技术领域
本发明涉及饲料制造装置领域,具体涉及一种用于粉碎饲料的装置。
背景技术
饲料,是所有人饲养的动物的食物的总称,比较狭义地一般饲料主要指的是农业或牧业饲养的动物的食物。饲料包括大豆、豆粕、玉米、鱼粉、氨基酸、杂粕、添加剂、乳清粉、油脂、肉骨粉、谷物、甜高粱等十余个品种的饲料原料。在饲料的加工过程中需要进行粉碎。
饲料粉碎的目的是增加饲料表面积和调整粒度,增加表面积提高了适口性,有利于提高消化率,更好吸收饲料营养成分。饲料的粉碎一般用饲料粉碎机来完成。饲料粉碎机的粉碎原理是,利用粉碎机机体内对辊的高速旋转,实现饲料的粉碎,粉碎后的饲料经过筛片筛选,最终从粉碎机的出口处落出。现有的饲料粉碎机在粉碎时一般仅为辊转动对饲料进行挤压以达到粉碎的目的,这就导致粉碎效率低下。而且粉碎后的混合饲料具有较高的温度,若降温不及时易导致饲料发酵变质,致使混合饲料的营养流失,严重时甚至发生霉变,致使混合饲料质量不达标。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种粉碎饲料的装置,该装置可以提高饲料粉碎效率且避免饲料发酵。
为达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案如下:一种用于粉碎饲料的装置,包括机架,所述机架上设有壳体,所述壳体上端设有进料口,所述进料口下方设有粉碎腔,所述粉碎腔内转动连接有第一粉碎辊,所述第一粉碎辊下方设有筛网,还包括第二粉碎辊,所述第二粉碎辊转动连接在壳体内壁上,且第二粉碎辊与第一粉碎辊抵合,所述粉碎腔下方设有出料腔,所述出料腔上设有出料口,所述出料腔上设有进风口。
本发明的工作原理及有益效果为:该装置包括机架,机架可以起到支撑作用。在机架上设有壳体,壳体上设有进料口,将待粉碎的饲料通过进料口进入到壳体内从而进入到粉碎腔中。在粉碎腔内转动连接有第一粉碎辊和第二粉碎辊,且第一粉碎辊与第二粉碎辊抵合。第一粉碎辊转动带动第二粉碎辊转动。饲料进入到粉碎腔中后,与第一粉碎辊接触,并经过第一粉碎辊和第二粉碎辊的挤压,可以使饲料被粉碎。与现有技术相比,本发明用两个粉碎辊且边转动边挤压,粉碎效果更好且更快。被粉碎的饲料通过筛网而进入出料腔中。即使有一部分饲料经过第一粉碎辊和第二粉碎辊的粉碎后仍未粉碎完全,则其不能通过筛网,则第一粉碎辊可以继续对其进行粉碎。饲料落入出料腔中后从出料口送出。在出料腔中设有进风口,从进风口进入流动的空气,可以对饲料进行降温,使其不能发酵。而且,空气可以将饲料吹起来,使其混合完全。
优选方案一:作为基础方案的优选方案,所述出料腔中设有枢轴,所述枢轴上转动连接有搅拌臂,所述搅拌臂远离枢轴端设有搅拌斗,饲料从粉碎腔落下后有一部分落到搅拌斗上,随着饲料越来越多,搅拌斗所承受的重力也越大,则搅拌斗在饲料重力的作用下可以转动,从而对饲料进行搅拌并进行降温,节约能源。
优选方案二:作为优选方案一的优选方案,所述进料口处设有过滤网,过滤网可以过滤饲料中的杂质,使饲料质量及营养得到保证。
优选方案三:作为优选方案二的优选方案,所述过滤网上设有磁性件,磁性件可以吸附饲料中的铁等杂质,使饲料质量得到保证。

下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:

实施例基本如附图1所示:一种用于粉碎饲料的装置,包括机架10,机架10上设有壳体20,壳体20上端设有进料口21,进料口21下方设有粉碎腔30,粉碎腔30内转动连接有第一粉碎辊31,第一粉碎辊31下方设有筛网50,还包括第二粉碎辊32,第二粉碎辊32转动连接在壳体20内壁上,且第二粉碎辊32与第一粉碎辊31抵合,粉碎腔30下方设有出料腔40,出料腔40上设有出料口,出料腔40上设有进风口60。出料腔40中设有枢轴41,枢轴41上转动连接有搅拌臂,搅拌臂远离枢轴41端设有搅拌斗42,饲料从粉碎腔30落下后有一部分落到搅拌斗42上,随着饲料越来越多,搅拌斗42所承受的重力也越大,则搅拌斗42在饲料重力的作用下可以转动,从而对饲料进行搅拌并进行降温,节约能源。进料口21处设有过滤网,过滤网可以过滤饲料中的杂质,使饲料质量及营养得到保证。过滤网上设有磁性件,磁性件可以吸附饲料中的铁等杂质,使饲料质量得到保证。
该装置包括机架10,机架10可以起到支撑作用。在机架10上设有壳体20,壳体20上设有进料口21,将待粉碎的饲料通过进料口21进入到壳体20内从而进入到粉碎腔30中。在粉碎腔30内转动连接有第一粉碎辊31和第二粉碎辊32,且第一粉碎辊31与第二粉碎辊32抵合。第一粉碎辊31转动带动第二粉碎辊32转动。饲料进入到粉碎腔30中后,与第一粉碎辊31接触,并经过第一粉碎辊31和第二粉碎辊32的挤压,可以使饲料被粉碎。与现有技术相比,本发明用两个粉碎辊且边转动边挤压,粉碎效果更好且更快。被粉碎的饲料通过筛网50而进入出料腔40中。即使有一部分饲料经过第一粉碎辊31和第二粉碎辊32的粉碎后仍未粉碎完全,则其不能通过筛网50,则第一粉碎辊31可以继续对其进行粉碎。饲料落入出料腔40中后从出料口送出。在出料腔40中设有进风口60,从进风口60进入流动的空气,可以对饲料进行降温,使其不能发酵。而且,空气可以将饲料吹起来,使其混合完全。

1.一种用于粉碎饲料的装置,包括机架,所述机架上设有壳体,所述壳体上端设有进料口,所述进料口下方设有粉碎腔,所述粉碎腔内转动连接有第一粉碎辊,所述第一粉碎辊下方设有筛网,其特征在于,还包括第二粉碎辊,所述第二粉碎辊转动连接在壳体内壁上,且第二粉碎辊与第一粉碎辊抵合,所述粉碎腔下方设有出料腔,所述出料腔上设有出料口,所述出料腔上设有进风口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于粉碎饲料的装置,其特征在于,所述出料腔中设有枢轴,所述枢轴上转动连接有搅拌臂,所述搅拌臂远离枢轴端设有搅拌斗。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于粉碎饲料的装置,其特征在于,所述进料口处设有过滤网。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于粉碎饲料的装置,其特征在于,所述过滤网上设有磁性件。
