本发明的目的在于提供一种带有茶叶滤网的茶杯，可以使茶叶与茶水隔离，有效防止茶叶的漂浮，还可以方便取出冲泡过的茶叶。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用了这样的技术方案：所述带有茶叶滤网的茶杯，由茶杯体、凸起杯柄、滤芯盖、滤芯腔体、滤网组成；其特征在于，茶杯体的一侧设有凸起杯柄，凸起杯柄内预制有与茶杯体贯通的滤芯腔体；滤芯盖芯盖的一侧设有滤网；滤芯盖与滤网与滤芯腔体吻合匹配。
采用这样的结构后，使用该茶杯饮茶时，将茶叶置于滤网内，使其与滤芯腔体吻合匹配；冲入开水时，即可冲泡直接茶叶；饮茶完毕后，取出滤网内的茶叶。这样，即可实现茶叶与茶水的隔离，有效防止茶叶的漂浮，还可以方便取出冲泡过的茶叶。
