因而,如何制作出高吸湿高排汗,兼具保暖舒适性、亲和性、保健性和环保性的多功能超仿棉面料,成为本发明研究的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高吸湿高排汗,兼具保暖舒适性、亲和性、保健性和环保性的多功能超仿棉面料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的多功能超仿棉面料,由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱为超仿棉云梦丝,经纱的纤度为9-10tex,纺织密度为622-708根/10cm;所述纬纱采用桑皮纤维与Porel纤维的混纺纱,所述纬纱的纤度为95-115tex,纺织密度为320-380根/10cm;所述面料具有平纹府绸组织结构。
作为优选,所述桑皮纤维与Porel纤维的混纺纱中,桑皮纤维的质量占比为30-65%,Porel纤维的的质量占比为35-70%。
作为优选,所述面料外层还包括高弹层和防静电层,所述高弹层采用蓝晶莫代尔纤维编织成形,所述防静电层在高弹层表面浸渍抗静电剂粘覆成型。
本发明面料比常规涤纶仿棉织物有更好的吸湿性和透气性,能充分吸收体表水分和湿气,并快速释放到空气中,大大提高了纺织产品的舒适性;该面料易洗快干,也符合当前节能环保的要求;同时具备抗静电、弹性好和穿着舒适等优点,特别适于作为高端服装面料。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种多功能超仿棉面料,由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱为超仿棉云梦丝,经纱的纤度为9tex,纺织密度为622根/10cm;所述纬纱采用桑皮纤维与Porel纤维的混纺纱,桑皮纤维的质量占比为30%,Porel纤维的的质量占比为70%,所述纬纱的纤度为95tex,纺织密度为320根/10cm;所述面料具有平纹府绸组织结构;面料外层还包括高弹层和防静电层,所述高弹层采用蓝晶莫代尔纤维编织成形,所述防静电层在高弹层表面浸渍抗静电剂粘覆成型。
上述面料的克重为150/m2,面料吸水率为130、芯吸高度为95mm、滴水扩散时间为3.6S、透湿量为8200g/(m2·d),蒸发速率为0.35g/h。
实施例2
一种多功能超仿棉面料,由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱为超仿棉云梦丝,经纱的纤度为10tex,纺织密度为708根/10cm;所述纬纱采用桑皮纤维与Porel纤维的混纺纱,桑皮纤维的质量占比为65%,Porel纤维的的质量占比为35%,所述纬纱的纤度为115tex,纺织密度为280根/10cm;所述面料具有平纹府绸组织结构;面料外层还包括高弹层和防静电层,所述高弹层采用蓝晶莫代尔纤维编织成形,所述防静电层在高弹层表面浸渍抗静电剂粘覆成型。
上述面料的克重为155/m2,面料吸水率为135、芯吸高度为98mm、滴水扩散时间为3.5S、透湿量为8280/(m2·d),蒸发速率为0.38g/h。
实施例3
一种多功能超仿棉面料,由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱为超仿棉云梦丝,经纱的纤度为9.5tex,纺织密度为658根/10cm;所述纬纱采用桑皮纤维与Porel纤维的混纺纱,桑皮纤维的质量占比为45%,Porel纤维的的质量占比为55%,所述纬纱的纤度为100tex,纺织密度为300根/10cm;所述面料具有平纹府绸组织结构;面料外层还包括高弹层和防静电层,所述高弹层采用蓝晶莫代尔纤维编织成形,所述防静电层在高弹层表面浸渍抗静电剂粘覆成型。
上述面料的克重为160/m2,面料吸水率为140、芯吸高度为100mm、滴水扩散时间为3.2S、透湿量为8300/(m2·d),蒸发速率为0.40g/h。

1.一种多功能超仿棉面料,其特征在于:由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱为超仿棉云梦丝,经纱的纤度为9-10tex,纺织密度为622-708根/10cm;所述纬纱采用桑皮纤维与Porel纤维的混纺纱,所述纬纱的纤度为95-115tex,纺织密度为320-380根/10cm;所述面料具有平纹府绸组织结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能超仿棉面料,其特征在于:所述桑皮纤维与Porel纤维的混纺纱中,桑皮纤维的质量占比为30-65%,Porel纤维的的质量占比为35-70%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能超仿棉面料,其特征在于:所述面料外层还包括高弹层和防静电层,所述高弹层采用蓝晶莫代尔纤维编织成形,所述防静电层在高弹层表面浸渍抗静电剂粘覆成型。
