本发明属于中药技术领域，尤其是涉及一种治疗风寒型上呼吸道感染的中药组合物。
背景技术
上呼吸道感染是临床常见疾病，指鼻腔、咽或喉部的急性炎症，通常病情较轻，病程短，可自愈，预后良好，但由于发病率高，常影响工作和生活，尤其是年迈体弱和幼年多病或有慢性基础病者，并发症发生率高。当人抵抗力较低时或治疗不及时上呼吸道感染可以沿呼吸道向下蔓延，导致气管、支气管和肺部的炎症，或向其他器官蔓延引起多种并发症。目前西医主要采用对症治疗，至今尚无特效药，且价格昂贵，加之疗效不能完全令人满意。本发明制备得到的中药组合物治疗风寒型上呼吸道感染，取得了良好的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗效果好、有效率高、对人体无毒副作用的治疗风寒型上呼吸道感染的中药组合物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的，根据中医药理论，利用中药独特的药性，采用倒赤伞，宽叶杜香，红木香，灰树花，北沙参，伸筋草，银杏根，延胡索，细辛，八角茴香，按照一定的配伍要求，经过加工制成。
制备本发明中药组合物由下述原料药制成：倒赤伞20－30份，宽叶杜香15－25份，红木香15－25份，灰树花10－15份，北沙参10－15份，伸筋草10－15份，银杏根10－15份，延胡索10－15份，细辛5－10份，八角茴香5－10份。
本发明中药组合物原料药的最佳重量份为：倒赤伞25份，宽叶杜香20份，红木香20份，灰树花12份，北沙参12份，伸筋草12份，银杏根12份，延胡索12份，细辛6份，八角茴香6份。
本发明中药的药理作用如下：
倒赤伞：辛、微苦、温。祛风散寒，活血消肿。临床用于风寒感冒，头痛，腰痛，肠火，痢疾，跌打瘀肿，外伤出血，中耳炎，乳腺炎等症。
宽叶杜香：辛、苦、微寒。化痰，止咳。临床用于慢性支气管炎，百日咳等症。
红木香：辛、苦、温。归脾、胃、肝经。理气止痛，祛风通络，活血消肿。用于胃痛，腹痛，风湿痹痛，痛经，月经不调，产后腹痛，十二指肠溃疡，咽喉肿痛，痔疮，无名肿毒，跌打损伤等。
灰树花：甘、平。益气健脾、补虚扶正。用于脾虚气弱，体倦乏力，神疲懒言，饮食减少、食后腹胀，肿瘤患者放疗或化疗后有上述症状者。
北沙参：甘、微苦、微寒，归肺、胃经。养阴清肺、益胃生津。用于肺阴虚的肺热燥咳，干咳少痰，胃阴虚或热伤胃阴，津液不足的口渴咽干等。
伸筋草：苦、辛、温、无毒、平。归肝、脾、肾经。祛风散寒，除湿消肿，舒筋活血，止咳，解毒。临床用于风寒湿痹，关节酸痛，皮肤麻木，四肢软弱，水肿，跌打损伤，黄疸，咳嗽，疮疡，疱疹，烫伤等症。
银杏根：甘、温。益气补虚。用于遗精，遗尿，夜频多，白带，石淋等症。
延胡索：辛、苦、温。归肝、胃、心、肺、脾经。活血、散瘀、理气、止痛。用于心腹腰膝诸痛、月经不调、跌打损伤等。
细辛：辛，温，小毒。归肺、肾、心、肝、但、脾经。散寒祛风，止痛，温肺化饮。用于风寒表证，头痛、牙痛、风湿痹痛等。
八角茴香：辛、甘、温。归肝、肾、脾、胃经。散寒、理气、止痛。临床用于寒疝腹痛，腰膝冷痛，胃寒呕吐，脘腹疼痛，寒湿脚气等症。
风寒型上呼吸道感染归属于中医学“伤风感冒”范畴，主要是指因风、寒、暑、湿等六淫之邪引起，外袭口鼻皮毛而出现卫表见症。本病的发生原因包括：肺、脾、肾三脏不足而致营养不良、肺气虚、湿阻中焦、饮食停滞等。本发明中倒赤伞祛风散寒、活血解毒，为君药，宽叶杜香化痰、止咳，红木香理气止痛、祛风通络，为臣药，灰树花益气健脾、补虚扶正，北沙参养阴清肺、生津解毒，伸筋草祛风散寒、舒筋、止咳、解毒，银杏根益气补虚，延胡索活血、散瘀、理气、止痛，细辛散寒止痛，八角茴香散寒止痛理气。诸药配伍使用，共奏祛风散寒、通络解毒、行气止痛之功，达到治疗风寒型上呼吸道感染的目的。
本发明中药组合物使用于2012年至2014年临床观察风寒型上呼吸道感染症49例患者，临床报告如下：
1、一般资料
49例患者中，年龄最小14岁，最大69岁，病程多在1天到4天，平均年龄12.4岁。
2、诊断标准
参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》：
主症：(1)身热，(2)恶风；次症：(1)咽痛，(2)口渴，(3)咳嗽，(4)汗出，(5)鼻塞流涕。舌苔薄白微黄或薄黄，脉浮数或滑数。具备主症2项和次症2项或2项以上，同时具备上述舌脉象者。
风寒型上呼吸道感染的临床症状为：症见发热无汗，鼻塞流涕、色白质稀，咳嗽，舌苔薄白，脉浮缓，指纹色红等。
3、治疗方法
3.1处方：倒赤伞25g，宽叶杜香20g，红木香20g，灰树花12g，北沙参12g，伸筋草12g，银杏根12g，延胡索12g，细辛6g，八角茴香6g。
3.2制备方法：上述药物按常规工艺制成汤剂。
3.3服用方法：每次1剂，每日2次，3天为1疗程。
4、治疗结果：
4.1参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》：
治愈:主要症状、体征完全或基本缓解，客观指标恢复正常；
显效：主要症状、体征明显缓解，客观指标接近正常；
有效：主要症状、体征好转，客观指标有所改善；
无效：主要症状、体征无变化，客观指标变化不明显或加重。
4.2结果：49例患者中，治愈31例(63.3％)，显效10例(20.4％)，有效7例(14.3％)，无效1例(2％)，总有效率为98％。
5、典型病例
5.1仲某，男，11岁，发热，温度39.5℃，鼻塞，咳嗽，痰多，色白质稀，喉中痰鸣，纳食尚可，二便尚调，夜寐不安，舌红，苔白，脉缓。服用本发明中药组合物进行治疗，服用1天后，温度37℃，治疗1个疗程后，诸症均已消失，夜寐安和，饮食二便均正常，痊愈。
5.2马某，女，13岁，流涕、温度39.2℃，剧烈咳嗽，涕泪交加。咽腔红肿，两侧扁桃体肿大，轻微充血，干咳频繁，两肺呼吸音清，舌质红，苔薄白，脉浮数。服用了本发明中药组合物，1个疗程，症状大大改善，继续服用1个疗程，诸症均已消失，病获痊愈。

实施例2，一种治疗风寒型上呼吸道感染的中药组合物，它是由下述原料药制成：倒赤伞25g，宽叶杜香20g，红木香20g，灰树花12g，北沙参12g，伸筋草12g，银杏根12g，延胡索12g，细辛6g，八角茴香6g。
实施例3，一种治疗风寒型上呼吸道感染的中药组合物，它是由下述原料药制成：倒赤伞30g，宽叶杜香25g，红木香25g，灰树花15g，北沙参15g，伸筋草15g，银杏根15g，延胡索15g，细辛10g，八角茴香10g。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗风寒型上呼吸道感染的中药组合物，其特征在于包括以下原料药：倒赤伞20－30份，宽叶杜香15－25份，红木香15－25份，灰树花10－15份，北沙参10－15份，伸筋草10－15份，银杏根10－15份，延胡索10－15份，细辛5－10份，八角茴香5－10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于包括以下原料药：倒赤伞25份，宽叶杜香20份，红木香20份，灰树花12份，北沙参12份，伸筋草12份，银杏根12份，延胡索12份，细辛6份，八角茴香6份。
