本发明提供一种快捷型电线插接装置，包括绝缘外壳和压板，绝缘外壳包括底板和两个侧挡板，每个侧挡板的端面均具有上端板，上端板上相对的面朝向绝缘外壳的内部方向延伸，上端板上间隔设置多个贯穿上端板上、下表面的螺纹孔，每个螺纹孔均对应一个调节螺栓，绝缘外壳的内壁上粘附一层铜板层；压板的两侧边缘能沿上端板的下表面插入绝缘外壳内，调节螺栓的下端面能与压板的上表面抵触，压板的下表面粘附铜板层。本发明的有益效果是安装方便，能使电缆中的铜丝与铜端子内的铜片完全接触。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种快捷型电线插接装置。
背景技术
铜端子是一段封在绝缘塑料里面的金属片，一端或两端有孔可以插入导线，有的由螺丝用于紧固或者松开，比如两根导线，有时需要连接，有时又需要断开，这时就可以用端子把它们连接起来，并且可以随时断开，而不必把它们焊接起来或者缠绕在一起，很方便快捷。而且适合大量的导线互联，在电力行业就有专门的端子排，端子箱，上面全是接线端子，单层的、双层的，电流的，电压的，普通的，可断的等等。一定的压接面积是为了保证可靠接触，以及保证能通过足够的电流。
其缺陷是安装不方便，线缆内的铜丝与端子中的铜片接触面积小。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种快捷型电线插接装置，克服了现有技术中的不足。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：快捷型电线插接装置，包括绝缘外壳和压板，所述绝缘外壳包括底板和两个侧挡板，每个所述侧挡板的端面均具有上端板，所述上端板上相对的面朝向所述绝缘外壳的内部方向延伸，所述上端板上间隔设置多个贯穿所述上端板上、下表面的螺纹孔，每个所述螺纹孔均对应一个调节螺栓，所述绝缘外壳的内壁上粘附一层铜板层；
所述压板的两侧边缘能沿所述上端板的下表面插入所述绝缘外壳内，所述调节螺栓的下端面能与所述压板的上表面抵触，所述压板的下表面粘附铜板层。
进一步，所述侧挡板的横截面为弧形截面。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：由于采用上述技术方案，安装方便，能使电缆中的铜丝与铜端子内的铜片完全接触。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明提供一种快捷型电线插接装置，包括绝缘外壳1和压板7，绝缘外壳1包括底板和两个侧挡板3，每个侧挡板3的端面均具有上端板4，上端板4上相对的面朝向绝缘外壳1的内部方向延伸，上端板4上间隔设置多个贯穿上端板4上、下表面的螺纹孔5，每个螺纹孔5均对应一个调节螺栓6，绝缘外壳1的内壁上粘附一层铜板层2；
压板7的两侧边缘能沿上端板4的下表面插入绝缘外壳1内，调节螺栓6的下端面能与压板7的上表面抵触，压板7的下表面粘附铜板层。
使用时，将电缆内的电线从绝缘外壳1的上端面处放入壳内，将压板7插入绝缘外壳1中，此时压板7和绝缘外壳1共同将电缆内的电线夹住，转动调节螺栓6使压板7向下压紧电线，即完成电缆与铜端子的安装工作，该结构大大增加了电线与铜板层2的接触面积。
侧挡板3的横截面为弧形截面。

1.快捷型电线插接装置，其特征在于：包括绝缘外壳和压板，所述绝缘外壳包括底板和两个侧挡板，每个所述侧挡板的端面均具有上端板，所述上端板上相对的面朝向所述绝缘外壳的内部方向延伸，所述上端板上间隔设置多个贯穿所述上端板上、下表面的螺纹孔，每个所述螺纹孔均对应一个调节螺栓，所述绝缘外壳的内壁上粘附一层铜板层；
所述压板的两侧边缘能沿所述上端板的下表面插入所述绝缘外壳内，所述调节螺栓的下端面能与所述压板的上表面抵触，所述压板的下表面粘附铜板层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快捷型电线插接装置，其特征在于：所述侧挡板的横截面为弧形截面。
