本发明公开了一种金刚石砂轮,包括:基体、过渡层、工作层三部分组成;所述基体是由钛合金钢粉和铝合金钢粉混合制成,所述过渡层由铝、锡、镍、铁、银、锌、铅等材料组成的金属结合剂制成;所述工作层通过激光焊接与所述过渡层紧密结合在一起;所述工作层是由金刚石颗粒、铬-铝结合剂制成。通过上述方式,本发明能够提高砂轮的自锐性,修整间隔的时间长,修整容易。

一种金刚石砂轮
技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及磨料磨具领域,特别是涉及一种金刚石砂轮。
背景技术
[0002]由于金刚石磨料所具有的特性(硬度高、抗压强度高、耐磨性好),使金刚石磨具在磨削加工中成为磨削硬脆材料及硬质合金的理想工具,不但效率高、精度高,而且粗糙度好、磨具消耗少、使用寿命长,同时还可改善劳动条件。因此广泛用于普通磨具难于加工的低铁含量的金属及非金属硬脆材料,如硬质合金、高铝瓷、光学玻璃、玛瑙宝石、半导体材料、石材等。然而一般金刚石砂轮成品自锐性较低,且金刚石磨料易脱落,修整频繁,且修整难度较大。
发明内容
[0003]本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种金刚石砂轮,能够提高砂轮的自锐性,修整间隔的时间长,修整容易。
[0004]为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种金刚石砂轮,包括:基体、过渡层、工作层三部分组成;所述基体是由钛合金钢粉和铝合金钢粉混合制成,所述过渡层由铝、锡、镍、铁、银、锌、铅等材料组成的金属结合剂制成;所述工作层通过激光焊接与所述过渡层紧密结合在一起;所述工作层是由金刚石颗粒、铬-铝结合剂制成。
[0005]在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述制成基体的钛合金钢粉和铝合金钢粉的配比为1:2。
[0006]在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述制成过渡层的金属结合剂中铝、锡、镍、铁、银、锌、铅的配比为2:1:1:1:1:2:1。

一种金刚石砂轮,包括:基体、过渡层、工作层三部分组成;所述基体是由钛合金钢粉和铝合金钢粉混合制成,所述过渡层由铝、锡、镍、铁、银、锌、铅等材料组成的金属结合剂制成;所述工作层通过激光焊接与所述过渡层紧密结合在一起;所述工作层是由金刚石颗粒、铬-铝结合剂制成。
[0012]进一步说明:所述制成基体的钛合金钢粉和铝合金钢粉的配比为1:2,通过金属混合机进行混合获得成品,该配比下基体硬度强,耐磨性好,扭曲系数低。
[0013]再进一步说明:所述制成过渡层的金属结合剂中铝、锡、镍、铁、银、锌、铅的配比为2:1:1:1:1: 2:1。根据不同金属的特性,在金属混合机中依次加入铅、锡、镍、铁、铝、银、锌,混合获得成品。
[0014]更进一步说明:所述激光焊接所采用的激光为C02激光,功率为25kw<325kw为C02激光的最大功率,能够对工作层和过渡层迅速结合,周围温度低,对砂轮起到的变形影响小。

1.一种金刚石砂轮,其特征在于,包括:基体、过渡层、工作层三部分组成;所述基体是由钛合金钢粉和铝合金钢粉混合制成,所述过渡层由铝、锡、镍、铁、银、锌、铅等材料组成的金属结合剂制成;所述工作层通过激光焊接与所述过渡层紧密结合在一起;所述工作层是由金刚石颗粒、铬-铝结合剂制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金刚石砂轮,其特征在于:所述制成基体的钛合金钢粉和铝合金钢粉的配比为1:2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金刚石砂轮,其特征在于:所述制成过渡层的金属结合剂中铝、锡、镍、铁、银、锌、铅的配比为2:1:1:1:1:2:1ο
4.根据权利要求1所述的金刚石砂轮,其特征在于:所述激光焊接所采用的激光为0)2激光,功率为25kw。
