本发明公开了一种汽车用耐热低压电缆,包括有多个镀锡铜质导电芯、包裹于每个镀锡铜质导电芯外的交联聚氯乙烯-丁腈复合绝缘层、设置于交联聚氯乙烯-丁腈复合绝缘层外的外护套、设置于交联聚氯乙烯-丁腈复合绝缘层和外护套之间的石棉填充层。本发明的绝缘层采用交联聚氯乙烯-丁腈复合绝缘层,使电缆具有很好的耐候性和机械性能;本发明的石棉填充层,可将外界的热量进一步隔离,保证导电芯正常传输信号。

本发明涉及电缆领域,具体是一种汽车用耐热低压电缆。
背景技术
在汽车上安装的电子设备越来越多,也就需要更多的提供电力及控制信号的汽车电缆。现有的汽车电缆由于安装于汽车内部,是一个封闭空间内,内部产生的热量很高,且无法散发出去,电缆在高温环境下使用,就要求电缆具有很好的耐热性能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车用耐热低压电缆,其具有很好的耐热性能,保证电缆正常使用的电气性能。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种汽车用耐热低压电缆,包括有多个镀锡铜质导电芯、包裹于每个镀锡铜质导电芯外的交联聚氯乙烯-丁腈复合绝缘层、设置于交联聚氯乙烯-丁腈复合绝缘层外的外护套、设置于交联聚氯乙烯-丁腈复合绝缘层和外护套之间的石棉填充层。
所述的外护套为无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃挤出薄壁外护套。
所述的交联聚氯乙烯-丁腈复合绝缘层外包裹有镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层。
本发明的优点:
本发明的绝缘层采用交联聚氯乙烯-丁腈复合绝缘层,使电缆具有很好的耐候性和机械性能;本发明的石棉填充层,可将外界的热量进一步隔离,保证导电芯正常传输信号。本发明的外护套保证了电缆具有很好的阻燃防火性能和较高的机械性能。

1.一种汽车用耐热低压电缆,其特征在于:包括有多个镀锡铜质导电芯、包裹于每个镀锡铜质导电芯外的交联聚氯乙烯-丁腈复合绝缘层、设置于交联聚氯乙烯-丁腈复合绝缘层外的外护套、设置于交联聚氯乙烯-丁腈复合绝缘层和外护套之间的石棉填充层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用耐热低压电缆,其特征在于:所述的外护套为无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃挤出薄壁外护套。
