[0023]第二可控开关,所述第二可控开关包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述第二可控开关的控制端连接一第二扫描线,所述第二可控开关的第一端连接所述驱动开关的第二端;
[0024]有机发光二极管,所述有机发光二极管包括阳极及阴极,所述有机发光二极管的阳极连接所述第二可控开关的第二端,所述有机发光二极管的阴极接地;
[0025]第一电容,所述第一电容包括第一端及第二端,所述第一电容的第一端连接所述驱动开关的控制端,所述第一电容的第二端连接所述第二可控开关的第一端;及

[0029]本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明的所述像素补偿电路通过使用所述第二可控开关、所述第二电容及所述第二电压端来减小所述像素补偿电路中所述第一电压端输出的第一电压信号与所述数据线输出的数据电压信号的复杂度,以利用电路工作。

具体实施方式
[0038]请参阅图1至图3,现有技术的像素补偿电路包括两个薄膜晶体管及一个存储电容,所述像素补偿电路在补偿阶段会有电流流过有机发光二极管,从图2中可以看出所述像素补偿电路的第一电压端输出的电压VDD信号复杂且存在延迟情况,并且数据电压Vdata对驱动晶体管第二端的电压存在影响,所述数据电压Vdata信号复杂。
[0039]请参阅图4,是本发明的像素补偿电路的结构示意图。如图4所示,本发明的像素补偿电路包括第一可控开关T1,所述第一可控开关T1包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述第一可控开关T1的控制端连接一第一扫描线Vsl,所述第一可控开关T1的第一端连接一数据线Data以从所述数据线Data接收数据电压Vdata ;
[0040]驱动开关T0,所述驱动开关TO包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述驱动开关TO的控制端连接所述第一可控开关T1的第二端,所述驱动开关T0的第一端连接一第一电压端VDD1;
[0041]第二可控开关T2,所述第二可控开关T2包括控制端、第一端及第二端,所述第二可控开关T2的控制端连接一第二扫描线Vgl,所述第二可控开关T2的第一端连接所述驱动开关T0的第—.端;
[0042]有机发光二极管D1,所述有机发光二极管D1包括阳极及阴极,所述有机发光二极管D1的阳极连接所述第二可控开关T2的第二端,所述有机发光二极管D1的阴极接地;
[0043]第一电容C1,所述第一电容C1包括第一端及第二端,所述第一电容C1的第一端连接所述驱动开关T0的控制端,所述第一电容C1的第二端连接所述第二可控开关T2的第一端;及

[0045]在本实施方式中,所述驱动开关T0、所述第一可控开关T1及所述第二可控开关T2均为匪OS型薄膜晶体管或均为PMOS型薄膜晶体管或为NMOS型薄膜晶体管与PMOS型薄膜晶体管的组合,所述驱动开关T0、所述第一可控开关T1及所述第二可控开关T2的控制端、第一端及第二端分别对应所述薄膜晶体管的栅极、漏极及源极。
[0046]请参阅图5及图6,是本发明所述的像素补偿电路的波形图。如图5及图6所示,通过所述第二可控开关T2防止在补偿阶段有电流流过所述有机发光二极管D1,且从图4可以看出所述电压VDD信号的复杂度减小并且减小了延迟的影响,通过所述第二电容C2及所述第二电压端R调控数据电压Vdata对所述驱动开关T0的第二端的电压的影响,从图4中也可以看出所述数据电压Vdata信号的复杂度也减小。
[0047]请参阅图7,为本发明一种扫描驱动电路的示意图。所述扫描驱动电路中包括所述像素补偿电路,用于避免所述扫描驱动电路中的驱动晶体管发生阈值电压漂移,从而造成面板亮度显示不均匀。
[0048]请参阅图8,为本发明一种平面显示装置的示意图。所述平面显示装置例如可为0LED或LCD,其包括前述的扫描驱动电路及像素补偿电路,所述具有像素补偿电路的扫描驱动电路设置在所述平面显示装置的周边,例如设置在平面显示装置的两端。
[0049]所述像素补偿电路通过使用所述第二可控开关、所述第二电容及所述第二电压端来减小所述像素补偿电路中所述第一电压端输出的第一电压信号与所述数据线输出的数据电压信号的复杂度,以利用电路工作。
