Abstract
本发明涉及一种全自动输液软袋脱包机。本发明所述的脱包机包括:离心式送料盘,具有送料盘出口;当输液软袋进入离心式送料盘时,输液软袋在离心力的作用下有序排列,逐个送到送料盘出口;倾斜式滑道,连接送料盘出口,并倾斜向下延伸;倾斜式传送带,安装在倾斜式滑道的末端,其与倾斜式滑道成垂直关系,以致从倾斜式滑道竖直滑入的输液软袋转为水平进入倾斜式传送带;输液袋收集箱,位于倾斜式传送带从上层转入下层的位置的下方;以及外包装袋收集箱,位于倾斜式传送带转入下层之后的位置的下方。本发明所述的全自动输液软袋脱包机可替代人工去除输液软袋的外包装袋的工作,完全自动化进行大批量输液软袋的自动脱包。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种脱包机,具体是涉及一种全自动输液软袋脱包机。
背景技术
输液产品的包装技术近年来发展很快,经历了从传统玻璃瓶、塑料瓶到塑料软袋包装材料的发展过程,随着软袋输液技术的日渐成熟及其所具有的优越性使其成为目前一种最具有前景的输液包装形式。从目前世界各国的临床应用趋势来看,软袋输液所具有的安全性、便利性、经济性、环保性必将使其成为输液技术的主导。
目前国内外医院在临床上广泛应用的是采用内、外袋双层结构的输液软袋,例如百特(美国)公司的输液软袋产品。这些输液软袋由于具有外包装袋,能高温高压湿热灭菌,因而极大地降低感染风险。但是,在临床使用前需人工去除外包装袋,工作量大,且耗时耗力。目前,市场上缺乏一种全自动设备,以满足大批量的输液软袋的自动脱包的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种全自动输液软袋脱包机,它可替代人工去除输液软袋的外包装袋的工作,完全自动化进行软袋脱包,可满足大批量的输液软袋的自动脱包的需求。
本发明所述的全自动输液软袋脱包机,用于脱去输液软袋的外包装袋,所述脱包机包括:离心式送料盘,具有送料盘出口;当输液软袋进入所述离心式送料盘时,所述输液软袋在离心力的作用下有序排列,逐个送到所述送料盘出口;倾斜式滑道,连接所述送料盘出口,并倾斜向下延伸;倾斜式传送带,安装在所述倾斜式滑道的末端,其与所述倾斜式滑道成垂直关系,以致从所述倾斜式滑道竖直滑入的输液软袋转为水平进入所述倾斜式传送带;输液袋收集箱,位于所述倾斜式传送带从上层转入下层的位置的下方;以及外包装袋收集箱,位于所述倾斜式传送带转入下层之后的位置的下方。
根据本发明所述的全自动输液软袋脱包机的进一步特征,所述倾斜式传送带上装有机械夹子,当所述输液软袋进入时,所述机械夹子夹住所述输液软袋的外包装袋。
根据本发明所述的全自动输液软袋脱包机的进一步特征,所述倾斜式传送带下面安装有传感器和链轮机构,当传感器感知从所述倾斜式滑道进入所述倾斜式传送带的输液软袋时,所述链轮机构被启动,使所述倾斜式传送带开始循环转动。
根据本发明所述的全自动输液软袋脱包机的进一步特征,所述倾斜式传送带的边缘装有滚轮切割刀,以致所述输液软袋的外包装袋在传送过程中被切割。
根据本发明所述的全自动输液软袋脱包机的进一步特征,所述倾斜式传送带在所述链轮机构的带动下在循环传送,以致所述的输液袋与所述外包装袋分离,分别进入输液袋收集箱和外包装袋收集箱。
根据本发明所述的全自动输液软袋脱包机的进一步特征,所述离心式送料盘内装有传感器,用于感知进入送料盘中的输液软袋。
本发明所述的全自动输液软袋脱包机的结构设计新颖,各个组成部分衔接合理顺畅,可配合可编程序控制器PLC控制,实现全自动化控制,操作者只需集中加料和收料,就可实现完全自动化进行软袋脱包,可替代目前人工去除输液软袋的外包装袋的工作。而且,本发明所述的全自动输液软袋脱包机处理量大,脱包彻底,节省时间,可满足大批量的输液软袋的自动脱包的需求。

具体实施方式
本发明所述的全自动输液软袋脱包机,如图1至图3所示,包括:离心式送料盘1,具有送料盘出口;当输液软袋进入离心式送料盘1时,输液软袋在离心力的作用下有序排列,逐个送到送料盘出口;倾斜式滑道2,连接送料盘出口,并倾斜向下延伸;倾斜式传送带3,安装在倾斜式滑道2的末端,其与倾斜式滑道2成垂直关系,以致从倾斜式滑道2竖直滑入的输液软袋转为水平进入倾斜式传送带3;输液袋收集箱4,位于倾斜式传送带3从上层转入下层的位置的下方;以及外包装袋收集箱5,位于倾斜式传送带3转入下层之后的位置的下方。
如图2所示,倾斜式传送带3下面安装有传感器和链轮机构6,当传感器感知从倾斜式滑道2进入倾斜式传送带3的输液软袋时,该链轮机构7被启动,使倾斜式传送带3开始循环转动。
如图3所示,倾斜式传送带3上装有机械夹子7,当输液软袋进入时,该机械夹子6夹住输液软袋的外包装袋。
如图3所示,倾斜式传送带3的边缘装有滚轮切割刀8,以致输液软袋的外包装袋在传送过程中被切割。
如图3所示,倾斜式传送带3在链轮机构6的带动下在循环传送,以致的输液袋与外包装袋分离,分别进入输液袋收集箱4和外包装袋收集箱5。
离心式送料盘1内可装有传感器,用于感知进入送料盘中的输液软袋。
本发明所述的全自动输液软袋脱包机的工作原理如下:启动本发明所述的全自动输液软袋脱包机后,将整箱输液软袋倒入离心式送料盘,这些输液软袋在送料盘中有序排列,逐个从送料盘出口送入倾斜式滑道,顺着滑道向下传送。当输液软袋到达滑道末端时,输液软袋的外包装袋的底部碰撞到机械夹子,该机械夹子瞬间夹住外包装袋的底部边缘,但不会夹到里面的输液袋。输液软袋进入倾斜式传送带后,由于重力加上碰撞的作用,输液袋紧靠底部,该输液袋与外包装袋封口线产生最大距离,为后工位切割外包装袋创造了最佳条件。此时,输液软袋处于倾斜式传送带的第一工位,又称“第一夹软袋包装工位”。倾斜式传送带下面的传感器检测到输液软袋,就会启动链轮机构,使传动带开始循环转动。输液软袋被传送到第二工位,该工位装有滚轮切割刀,切开进入该工位的输液软袋的外包装袋封口线。该工位又称“第二切割软袋包装工位”。接着,被切割后的输液软袋被传送到第三工位,由于之前外包装袋的底部边缘被机械夹子夹住,其余部分突然脱开了倾斜传动带的依托,该工位被称为“第三软袋包装过度工位”。此后,输液软袋进入第四工位,传动带在此工位转向下层,瞬间悬空的输液袋因为重力而脱离外包装袋,从切开的封口处掉下,落入下面的输液袋收集箱内。该工位被称为“第四软袋与包装重力分离工位”。链轮机构将传送带转到下层,此时机械夹子打开,外包装袋脱离传送带,落入下面的废料收集箱。如此循环,输液软袋一个接一个地进行脱包,输液袋与外包装袋分别被收集。
Claims (4)
1.一种全自动输液软袋脱包机,用于脱去输液软袋的外包装袋,其特征在于,所述脱包机包括:
离心式送料盘,具有送料盘出口;当输液软袋进入所述离心式送料盘时,所述输液软袋在离心力的作用下有序排列,逐个送到所述送料盘出口;
倾斜式滑道,连接所述送料盘出口,与离心式送料盘相切,并倾斜向下延伸;倾斜式传送带,安装在所述倾斜式滑道的末端,其与所述倾斜式滑道成垂直关系,以致从所述倾斜式滑道竖直滑入的输液软袋转为水平进入所述倾斜式传送带;所述倾斜式传送带上装有机械夹子,当所述输液软袋进入时,所述机械夹子夹住所述输液软袋的外包装袋;所述倾斜式传送带的边缘装有滚轮切割刀,以致所述输液软袋的外包装袋在传送过程中被切割;
输液袋收集箱,位于所述倾斜式传送带从上层转入下层的位置的下方;以及外包装袋收集箱,位于所述倾斜式传送带转入下层之后的位置的下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全自动输液软袋脱包机,其特征在于:所述倾斜式传送带下面安装有传感器和链轮机构,当传感器感知从所述倾斜式滑道进入所述倾斜式传送带的输液软袋时,所述链轮机构被启动,使所述倾斜式传送带开始循环转动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全自动输液软袋脱包机,其特征在于:所述倾斜式传送带在所述链轮机构的带动下在循环传送,以致所述的输液袋与所述外包装袋分离,分别进入输液袋收集箱和外包装袋收集箱。
4.根据权利要求1所述的全自动输液软袋脱包机,其特征在于:所述离心式送料盘内装有传感器,用于感知进入送料盘中的输液软袋。
