背景技术
[0002] 牛皮癖,是一种常见的具有特征性皮损的慢性易于复发的炎症性皮肤病。初起为 炎性红色丘疹,约粟粒至绿豆大小,W后逐渐扩大或融合成为栋红色斑块,边界清楚,周围 有炎性红晕,基底浸润明显,表面覆盖多层干燥的灰白色或银白色鱗屑。轻轻刮除表面鱗 屑,逐渐露出一层淡红色发亮的半透明薄膜,称薄膜现象。再刮除薄膜,则出现小出血点,称 点状出血现象。白色鱗屑、发亮薄膜和点状出血是诊断银屑病的重要特征,称为立联征。寻 常型银屑病皮损从发生到最后消退大致可分为=个时期:进行期、静止期、退行期。
[0003] 牛皮癖顽固难治,仍被列为当今世界皮肤科领域的重要研究课题,是全世界皮肤 科重点防治疾病之一。由于西医治疗银屑病主要是消除症状,避免进一步恶化,无法根治, 且副作用较大,所W在近年来召开的全国银屑病防治协作会议上,与会专家一致认为"西医 抗癌药和激素类药物有严重的副作用,应尽量避免使用"。因此,越来越多科研人员开始研 究中药药物治疗牛皮癖病症仍是重要研究课题之一。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的在于提供了杀菌止痒、去腐生肌、溫中止痛药效;吸收快、奏效迅速、 药源充足、疗效高的一种应用于牛皮癖的外用膏药及制备方法来满足上述背景技术所提出 的问题。
[000引为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案: 本发明的一种应用于牛皮癖的外用膏药,它是由下述重量份的中药原料配制成的:菊 花8~15份、赠蚁8~15份、丹皮10~20份、白鲜皮15~25份、防风15~25份、全蜗3~6份、地肤子20~ 30份、蛇床子25~35份、苦棟子8~15份、裝襲15~25份、猪胆2~5份、斑莖2~6份。

[0009] 丹皮:又名牡丹皮,中药名。为毛良科植物牡丹干燥根皮。生用或炒用。《本草纲 目》:"滋阴降火,解斑毒,利咽喉,通小便血滞。性味归经(I)性寒,味苦;凉;微寒。归屯、;肝; 肾;肺经。【功能主治】清热凉血;活血散疲。

[0012] 全蜗:【来源】本品为错蜗科动物东亚错蜗Buthus madensii Karsch的干燥体。 【性味】辛,平;有毒。【归经】归肝经。【功能主治】息风镇疫,攻毒散结,通络止痛。
[0013] 地肤子:【别名】扫靑苗,【来源】本品为襲科植物地肤Kochia scoparia化.) Schrad.的干燥成熟果实。【性味】辛、苦,寒。【归经】归肾、膀脫经。【功能主治】清热利湿, 桂风止痒。

[0017] 猪胆:【来源】为猪科动物猪的胆或胆汁,取得后,挂起惊干,或在半干时稍稍压 扁,再干燥之。【性味】苦,寒。【归经】入肝、胆、肺、大肠经。【功能主治】清热,润燥,解毒。
[0018] 斑莖:【别名】花斑莖、花壳虫,【来源】本品为完菁科昆虫南方大斑莖Mylabris phalerata Pallas或黄黑小斑莖Mylabris cichorii Linnaeus的干燥体。【性味】辛, 热;有大毒。【归经】归肝、胃、肾经。【功能主治】破血消癒,功毒蚀疮,引赤发泡。用于癒瘤 肿块,积年顽癖,療痛,寶痛,痴痘不溃,恶疮死肌。
[0019] 本发明还提供上述一种应用于牛皮癖的外用膏药的制备方法,本技术领域中通常 人们采用熟知的方法包括如下步骤: 1) 称取下述重量份各原料:菊花8~15份、赠蚁8~15份、丹皮10~20份、白鲜皮15~25份、防 风15~25份、全蜗3~6份、地肤子20~30份、蛇床子25~35份、苦棟子8~15份、裝襲15~25份、猪胆 2~5份、斑莖2~6份; 2) 将菊花、赠蚁、丹皮、白鲜皮、防风、全蜗、地肤子、蛇床子、苦棟子、裝襲、猪胆、斑莖采 用100摄氏度流通蒸气加热杀灭微生物的方法,灭菌时间通常为30-60分钟,灭菌干燥后研 成60-80目粗细粉、拌匀、清除杂质; 3) 之后放入锅内微火炒黄,待冷却后置于容器内,加入麻油密封浸泡,再将药物和黑豆 油煎炸成黒色糊状,浓缩成在60-65°C测相对密度为1.10-1.25的清膏; 4) 将步骤3)得到的清膏加乙醇至使含乙醇量为60%,揽匀,静置,滤过,取滤液回收乙 醇,浓缩成含固体重量65-67 %的浸膏; 5)最后待浸膏完全冷却之前加入常规辅料凡±林揽拌均匀,包装成品,即得。
[0020] 使用方法:使用本发明外涂患处,一日3次,10天为一个疗程,一般1~3个疗程可治 愈。注意事项:1.忌辛辣、鱼腥食物。2.不宜在用药期间同时服用溫补性中成药。3.用药7天 后症状无改善,或出现其他症状,应去医院就诊。4.按照用法用量使用,儿童应在医师指导 下使用。5.药品性状发生改变时禁止使用。6.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。7.请将此药品放 在儿童不能接触的地方。
[0021] 有益效果 本发明配伍组方精确,搭配合理,是专口用于治疗牛皮癖的良药。外用膏药吸收快、奏 效迅速、药源充足、疗效高、无不良反应、疗效显著持久;具有杀菌止痒、去腐生肌、溫中止痛 药效,加快体癖斑片消失和新牛皮癖肌面重生,来快速有效治愈各类牛皮癖,具有广大社会 效益和经济效益。
[0022] 下面结合临床实验数据说明本发明的有益效果: 1、一般资料 发明人2011年7月~2013年7月间共收集口诊及住院牛皮癖患者240例,牛皮癖患者进行 临床验证,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组120例:其中男性70例,女性50例,平均年龄35 岁,病程3个月一6年;对照组120例:其中男性65例,女性55例,平均年龄32岁,病程3个月一6 年。两组在性别、年龄、病情等方面均无显著差异(p〉0.05),具有可比性。

[0024] ①具有典型的临床表现,皮损W丘疹、斑丘疹和大小不等的红色斑块为主,覆有多 层干燥银白色鱗屑,刮除鱗屑可见一层光亮的薄膜,薄膜下可有点状出血,不断有新皮损出 现。
[0025] ②皮损形态,可分为点滴状、钱币状、斑块状、地图状、混合状等多种类型。
[0026] ③新皮疹不断出现,旧皮疹不断扩大,鱗屑厚,炎症明显,痒感显著,皮肤敏感性增 高,可出现同形反应,自觉症状,可伴有不同程度的痊痒。

[0036] 制备; 1) 称取下述重量份各原料:菊花10份、赠蚁10份、丹皮15份、白鲜皮20份、防风20份、全 蜗6份、地肤子20份、蛇床子30份、苦棟子9份、裝襲20份、猪胆5份、斑莖3份; 2) 将菊花、赠蚁、丹皮、白鲜皮、防风、全蜗、地肤子、蛇床子、苦棟子、裝襲、猪胆、斑莖采 用100摄氏度流通蒸气加热杀灭微生物的方法,灭菌时间通常为30-60分钟,灭菌干燥后研 成60-80目粗细粉、拌匀、清除杂质; 3) 之后放入锅内微火炒黄,待冷却后置于容器内,加入麻油密封浸泡,再将药物和黑豆 油煎炸成黒色糊状,浓缩成在60-65°C测相对密度为1.10-1.25的清膏; 4) 将步骤3)得到的清膏加乙醇至使含乙醇量为60%,揽匀,静置,滤过,取滤液回收乙 醇,浓缩成含固体重量65-67 %的浸膏; 5) 最后待浸膏完全冷却之前加入常规辅料凡±林揽拌均匀,包装成品,即得。

[0043] 病例2竺女±,37岁,【现病史】银屑病史5年,一直使用药物治疗,包括中药汤 剂,西药等,但W激素为主,尤其近2年,仅肌注曲安奈德注射液治疗,平均肌注3次就使皮损 完全消退,但缓解期只能持续1个多月,就再次复发,再次肌注上药维持。来诊时得知其治疗 经过劝其放弃现在的治疗方法,让其尝试使用本发明的外用膏药外涂患处,一日3次,10天 为一个疗程,3个疗程后,旧皮疹没有再扩大,鱗屑厚开始慢慢脱落现象,继续使用2个疗程 治愈,之后患者来电未见复发。
[0044] 病例3施某,男性,45岁,患者描述银屑病史有2年多,此患者皮损W上肢、手背 为著,且鱗屑较厚,侵润明显,躯干、下肢散发部分皮损,鱗屑相对较薄。外用其他癖药、口服 中药都无明显好转,之后又到当地人们医院进行了 13次NBUVB加中药药浴治疗,皮损虽没有 完全消退,也不见任何效果。之后患者开始使用发明的外用膏药,一日3次,10天为一个疗 程,2个疗程后,上肢、下肢部分皮损有干结脱落,痊痒感明显减轻,之后继续使用3个疗程目 前完全治愈,至今未见复发。
