技术领域
本发明涉及中医药技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于缓解老年人长时间走路产生的腿部疲劳的保健鞋垫。
背景技术
随着社会的进步和人们生活水品的提高,人们对鞋的要求已经不仅限于普通的穿着,会更多的去注重健康和穿着的舒适度。鞋垫是人们日常生活常用的日用品。鞋垫的品种众多,功能也多种多样,包括按摩鞋垫、防臭鞋垫等。人们日常行走会产生疲劳感,通常通过足疗按摩的方式缓解疲劳。目前市场上也有按摩鞋垫,这些鞋垫通常通过在脚掌处设置按摩区域对脚掌进行按摩,但脚步穴位比较集中,整个足底区域的穴位按摩都十分重要,现有的鞋垫不能满足这种需求。
本发明提供的用于缓解疲劳的保健鞋垫本人根据多年来对“中医学”、“中药学”学习与实践,并根据人体力学、人体生物学对人体的影响作用等研制出的。
只要把本保健鞋垫放到所穿的鞋里,便可在上下班的路上、或站立、或行走、或慢跑等运动中,对你的双脚进行自主的按摩,对双脚的多处反射区进行了刺激,起到缓解疲劳的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于缓解疲劳的保健鞋垫,通过中医理论,在鞋垫中配置特殊的中药成分,利用中药成分舒筋活络,缓解老年人长时间步行造成的运动过度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种用于缓解疲劳的保健鞋垫,包括:垫体和用于缓解疲劳的中药穴位贴,所述中药穴位贴包含缓解疲劳作用的中药成分;所述中药穴位贴,能够粘贴于所述垫体对应的足底穴位或反射区位置。
其中,所述中药穴位贴中缓解疲劳作用的中药成分使用的原料药包括吴茱萸、桂枝、骨碎补、白术、黄精、五味子、干姜、卷柏、何首乌、白芷、白芥子、姜黄、刺五加、薄荷、墨旱莲、磁石、牛膝、桑叶、蔓荆子、牡丹皮、柴胡、仙茅、黄芪、鹿衔草、陆英根和单条草。
其中,所述中药成分中各原料药的重量分别为吴茱萸45g~55g、桂枝25g~35g、骨碎补35g~45g、白术35g~45g、黄精45g~55g、五味子15g~25g、干姜15g~25g、卷柏25g~35g、何首乌45g~55g、白芷25g~35g、白芥子35g~45g、姜黄35g~45g、刺五加35g~45g、薄荷25g~35g、墨旱莲25g~35g、磁石25g~35g、牛膝15g~25g、桑叶15g~25g、蔓荆子15g~25g、牡丹皮25g~35g、柴胡25g~35g、仙茅35g~45g、黄芪25g~35g、鹿衔草15g~25g、陆英根25g~35g和单条草15g~25g。
其中,所述中药成分中各原料药的重量为:吴茱萸50g、桂枝30g、骨碎补40g、白术40g、黄精50g、五味子20g、干姜20g、卷柏30g、何首乌50g、白芷30g、白芥子40g、姜黄40g、刺五加40g、薄荷30g、墨旱莲30g、磁石30g、牛膝20g、桑叶20g、蔓荆子20g、牡丹皮30g、柴胡30g、仙茅40g、黄芪30g、鹿衔草20g、陆英根30g和单条草20g。
所述中药穴位贴可以进一步包括:粘贴部件和药包部件;所述粘贴部件,进一步设有背胶,能够粘贴于所述鞋垫垫体对应的足底穴位或反射区位置;所述药包部件内部放置中药成分,其为直径为1-3cm,高度为0.5mm-1cm的圆形药袋。
所述垫体上可以放置3-7个中药穴位贴的粘贴位点。
所述垫体上可以放置3个中药穴位贴的粘贴位点,第一个在大母脚趾中心点为脑垂体反射区;第二个在垫体中间点,为涌泉穴;第三个在垫体脚跟部中心点,为睡眠、生殖腺反射区。
其中,所述中药成分的制备方法具体为将各组分分别粉碎,除磁石以外的其他组分混合,加入相对于混合物质量8至10倍的水,煮沸提取2小时至4小时,煎煮液过滤,将滤渣再次加入相对于混合物质量4至6倍的水,煮沸提取2小时至4小时,煎煮液过滤,将过滤后的煎煮液合并,浓缩,除去水溶剂,随后烘干,粉碎,加入前面粉碎的磁石,研磨至60至80目的粉末状。
所述圆形药袋可以为具有优异吸汗功能的原料制成;这些原料包括:天然纤维棉、麻、化学纤维细旦丙纶纤维、无纺布、棉布或竹纤维。
所述垫体表面的粘贴位点可以在生产垫体时预先做好标记;所述粘贴部件为一面预留黏贴离型纸带,撕掉即可粘在垫体预先做好标记的穴位上。

具体实施方式
中医认为,足部是人体中穴位分布最为密集的区域之一;足三阴经、足三阳经、阳跷脉、阴跷脉、阳维脉及足太阴经之别络,足少阴经之别络等十一条经脉或络脉均循行或起始于足部;足部的穴位几乎全部具有特殊的生理功能。因此,对足底施加药物刺激,可以通过经络这一运行气血的特殊通道,作用于全身各器官系统,达到改善人体的功能状态,调节神经内分泌系统的功能。
中医理论认为,阳气不足是运动性疲劳产生的关键因素阳气主宰人的各种生命活动。阳气对于运动的重要性主要表现在3个方面:(1)气属阳,阳主动,人之阳气,总统一身脏腑经络,运行全身,温养脏腑组器官,推动各脏气化,主持津血代谢过程,是生命活动的源动力,机体运动的要能量来源;(2)阳气温煦筋骨,温养神志,保障运动的顺利进行。《素问·生通天论篇》曰,“阳气者,精则养神,柔则养筋。”阳气温煦筋膜、肌肉、骨骼支持运动的器官;温养神志,神志正常方能支配运动。故阳气充足,机体才能力充沛,运动得力,反应灵敏,圆满的完成运动;(3)阳气化生和统摄血液、液等液态精微物质,津血为运动所必需,由阳气所化生,故阳气对于运动尤为要。运动过度耗损阳气。过劳则脏腑精气受损;过劳则神志不安;过劳则耗伤津;过劳则耗伤筋骨,而上述因素都有赖于阳气的温煦、推动、生化作用。过劳损阳气,阳气不足,机体的体能下降,运动能力减弱,不能维持原有的水平。运动性疲劳产生的关键因素在于阳气不足。运动需要阳气的推动。在机体运动的过程中,诸脏之阳各司其职,各尽其能。阳温煦以生血、安神;胃阳受纳腐熟水谷,化生气血;肺吸入清气,有助机体谢,以供运动所用;肾阳为全身阳气之源,促进运动;肝为生发之脏,肝阳启肾阳,促进各脏阳气化生,敷布血液于全身,温养筋节,调节情绪。可见,在脏阳气中,肝阳对运动意义重大。
中医认为肝与运动关系非常密切。《素问·六节藏象论》云,“肝者,罢极之本,动作出焉。”肝之阳气对于包括运动在内的各种生理活动都起到了关键性的作用。肝阳与肝阴相对而言,其性发散、疏泄、温煦,主升,主动。肝阳的功用主要表现在以下几点:(1)肝阳升发为全身气化之始《素问·玉机真藏论篇》云,“东方木也,万物所以始生也。”五脏之中唯有肝升发万物,《类证治裁》曰:“凡上升之气,皆从肝出”。肝升,万物方能欣欣向荣,机体才能生气勃勃。肝享春生少阳之气,肝阳的升发调动肾中元阳,并将阳气敷布全身,推动、促进各脏阳气的化生和运行,故肝阳为诸脏生化之推动力,全身各脏阳气生化皆始于肝。《读医随笔》云,“脏腑十二经之气化,皆必藉肝胆之气以鼓舞之。”近代名医张锡纯亦强调了肝阳的升发为气化升发之始,认为肝为“人身元气萌芽之脏”,为“气化升发之始”。
肝阳升发可助肾生发,助脾运化,助心温煦,助肺敷布,助卫抗邪,振奋阴器。若肝阳升发不利,则脏腑气化不行。肝阳不足,升发不及,阳气化生与运行功能受阻,导致阳气僵乏、气滞、气陷,整体生命机能下降,诸病丛生。由此可见,肝阳对于人体的生理活动的重要性。
人身之筋节赖肝阳以温养,肝旺则筋旺,肝衰则筋衰,过劳损筋,亦损肝之精气。阳气者,柔则养筋,一方面,肝阳温煦筋节,供给筋节活动之能量;另一方面,过度运动易损伤筋节,筋节受损,肝之阳气被耗。运动员长期进行高强度的体育训练和竞技比赛,大量运动常耗损筋膜、韧带、关节之精气,而筋为肝所主,肝为罢极之本,故过劳常伤肝阳。肝阳为全身阳气升发之始,肝阳不足,疏泄温升不及,气化功能失常,无法正常促进各脏阳气生化,造成整体的生命活动能力减退,体能下降,出现疲劳。
综上所述,中医认为,阳气不足是导致疲劳的核心之所在;而过劳损肝阳,肝阳不足,脏腑气化功能下降,机体生理功能减退,导致机体的运动能力下降,疲劳出现。故运动性疲劳产生的主要机理是运动过度损伤肝阳。
脾为后天之本,气血升化之源,脾主四肢肌肉,与运动关系密切。结合现代医学研究,脾具有维持脏腑的正常功能与激发和增强元气以抵抗病邪的能力,其正气与现代免疫学的免疫功能相似,它意味着免疫调节和屏障功能。脾气虚则导致细胞免疫功能下降,使骨骼肌能量代谢降低。脾与运动关系密切。而肾藏精,主骨生髓,为先天之本,是体力产生的原动力和源泉,结合现代医学雄激素水平和运动能力有关,而中医的肾精与雄激素水平有着密切的联系,若肾精不足则雄激素分泌减少,故补肾能促进体内雄激素的分泌,从而提高机体的运动能力。
因此,本发明以温肝阳,滋肾阴,健脾调经,舒筋活络,理气提神,促进血液循环为原则,提供一种用于缓解老年人长时间步行造成的运动过度,产生脚步和腿部的疲劳的中药组合物以及采用该中药组合物制备而成的保健鞋垫。
所述中药组合物的原料药包括吴茱萸、桂枝、骨碎补、白术、黄精、五味子、干姜、卷柏、何首乌、白芷、白芥子、姜黄、刺五加、薄荷、墨旱莲、磁石、牛膝、桑叶、蔓荆子、牡丹皮、柴胡、仙茅、黄芪、鹿衔草、陆英根和单条草。
方中,吴茱萸性味辛苦热,可直达肝经,具有温肝燥湿,散血中之气寒的功效,具有保护肝脏、抗衰老、免疫调节、镇痛等药理作用,桂枝辛温,可助心生火以化血,温心阳,骨碎补补肝肾,益精血,达到温养、调养肝阳的作用,白术、黄精补脾益气,暖肝调肝,五味子滋养肝血,补肝体,以助肝之用,助辛散寒,且有收敛固涩之功,干姜暖心气,温肝经,菟丝子补阳益阴,固精缩尿,卷柏行气活血,祛风止痛,何首乌温补肝,能收敛精气,养血益肝,固精益肾,增加超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,增强机体特异性免疫功能,白芷具有舒张动脉血管、加快血液流动、改变血液性质、止痛的作用,白芥子性善走散,豁痰利气,兼有消肿散结之功,姜黄破血行气,通经止痛,明显改善肝细胞,刺五加益气健脾,补肾安神,能提高氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,薄荷疏散风热、清利头目,墨旱莲补益肝肾,凉血止血,磁石平肝潜阳、安神镇惊,牛膝补肝肾、强筋骨,活血通经,桑叶疏散风热,平抑肝阳,蔓荆子疏散风热,清利头目,牡丹皮清热凉血、活血散瘀,柴胡散热、杀菌,仙茅温肾阳,壮筋骨,黄芪补益脾土,升举阳气,固表止汗,鹿衔草补虚、益肾、祛风除湿、活血调经、补肾强骨,陆英根活血解毒,祛风利湿,单条草清热解毒,止血消肿,诸药合用,共奏温肝阳,滋肾阴,健脾调经,舒筋活络,理气提神,促进血液循环的功效。
各原料药药理如下:
吴茱萸:拉丁名EuodiaeFructus,性热,味辛、苦,具有散寒止痛,降逆止呕,助阳止泻的功效,用于用于厥阴头痛,寒疝腹痛,寒湿脚气,经行腹痛,脘腹胀痛,呕吐吞酸,五更泄泻,外治口疮,高血压等证。
桂枝:拉丁名CinnamomiRamulus,味辛、甘,性温,归心、肺、膀胱经,具有发汗解肌,温经通脉,助阳化气,散寒止痛的功效,桂枝温经通脉,横通肢节,用于外感风寒表证,不论有汗、无汗均可应用,亦用于风湿痹痛、胃寒腹痛、经闭、痛经,风湿痹痛,肩臂肢节冷痛等证,痰饮证和膀胱蓄水,心脾阳虚,水湿内停,胸胁胀满,咳逆头晕等痰饮证。
骨碎补:味苦,性温,入肝、肾经,具有补肾壮骨,续伤止痛的作用,用于肾虚腰膝酸痛,下肢痿软,肝肾阴虚,虚阳上亢而致的耳聋耳鸣,牙齿松动疼痛或牙龈出血,脾肾两虚而致久泻久痢等证。
白术:味甘、苦,性温,入脾、胃经,有补脾利气,燥湿利水,固表止汗,运脾润燥的作用,主要用于脾失健运、气不化水所致之痞满腹泻,痰饮水肿;中气不足之心烦懒言,崩中漏下,久痢脱肛;脾虚气弱之奏里不固、虚汗自汗等证,白术能促进胃液分泌,增强小肠的吸收作用,对胃肠功能有调节作用。
黄精:味甘,性平,入肺、脾、肾经,具有养气养阴,健脾润肺,益肾填精的作用,用于脾胃气阴亏虚,食少无力,阴虚肺燥,干咳少痰,阴虚内热之消渴,肾虚精亏、阳痿遗精、头晕耳鸣、目昏眼花等证。
五味子:性温,味酸、甘,入肺、心、肾经,具有收敛固涩,益气生津,补肾宁心的作用。用于久嗽虚喘,梦遗滑精,遗尿尿频,久泻不止,自汗,盗汗,津伤口渴,短气脉虚,内热消渴,心悸失眠等证。
干姜:味辛,性热,入脾、胃、心、肺经,具有温中散寒,回阳通脉,燥湿消痰,温肺化饮的作用,用于脘腹冷痛;呕吐;泄泻,亡阳厥逆;寒饮喘咳;寒湿痹痛等证。
卷柏:味辛,性平,归肝、心经,具有活血通经的功效,用于经闭痛经,癓瘕痞块,跌扑损伤,吐血,崩漏,便血,脱肛等证。
何首乌:味苦、甘,涩,性微温,归肝、肾经,具有养血滋阴、润肠通便的功效,主治血虚头昏目眩;心悸;失眠;肝肾阴虚之腰膝酸软;须发早白;耳鸣;遗精;肠燥便秘;久疟体虚;风疹瘙痒;疮痈;瘰疬;痔疮等证,何首乌含有蒽酮类物质如大黄酚、大黄素、大黄酸等,这些成分使肠蠕动增加,从而促进甘油三脂、胆固醇的排泄,减少脂肪吸收而具有减肥降脂的作用。
白芷:拉丁名AngelicaeDahuricaeRadix,味辛,性温,入肺、脾、胃经,具有解表散寒,祛风止痛,通鼻窍,燥湿止带,消肿排脓的功效,主治头痛,眉棱骨痛,齿痛,鼻渊,寒湿腹痛,肠风痔漏,赤白带下,痈疽疮疡,皮肤燥痒,疥癣等证。
白芥子:十字花科植物白芥的干燥成熟种子,拉丁名SinapisSemen,味辛,性热,具有温肺豁痰利气,散结通络止痛的功效,用于寒痰喘咳,胸胁胀痛,痰滞经络,关节麻木、疼痛,痰湿流注,阴疽肿毒等证。
姜黄:味苦、辛,性温,入肝经,具有破血行气,通经止痛的功效,用于胸胁剌痛,闭经,症瘕,风湿肩臂疼痛,跌扑肿痛等证,《本草经疏》:姜黄,其味苦胜辛劣,辛香燥烈,性不应寒。苦能泄热,辛能散结,故主心腹结积之属血分者。兼能治气,故又云下气。总其辛苦之力,破血除风热,消痈肿,其能事也。《日华子》谓其能治症瘕血块,又通月经及扑损瘀血,苏颂谓其祛邪辟恶,治气胀及产后败血攻心,何莫非下气破血辛走苦泄之功欤。察其气味治疗,乃介乎京三棱、郁金之药也。姜黄可显著抑制肝星状细胞增殖,使细胞周期停滞于G2/M期,并诱导其凋亡,姜黄也具有显著的抗氧化作用,能显著抑制损伤的肝细胞所引起的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性的升高,同时抑制丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)的产生及提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,明显改善肝细胞的存活率。
刺五加:味辛、苦、微甘,性温,入脾、肾、心经,具有益气健脾,补肾安神,祛风除湿的功效,用于风寒湿痹、腰膝疼痛、筋骨痿软、行动迟缓、体虚羸弱、跌打损伤、骨折、水肿、脚气、阴下湿痒等证,刺五加为五加科植物,有益气健脾、补肾安神之功效。现代药理研究表明刺五加具有扩张血管、抑制血栓形成、改善血液流变性、调节机体免疫、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗辐射、抗损伤及抗疲劳等作用,刺五加能使超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显上升,谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量明显增加。
薄荷:味辛、性凉,入肺,肝经,具有疏散风热、清利头目、利咽透疹、疏肝解郁的功效,用于外感风热或温病初起,风热头痛,赤木多泪,咽喉肿痛,麻疹透发不畅,风疹搔痒,肝气郁滞,胸闷不舒等证,薄荷能使毛细血管收缩,减轻局部充血水肿,有较强的止痛作用,促进发炎细胞恢复正常。
墨旱莲:味甘、酸,性寒,归肝、肾经,起到不益肝肾,凉血止血的作用,用于肝肾阴虚所致头晕目眩、视物昏花,腰膝酸软;适宜于阴虚有热者,用于治疗胃中积热之吐血,热伤肺络之咳血等症状,墨旱莲对金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌、宋氏痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌有抑制作用,能明显增强非特异性免疫和细胞免疫功能。
磁石:味辛成,性平,入肾、肝、肺经,具有平肝潜阳、安神镇惊、聪耳明目、纳气平喘的作用,用于肝肾不足之头晕目眩、视物昏花、耳聋耳鸣,心神不安、惊悸、失眠,肾不纳气,上气逆喘等证,磁石,《本经》味辛气寒无毒,《别录》、甄权成有小毒,大明甘涩平,藏器成温,今详其用,应是辛成微温之药,而甘寒非也。其主周痹风湿,肢节中痛,不可持物,洗洗酸者,皆风寒湿三气所致,而风气尤胜也。风淫末疾,发于四肢,故肢节痛,不能持物。风湿相搏,久则从火化,而骨节皮肤中洗洗酸也。牵能散风寒,温能通关节,故主之也。成为水化,能润下软坚,辛能散毒,微温能通行除热,故主大热烦满,及消痈肿。鼠瘘颈核、喉痛者,足少阳、少阴虚火上攻所致,成以入肾,其性镇坠而下吸,则火归元而痛自止也。磁石能入肾,养肾脏。肾主骨,故能强骨。肾藏精,故能益精。肾开窍于耳,故能疗耳聋。肾主施泄,久秘固而精气盈益,放能令人有子小儿惊痫,心气怯,痰热盛也,成能润下,重可去怯,是以主之。诸药石皆有毒,且不宜久服,独磁石性禀冲和,无猛悍之气,更有补肾益精之功,大都渍酒,优于丸、散,石性体重故尔。
牛膝:味苦、酸,性平,入肝、肾经。牛膝用于补肝肾、强筋骨,活血通经;引火(血)下行;利尿通淋,主治腰膝酸痛;下肢痿软;血滞经闭;痛经;产后血瘀腹痛;症瘕;胞衣不下;热淋;血淋;跌打损伤;活血祛瘀。《本草经疏》:牛膝,走而能补,性善下行,故入肝肾。主寒湿痿痹,四肢拘挛、膝痛不可屈伸者,肝脾肾虚,则寒湿之邪客之而成痹,及病四肢拘挛,膝痛不可屈伸。此药性走而下行,其能逐寒湿而除痹也必矣。盖补肝则筋舒,下行则理膝,行血则痛止。逐血气,能通气滞血凝也。伤热火烂,血焦枯之病也,血行而活,痛自止矣。入肝行血,故堕胎。伤中少气,男子阴消,老人失溺者,皆肾不足之候也。脑为髓之海,脑不满则空而痛。腰乃肾之腑,脊通髓于脑,肾虚髓少,则腰脊痛;血虚而热,则发白。虚赢劳顿,则伤绝。肝藏血,肾藏精,峻补肝肾,则血足而精满,诸证自瘳矣。血行则月水自通,血结自散。
桑叶:味甘,苦;性寒。归肺,肝经,具有疏散风热,清肺润燥,平抑肝阳,清肝明目,凉血止血的作用,用于风热感冒及目赤肿痛,风火目疾,燥热伤肺、干咳少痰,《本草经疏》:《本经》无气味。详其主治,应是味甘气寒性无毒。甘所以益血,寒所以凉血,甘寒相合,故下气而益阴。是以能主阴虚寒热,及因内热出汗。其性兼燥,故又能除脚气水肿,利大小肠。原禀金气,故又能除风。经霜则兼得天地之清肃,故又能明目而止渴。发者,血之余地,益血故又能长发,凉血故又止吐血。合痈口,罨穿掌,疗汤火,皆清凉补血之功也。
蔓荆子:味辛、苦,性微寒,归膀胱、肝、胃经,具有疏散风热,清利头目的功效,主治风热感冒头痛,齿龈肿痛,目赤多泪,目暗不明,头晕目眩等证。
牡丹皮:性寒,味苦、凉,入心、肝、肾、肺经,具有清热凉血、活血散瘀的功效,用于温热病热入血分,发斑,吐衄,热病后期热伏阴分发热,阴虚骨蒸潮热,血滞经闭,痛经,痈肿疮毒,跌扑伤痛,风湿热痹等证。
柴胡:性微寒、味苦、辛、归肝经、胆经,具有散热、杀菌的功效,主治感冒发热、寒热往来、疟疾,肝郁气滞,胸肋胀痛,脱肛,子宫脱落,月经不调等证。
仙茅:味辛,性温,归肾、肝经,具有温肾阳,壮筋骨的功效,主治阳萎精冷,小便失禁,崩漏,心腹冷痛,腰脚冷痹,痈疽,瘰疬,阳虚冷泻等证。
黄芪:味苦、性寒,归心、肺、胃、胆、大肠经,有清热燥湿,泻火解毒,安胎,止血的作用,主治湿热所致之腹泻、痢疾、黄疸、热淋;肺热咳嗽,口渴咽痛,还可用于胎热不安,热毒火邪侵淫皮肤之疮痈毒肿之证,黄芪既能补气健脾生血以化乳,又能补气行气以通乳,黄芪对内分泌系统有一定的调节作用。
鹿衔草:味甘、苦,性温,入肺经、胃经、肝经、肾经,具有补虚、益肾、祛风除湿、活血调经、补肾强骨、止咳、止血的功效,用于肾虚腰痛、风湿痹痛、筋骨痿软、新久咳嗽、吐血、衄血、崩漏、外伤出血等证。
陆英根:味甘、酸,性平,具有祛风利湿,活血解毒的功效,主治头风痛,腰腿痛,黄疸,水肿,小便不利,脚气,赤白带下,跌打骨折,疮肿,风湿瘙痒等证。
单条草:味苦,性凉,具有清热解毒,活血止痛,利湿消肿的功效,主治咽喉肿痛,痈肿疮毒,乳痈,毒蛇咬伤,跌打骨折,风湿痹痛,脚气水肿,稻田性皮炎等证。
进一步,所述中药组合物仅由上述原料药构成。
本发明通过采用足底经穴给药,可以在运动中刺激足底经穴,提高SOD活性,消除运动中的过氧化脂类堆积,从而保护细胞免受运动损伤,延缓运动性疲劳的出现。
所述中药组合物中各原料药的重量分别为:
吴茱萸45g~55g、桂枝25g~35g、骨碎补35g~45g、白术35g~45g、黄精45g~55g、五味子15g~25g、干姜15g~25g、卷柏25g~35g、何首乌45g~55g、白芷25g~35g、白芥子35g~45g、姜黄35g~45g、刺五加35g~45g、薄荷25g~35g、墨旱莲25g~35g、磁石25g~35g、牛膝15g~25g、桑叶15g~25g、蔓荆子15g~25g、牡丹皮25g~35g、柴胡25g~35g、仙茅35g~45g、黄芪25g~35g、鹿衔草15g~25g、陆英根25g~35g和单条草15g~25g。
进一步优选,所述中药组合物中各原料药的重量为:
吴茱萸50g、桂枝30g、骨碎补40g、白术40g、黄精50g、五味子20g、干姜20g、卷柏30g、何首乌50g、白芷30g、白芥子40g、姜黄40g、刺五加40g、薄荷30g、墨旱莲30g、磁石30g、牛膝20g、桑叶20g、蔓荆子20g、牡丹皮30g、柴胡30g、仙茅40g、黄芪30g、鹿衔草20g、陆英根30g和单条草20g。
本发明还提供了上述中药组合物的制备方法,上述中药组合物制备成粉末,具体为:
将各组分分别粉碎,除磁石以外的其他组分混合,加入相对于混合物质量8至10倍的水,煮沸提取2小时至4小时,煎煮液过滤,将滤渣再次加入相对于混合物质量4至6倍的水,煮沸提取2小时至4小时,煎煮液过滤,将过滤后的煎煮液合并,浓缩,除去水溶剂,随后烘干,粉碎,加入前面粉碎的磁石,研磨至60至80目的粉末状。
本发明还提供了一种用于缓解疲劳的保健鞋垫,包括:垫体和用于缓解疲劳的中药穴位贴,所述中药穴位贴包含上述缓解疲劳作用的中药成分;所述中药穴位贴,能够粘贴于所述垫体对应的足底穴位或反射区位置。
所述中药穴位贴可以进一步包括:粘贴部件和药包部件;所述粘贴部件,进一步设有背胶,能够粘贴于所述鞋垫垫体对应的足底穴位或反射区位置;所述药包部件内部放置中药成分,其为直径为1-3cm,高度为0.5mm-1cm的圆形药袋。
所述垫体上可以放置3-7个中药穴位贴的粘贴位点。
所述垫体上可以放置3个中药穴位贴的粘贴位点,第一个在大母脚趾中心点为脑垂体反射区;第二个在垫体中间点,为涌泉穴;第三个在垫体脚跟部中心点,为睡眠、生殖腺反射区。
所述圆形药袋可以为具有优异吸汗功能的原料制成;这些原料包括:天然纤维棉、麻、化学纤维细旦丙纶纤维、无纺布、棉布或竹纤维。
所述垫体表面的粘贴位点可以在生产垫体时预先做好标记;所述粘贴部件为一面预留黏贴离型纸带,撕掉即可粘在垫体预先做好标记的穴位上。
以下采用实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
实施例1中药成分的制备
将吴茱萸50g、桂枝30g、骨碎补40g、白术40g、黄精50g、五味子20g、干姜20g、卷柏30g、何首乌50g、白芷30g、白芥子40g、姜黄40g、刺五加40g、薄荷30g、墨旱莲30g、磁石30g、牛膝20g、桑叶20g、蔓荆子20g、牡丹皮30g、柴胡30g、仙茅40g、黄芪30g、鹿衔草20g、陆英根30g和单条草20g分别粉碎,除磁石以外的其他组分混合,加入7.5kg的水,煮沸提取4小时,煎煮液过滤,将滤渣再次加入4.5kg的水,煮沸提取4小时,煎煮液过滤,将过滤后的煎煮液合并,浓缩,除去水溶剂,随后烘干,粉碎,加入前面粉碎的磁石,研磨至80目的粉末状,制成中药成分。
毒理学实验:
急性毒性试验
应用小鼠进行急性毒性实验表明:小鼠灌胃本发明实施例1制备的中药成分,在488.8g生药/kg剂量下,给药后小鼠出现轻微活动减少,1小时左右恢复正常,给药后连续观察7天,无一动物死亡,其全身状况、饮食、摄水、小便和体重增长均正常,实验结果表明:小鼠灌胃本发明的中药成分的最大给药量为488.8g生药/kg/d(LD50>488.8g生药/kg)。本发明的中药成分每日临床用药总量为0.1g生药/kg/d;按体重计,小鼠灌胃本发明的中药成分的耐受量为临床病人的4888倍。提示该药急性毒性低,临床用药安全。
2、长期毒性试验
选用SD大鼠,给予不同浓度(18.0、6.0、2.0g生药/kg)的本发明的中药成分,每天灌胃一次,连续90天,末次给药后24小时各组活杀1/2动物(雌雄各半),其余1/2动物继续观察2周后活杀。试验期间观察动物的外观、一般行为、摄食量、体重变化,给药后90天和停药2周进行血液学(RBC、HB、网织红细胞、PLT、CT、WBC及分类)和血液生化(AST、ALT、ALP、Glu、BUN、Crea、TP、T.BIL、ALB、CHOL)、尿液生化、脏器系数、病理组织学等指标检查。试验结果表明:本发明的中药成分在高、中、低剂量组动物一般状态良好,外观体征、行为活动、进食量和体重增长均无异常变化;三个剂量组及对照组血液学检查、血液生化学、尿液生化检查均在正常范围,组问无显著差异;各组主要脏器组织病理学检查未见明显异常。上述指标停药2周后也未见改变。本试验用药剂量分别为临床用药剂量的180、60、20倍,根据试验结果本发明的中药成分在高、中、低三个剂量(18.0、6.0、2.0g生药/kg)连续90天给药对大鼠无明显影响,无明确的毒性靶器官和敏感指标,恢复期观察也未见延迟性毒性反应,提示本发明的中药成分临床应用的剂量安全性较高。
动物局部刺激试验:
本发明片剂的豚鼠皮肤过敏试验和片剂对大鼠直肠用药刺激性试验。
结果表明:皮肤过敏试验,高剂量组0.8g(药粉)/kg、低剂量组0.1g(药粉)/kg,分别相当于拟临床人用量[0.04g(药粉)/kg]的20倍、2.5倍,经皮肤给药,均未见动物产生变态反应;直肠用药刺激性试验高剂量组5.0g(药粉)/kg,低剂量组3.2g(药粉)/kg,分别相当于拟临床人用量的125、80倍,在规定的时间内观察直肠粘膜均无充血、水肿等现象,病理组织学检查与空白对照组比较无明显差异,未见出现明显的刺激性反应,每组留存的部分动物其全身状况,体重、呼吸、循环、中枢神经系统及四肢活动等,均无明显异常反应。
实施例2制备鞋垫
制备垫体和用于缓解疲劳的中药穴位贴,所述中药穴位贴包含装有实施例1制备的缓解疲劳作用的中药成分1的药包,直径2cm,高度1cm;,每个药包里放2g中药成分,所述中药穴位贴,能够粘贴于所述垫体对应的足底穴位或反射区位置,所述垫体上放置3个中药穴位贴的粘贴位点,第一个在大母脚趾中心点为脑垂体反射区;第二个在垫体中间点,为涌泉穴;第三个在垫体脚跟部中心点,为睡眠、生殖腺反射区。
实施例3疲劳效果数据
研究对象
选取600名50岁至65岁的志愿者参加此次测试,各志愿者身体状况相近,具有可比性,观察志愿者穿着本申请制备的孝亲保健鞋步行5000米后,血液中活性SOD活性、MDA含量的变化,研究本申请提供的鞋垫的抗疲劳效果,将600名志愿者分成2组,分为实验组和对照组,实验组穿着本申请实施例2提供的鞋垫,对照组穿着普通鞋垫,而不是本申请实施例2提供的抗疲劳保健鞋垫。
实验步骤:
第一次实验:两组志愿者在安静状态下,抽取静脉血2毫升,放入抗凝管中备用,用离心机对血液进行分离,血清中加入试剂及蒸馏水,用漩涡混匀器充分混匀,然后放入水温箱中进行恒温水浴40分钟,最后倒入测定管中用上海产722分光光度计测试SOD的活性及MDA的含量。
第二次实验:两组志愿者,同时步行5000米,各志愿者步行时间差值为±2分钟,测试结束后即刻抽取肘部静脉血2毫升,测SOD的活性和MDA的含量。
实验结果
实验组和对照组在安静状态下生化指标的比较结果,结果见表1。

表1可见,在安静状态下实验组和对照组运动员的SOD活性和MDA含量均无显著性差异,P>0.05。
实验组和对照组经过5000米步行后的生化指标比较,结果见表2。

MDA含量的高低可反映体内脂质过氧化的程度,间接地反映细胞受损的程度。诸多的研究证实,长时间运动可促使活性氧的产生,体内脂质过氧化增强,MDA水平升高而导致运动能力下降,产生疲劳。SOD是生物体内对抗氧自由基最重要的抗氧化酶,它的作用是将氧自由基岐化,将一分子O2 -氧化成为O2,另一分子O2 -还原成为攻击能力较弱的H2O2。对于增强机体的抗氧化防御能力及延缓疲劳过程有积极的作用。
从表2中我们可以观察到,实验组MDA含量低于对照组,说明中药组合物能有效地降低MDA的含量。同时我们检测了SOD的活性,从表2中我们还可看到实验组SOD活性明显高于对照组,这是实验组MDA含量低于对照组的主要原因。
通过询问600名志愿者,实验组的300名志愿者均没有感到腿部和脚部有任何疲劳不适的感觉,对照组300名志愿者,有231名志愿者都感受到了疲劳的感觉。
所有上述的首要实施这一知识产权,并没有设定限制其他形式的实施这种新产品和/或新方法。本领域技术人员将利用这一重要信息,上述内容修改,以实现类似的执行情况。但是,所有修改或改造基于本发明新产品属于保留的权利。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非是对本发明作其它形式的限制,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容加以变更或改型为等同变化的等效实施例。但是凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与改型,仍属于本发明技术方案的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于缓解疲劳的保健鞋垫,其特征在于,包括:垫体和用于缓解疲劳的中药穴位贴,所述中药穴位贴包含缓解疲劳作用的中药成分;所述中药穴位贴,能够粘贴于所述垫体对应的足底穴位或反射区位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于缓解疲劳的保健鞋垫,其特征在于:所述中药穴位贴中缓解疲劳作用的中药成分使用的原料药包括吴茱萸、桂枝、骨碎补、白术、黄精、五味子、干姜、卷柏、何首乌、白芷、白芥子、姜黄、刺五加、薄荷、墨旱莲、磁石、牛膝、桑叶、蔓荆子、牡丹皮、柴胡、仙茅、黄芪、鹿衔草、陆英根和单条草。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的用于缓解疲劳的保健鞋垫,其特征在于:所述中药成分中各原料药的重量分别为吴茱萸45g~55g、桂枝25g~35g、骨碎补35g~45g、白术35g~45g、黄精45g~55g、五味子15g~25g、干姜15g~25g、卷柏25g~35g、何首乌45g~55g、白芷25g~35g、白芥子35g~45g、姜黄35g~45g、刺五加35g~45g、薄荷25g~35g、墨旱莲25g~35g、磁石25g~35g、牛膝15g~25g、桑叶15g~25g、蔓荆子15g~25g、牡丹皮25g~35g、柴胡25g~35g、仙茅35g~45g、黄芪25g~35g、鹿衔草15g~25g、陆英根25g~35g和单条草15g~25g。
4.如权利要求1至3所述的用于缓解疲劳的保健鞋垫,其特征在于:所述中药成分中各原料药的重量为:吴茱萸50g、桂枝30g、骨碎补40g、白术40g、黄精50g、五味子20g、干姜20g、卷柏30g、何首乌50g、白芷30g、白芥子40g、姜黄40g、刺五加40g、薄荷30g、墨旱莲30g、磁石30g、牛膝20g、桑叶20g、蔓荆子20g、牡丹皮30g、柴胡30g、仙茅40g、黄芪30g、鹿衔草20g、陆英根30g和单条草20g。
5.如权利要求1至4所述的用于缓解疲劳的保健鞋垫,其特征在于:所述中药穴位贴可以进一步包括粘贴部件和药包部件。
6.如权利要求1至5所述的用于缓解疲劳的保健鞋垫,其特征在于:所述粘贴部件,进一步设有背胶,能够粘贴于所述鞋垫垫体对应的足底穴位或反射区位置。
7.如权利要求1至6所述的用于缓解疲劳的保健鞋垫,其特征在于:所述药包部件内部放置中药成分,其为直径为1-3cm,高度为0.5mm-1cm的圆形药袋。
8.如权利要求1至7所述的用于缓解疲劳的保健鞋垫,其特征在于:所述中药成分的制备方法具体为将各组分分别粉碎,除磁石以外的其他组分混合,加入相对于混合物质量8至10倍的水,煮沸提取2小时至4小时,煎煮液过滤,将滤渣再次加入相对于混合物质量4至6倍的水,煮沸提取2小时至4小时,煎煮液过滤,将过滤后的煎煮液合并,浓缩,除去水溶剂,随后烘干,粉碎,加入前面粉碎的磁石,研磨至60至80目的粉末状。
