本发明公开了一种涂料搅拌装置，包括搅拌桶和设于搅拌桶内的搅拌机构，所述搅拌桶安装在转动机构上，搅拌桶的转动方向与搅拌机构的搅拌方向相反，搅拌桶的桶体内壁上设有阻碍涂料顺着桶壁流动的阻流块；所述阻流块沿轴向分层设置，每层的阻流块圆周均布，或所述阻流块沿轴向均匀间隔设置成列，各列阻流块圆周均布形成列阵。本发明的搅拌桶内壁上设置阻流块，增加了对涂料的扰动，并且搅拌桶可相对于搅拌方向反向旋转，进一步增强了搅拌强度，可以取得比静止且内壁光滑的搅拌桶更好的搅拌效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及搅拌装置，具体为一种涂料搅拌装置。
背景技术
涂料的混合搅拌装置常规上是在搅拌桶中用搅拌机构旋转进行操作，为提高搅拌混合度，相关的技术改进都集中在对搅拌机构的结构设计上，如对搅拌机构转轴上的浆叶的结构设计、浆叶在转轴上的布置优化、多套搅拌机构的设置、甚至搅拌机构设置为可以在搅拌桶内左、右摆动，其目的就是通过充分扰动桶内涂料的方式以提高搅拌混合强度。
但设计人员忽视了搅拌桶的内部结构改良，常规的搅拌桶内壁光滑，该区域的涂料往往处于搅拌浆作用不到的地方，是涂料混合搅拌的死角。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出了一种可实现充分均匀搅拌的涂料搅拌装置。
能够解决上述技术问题的涂料搅拌装置，其技术方案包括搅拌桶和设于搅拌桶内的搅拌机构，所不同的是所述搅拌桶安装在转动机构上，搅拌桶的转动方向与搅拌机构的搅拌方向相反，搅拌桶的桶体内壁上设有阻碍涂料顺着桶壁流动的阻流块。
所述阻流块原则上可以任意设置(有规律或杂乱无章)，在实施时可采取以下两种优化方案：
1、所述阻流块沿轴向分层设置，每层的阻流块圆周均布。
最好是相邻层的阻流块上、下对齐或错位。
2、所述阻流块沿轴向均匀间隔设置成列，各列阻流块圆周均布形成列阵。
最好是相邻列的阻流块左、右对齐或错位。
为取得较好的混合效果，所述阻流块于搅拌桶桶壁上的高度选择在桶体直径的1/10～1/5。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明涂料搅拌装置的搅拌桶内壁上设置阻流块，增加了对涂料的扰动，并且搅拌桶可相对于搅拌方向反向旋转，进一步增强了搅拌强度，可以取得比静止且内壁光滑的搅拌桶更好的搅拌效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
本发明涂料搅拌装置包括搅拌桶1和设于搅拌桶1内的搅拌机构3，本发明技术方案的改进于搅拌桶1的桶壁结构以及搅拌桶1的安装：为阻碍涂料顺着桶壁流动，于搅拌桶1的桶壁上设置阻流块2；为取得更大的搅拌强度，所述搅拌桶1通过转动机构安装，并且使搅拌桶1的转动方向与搅拌机构3的搅拌方向相反，如图1所示。
所述阻流块2的优化设置方案有两种：
1、所述阻流块2沿轴向分层设置，每层的阻流块2圆周均布，相邻层的阻流块2上、下对齐或错位。
2、所述阻流块2沿轴向均匀间隔设置成列，各列阻流块2圆周均布形成列阵，相邻列的阻流块2左、右对齐或错位。
在保证不与搅拌机构3发生碰撞干涉的情况下，所述阻流块2于桶壁上的高度设置为桶体1直径的1/10～1/5。

1.涂料搅拌装置，包括搅拌桶(1)和设于搅拌桶(1)内的搅拌机构(3)，其特征在于：所述搅拌桶(1)安装在转动机构上，搅拌桶(1)的转动方向与搅拌机构(3)的搅拌方向相反，搅拌桶(1)的桶体内壁上设有阻碍涂料顺着桶壁流动的阻流块(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂料搅拌装置，其特征在于：所述阻流块(2)沿轴向分层设置，每层的阻流块(2)圆周均布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的涂料搅拌装置，其特征在于：相邻层的阻流块(2)上、下对齐或错位。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涂料搅拌装置，其特征在于：所述阻流块(2)沿轴向均匀间隔设置成列，各列阻流块(2)圆周均布形成列阵。
5.根据权利要求4所述的涂料搅拌装置，其特征在于：相邻列的阻流块(2)左、右对齐或错位。
6.根据权利要求1～5中任意一项所述的涂料搅拌装置，其特征在于：所述阻流块(2)于搅拌桶(1)桶壁上的高度为桶体直径的1/10～1/5。
