Abstract
本发明公开了一种综采面活性磁化水除尘雾化喷嘴及其除尘方法,包括喷嘴盖帽、雾化混合腔、螺旋式水量调节器、十字缝隙膜片、喷雾孔、喷嘴底座、出水孔和喷嘴内腔,所述的喷嘴底座下端通过螺纹与喷嘴排布器连接,所述的喷嘴底座内设有喷嘴内腔,喷嘴盖帽通过螺纹装在喷嘴底座上,喷雾孔设置在喷嘴盖帽的顶端,螺旋式水量调节器设置在喷嘴盖帽内,螺旋式水量调节器与喷嘴内腔采用流线过渡连接,所述的螺旋式水量调节器的顶端设有调节螺母,出水孔设置在螺旋式水量调节器的侧面圆周上,所述的十字缝隙膜片设置在喷嘴内腔的下端。其具有耗水量少、不屏磁、水量易于调节、除尘雾化效果好、便于维修能适用于综采面活性磁化水除尘,从而提高降尘效率。
Description
技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及一种综采面活性磁化水除尘雾化喷嘴及其除尘方法,属于矿井除尘技术领域。
背景技术
[0002]随着煤矿井下综采机械化程度的不断增强,煤尘的产生量也大幅度的增加,特别是5um以下的呼吸性粉尘的含量随着采煤破碎程度的增强大幅度升高,造成井下综采工作面的工作环境进一步的恶化,严重影响了煤矿工人的身心健康。据调查,综采工作面有70-85 %的煤尘是采煤机产生的。对于煤机处粉尘,目前主要采用水喷雾的方法来进行防治,水喷雾的好坏除去水本身的物理化学性质外,另一个重要因素就是喷雾所使用的喷头,目前采煤机内外喷雾所使用的喷头主要采用出水孔径较大的喷头,导致无法高效地实现水滴雾化,对呼吸性粉尘的防治效果不佳;特别是采煤机外喷雾喷头,由于外喷雾喷嘴安装角度比较单一,虽然除尘喷射水量很大,然而水雾无法全面的对尘源进行覆盖,最终导致粉尘防治效果不理想。目前针对这一问题,有采用气水喷雾喷嘴来进行喷雾除尘,如专利申请号:CN201310607997.2,然而该喷嘴要有供气管为其供气,由于采煤机电缆槽容量有限,供气管的加入极大的影响电缆槽的移动,影响煤矿生产;再如专利申请号:CN02111535.4,其内部旋转结构十分复杂,不利于喷嘴维修,因此,为了减少矿井主要产尘点的粉尘浓度,提高降尘效率,急需设计出耗水量少、除尘雾化效果好、便于维修能适用于综采面活性磁化水除尘的新型喷头及其除尘方法。
发明内容
[0003]针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种综采面活性磁化水除尘雾化喷嘴及其除尘方法,其具有耗水量少、不屏磁、水量易于调节、除尘雾化效果好、便于维修能适用于综采面活性磁化水除尘,可有效降低粉尘浓度,从而提高降尘效率。
[0004]为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:该种综采面活性磁化水除尘雾化喷嘴,包括喷嘴盖帽、雾化混合腔、螺旋式水量调节器、十字缝隙膜片、喷雾孔、喷嘴底座、喷嘴内腔,所述的喷嘴底座下端通过螺纹与喷嘴排布器连接,所述的喷嘴底座内设有喷嘴内腔,喷嘴盖帽通过螺纹装在喷嘴底座上,喷雾孔设置在喷嘴盖帽的顶端,螺旋式水量调节器设置在喷嘴盖帽内,螺旋式水量调节器与喷嘴内腔采用流线过渡连接,所述的螺旋式水量调节器的顶端设有调节螺母,出水孔设置在螺旋式水量调节器的侧面圆周上,所述的十字缝隙膜片设置在喷嘴内腔的下端。

[0009] —种采用喷嘴排布器的降尘方法,将喷嘴排布器I与固定减速器成90°夹角向前喷射;喷嘴排布器II与固定减速器上表面之间的夹角S呈成60°喷射;喷嘴排布器III与采煤机摇臂之间的夹角d成75°喷射;除尘水经耐压胶管向三个喷嘴排布器供水,接口用矿用接头衔接,水流流入三个喷嘴排布器后向四个喷嘴分别供水,经过十字缝隙膜片过滤扰动后,穿过喷嘴内腔经流线过渡后进入螺旋式水量调节器,通过安装不同长度的螺母来确定适合的水量,水流经出水孔螺旋式喷出,在喷雾混合腔内进行强烈的扰动混合,最后活性磁化水经喷雾孔形成一个角度为60°锥形喷雾面喷出,形成粒径极细的水雾,经过三个喷嘴排布器共十二个喷嘴同时喷射,最终形成多角度、全方位的活性磁化水雾化网,对采煤机产尘区域进行降尘。
[0010]与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下特点:
[0011] (1)本发明设计中,在喷嘴底座嵌入了两片十字缝隙膜片,该膜片所带有的细小缝隙能很好的过滤水中的杂物,防止堵塞喷雾孔;同时两片叠加的缝隙膜片所形成的十字缝隙进水口,相对于普通喷头,可以增加水流的紊流性,利于水雾喷射后与外部空气充分卷吸、破碎、雾化。
[0012] (2)本发明采用了螺旋式水量调节器,采煤机水喷雾除尘,水压一般比较稳定,在进行顺逆风割煤时,由于这两种情况下的粉尘浓度相差比较大,除尘水量如都一样,很容易造成水量过大或水量不足的现象,采用该水量调节器,通过更换不同长度的调节螺母控制中空管出水孔的数量,很好的解决了这个问题,达到合理调配活性磁化水水量的目的,降低除尘成本。同时出水孔采用螺旋式排列,当开启的出水孔不少于4个时,水流呈旋转状态喷入雾化混合腔,加之两条螺旋线上的出水孔同时喷出,不停的撞击,使得活性磁化水紊流性大幅度增强,最后具有较小表面张力的活性磁化水经喷雾孔呈实心锥形喷出,更能发挥活性磁化水表面张力小的特点,与外部空气形成强烈的卷吸、破碎作用,更易于形成细小的雾滴来湿润沉降煤尘。
[0013] (3)本发明中,所述的喷嘴内腔上部与螺旋式水量调节器连接处,采用流线设计,避免了高速水流流过造成的能量损失,同时减少高速水流对喷嘴内腔的冲刷损伤。

[0022]如图1和图2所示,该综采面活性磁化水除尘雾化喷嘴,包括喷嘴盖帽1、雾化混合腔2、螺旋式水量调节器3、十字缝隙膜片4、喷雾孔5、喷嘴底座6、出水孔7和喷嘴内腔9,所述的喷嘴底座6下端通过螺纹与喷嘴排布器连接,所述的喷嘴底座6内设有喷嘴内腔9,喷嘴盖帽1通过螺纹装在喷嘴底座6上,喷雾孔5设置在喷嘴盖帽1的顶端,螺旋式水量调节器3设置在喷嘴盖帽1内,螺旋式水量调节器3与喷嘴内腔9采用流线过渡连接,所述的螺旋式水量调节器3的顶端设有调节螺母8,出水孔7设置在螺旋式水量调节器3的侧面圆周上,所述的十字缝隙膜片4设置在喷嘴内腔9的下端。
[0023]进一步,所述的设置在螺旋式水量调节器3的侧面圆周上的出水孔7呈螺旋线式排布。

[0026]如图3所示,该种雾化喷嘴的喷嘴排布器,包括喷嘴A、喷嘴B、喷嘴C、喷嘴D和排布器底座,喷嘴A、喷嘴B、喷嘴C和喷嘴D设置在排布器底座,所述喷嘴A和喷嘴D的喷射方向垂直于排布器底座,以喷嘴A为基准,喷嘴B的喷射方向相对于喷嘴A逆时针旋转20°,喷嘴C的喷射方向相对于喷嘴A顺时针旋转20°。这样的设置方式可以形成更大角度及覆盖面积的水雾网,充分发挥活性磁化水湿润性强的特点,对煤尘湿润沉降;同时喷嘴安装后能深入排布器内侧,不外凸,避免喷嘴被落煤砸坏的危险。
[0027]如图4至图6所示,该种利用上述喷嘴排布器的降尘方法,将喷嘴排布器I与固定减速器10成90°夹角向前喷射;喷嘴排布器II与固定减速器10上表面之间的夹角S呈成60°喷射;喷嘴排布器III与采煤机摇臂11之间的夹角d成75°喷射;除尘水经耐压胶管向三个喷嘴排布器供水,接口用矿用接头衔接,水流流入三个喷嘴排布器后向四个喷嘴分别供水,经过十字缝隙膜片4过滤扰动后,穿过喷嘴内腔9经流线过渡后进入螺旋式水量调节器3,通过安装不同长度的调节螺母8来确定适合的水量,水流经出水孔7螺旋式喷出,在雾化混合腔2内进行强烈的扰动混合,最后活性磁化水经喷雾孔形成一个角度为60°锥形喷雾面喷出,形成粒径极细的水雾,经过三个喷嘴排布器共十二个喷嘴同时喷射,最终形成多角度、全方位的活性磁化水雾化网,对采煤机产尘区域进行降尘。
Claims (6)
1.一种综采面活性磁化水除尘雾化喷嘴,其特征在于,包括喷嘴盖帽(1)、雾化混合腔(2)、螺旋式水量调节器(3)、十字缝隙膜片(4)、喷雾孔(5)、喷嘴底座(6)、出水孔(7)和喷嘴内腔(9),所述的喷嘴底座(6)下端通过螺纹与喷嘴排布器连接,所述的喷嘴底座(6)内设有喷嘴内腔(9),喷嘴盖帽(1)通过螺纹装在喷嘴底座(6)上,喷雾孔(5)设置在喷嘴盖帽(1)的顶端,螺旋式水量调节器(3)设置在喷嘴盖帽(1)内,螺旋式水量调节器(3)与喷嘴内腔(9)采用流线过渡连接,所述的螺旋式水量调节器(3)的顶端设有调节螺母(8),出水孔(7)设置在螺旋式水量调节器(3)的侧面圆周上,所述的十字缝隙膜片(4)设置在喷嘴内腔(9)的下端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种综采面活性磁化水除尘雾化喷嘴,其特征在于,所述的设置在螺旋式水量调节器(3)的侧面圆周上的出水孔(7)呈螺旋线式排布。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种综采面活性磁化水除尘雾化喷嘴,其特征在于,所述的喷雾孔(5)呈60°扩散角嵌入在喷嘴盖帽(1)顶端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种综采面活性磁化水除尘雾化喷嘴,其特征在于,所述的十字缝隙膜片(4)为两个,两个十字缝隙膜片(4)相互叠加设置。
5.—种采用权利要求1所述的雾化喷嘴的喷嘴排布器,其特征在于,包括喷嘴A、喷嘴B、喷嘴C、喷嘴D和排布器底座,喷嘴A、喷嘴B、喷嘴C和喷嘴D设置在排布器底座,所述喷嘴A和喷嘴D的喷射方向垂直于排布器底座,以喷嘴A为基准,喷嘴B的喷射方向相对于喷嘴A逆时针旋转20°,喷嘴C的喷射方向相对于喷嘴A顺时针旋转20°。
6.—种利用权利要求5所述喷嘴排布器的降尘方法,其特征在于,将喷嘴排布器I与固定减速器(10)成90°夹角向前喷射;喷嘴排布器II与固定减速器(10)上表面之间的夹角S呈成60°喷射;喷嘴排布器III与采煤机摇臂(11)之间的夹角d成75°喷射;除尘水经耐压胶管向三个喷嘴排布器供水,接口用矿用接头衔接,水流流入三个喷嘴排布器后向四个喷嘴分别供水,经过十字缝隙膜片(4)过滤扰动后,穿过喷嘴内腔(9)经流线过渡后进入螺旋式水量调节器(3),通过安装不同长度的调节螺母(8)来确定适合的水量,水流经出水孔(7)螺旋式喷出,在雾化混合腔(2)内进行强烈的扰动混合,最后活性磁化水经喷雾孔形成一个角度为60°锥形喷雾面喷出,形成粒径极细的水雾,经过三个喷嘴排布器共十二个喷嘴同时喷射,最终形成多角度、全方位的活性磁化水雾化网,对采煤机产尘区域进行降尘。
