本发明涉及一种卫生、护理用品，具体的说，涉及一种一次性吸收用品。
背景技术
现在市场上常见的接尿袋如图6所示，主要包括袋体201、袋嘴202、吸水芯203，应用时，手持袋体201或袋嘴202接尿；纸尿裤如图7所示，主要包括透水无纺布上层301及不透水无纺布下层302组成的主体，吸水芯层303被无纺布上层301及不透水无纺布下层302夹持在中间，立体护围304起防侧漏作用。显而易见，接尿袋是为有尿意感且具备行动能力的人或能表达被护理人员理解其有尿意但无行动能力的人群设计，突出应急使用；作为非长期卧床群体，如需经常活动但有泌尿系统疾病人群、特殊环境不方便使用接尿袋人群，为其提供一种穿戴式接尿用卫生用品是有必要的，虽然纸尿裤可作为穿戴式接尿用品使用，因其设计之出发点针对的对象是长期卧床病人，因其吸尿主体主要分布在前、后腰围，在站立使用时真正起吸尿作用的只是位于裆部的吸水芯层303一很少的部分，不仅浪费材料，而且因其臃肿影响到使用者形体，给使用者造成心理上的压力，再则，虽然起主要吸尿作用的只是小部分，但因吸水芯层303的材料吸附及毛细渗透现象还是会使小量尿液沿吸水芯层303到达吸水芯层各部，再透过透水无纺布上层301刺激皮肤；妇女用卫生巾用于吸收微小量的尿液也是可行的，但很明显吸尿液量是不能满足需要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述不足提供一种穿戴式接尿用品，使其可以随时接尿、吸尿液量大、穿着舒适、穿着时不影响形体。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的：一种一次性吸收用品，包括主体，该主体至少依次由表层，吸水芯层和底层构成；其中，表层面向穿戴者皮肤，底层面向穿戴者的内衣；其中，
该表层为不透水层，在表层的纵向中部位置具有一开口部，在穿戴后，该开口部与穿戴者排出体液的部位相对应，并且表层与底层边缘为无缝衔接以形成袋状体；以及

本发明的设计思路是：护围，可设计成如同接尿袋袋嘴，也可设计成使表层凸起、也可以采用纸尿裤护围材料及结构，护围尺寸至少不小于排尿器官对应在本发明表层的尺寸，贴身、舒适、防漏尿；在使用时，“十”字形横部受身体及衣服限制下垂分布于大腿内侧，符合尿液自然流动及渗透规律，且不影响行动；因穿戴者的裤子裆部能够承载本发明产品的重量，因而该产品不会因尿液累积而下垂；因此本发明产品可以设计成承载足够的尿液吸收量，且隐于不容易被观察到的位置，且可针对不同群体设计成迷你型或量身(胖、瘦)型，不会给外人已穿戴接尿产品的感觉；此外，除开口部外所有主体的表层(即接触穿着者皮肤的表层)为不透水层，使皮肤接触尿液的机会极大减少，且表层设计为亲肤表面或复合有亲肤表层，与肌肤亲和性好，增加穿着者的舒适度；背胶条粘贴于内裤用于固定本发明，背胶条与纵部成角度斜向外伸设置为的是使护围得到很好的拉伸处于立体状态。
本发明的有益效果是:为泌尿系统疾病患者及健康群体提供了一种即具备接尿功能又使隐私得到极大的保护且不影响形体的新产品。

具体实施方式
参见图1，为本发明一次性吸收用品主体的平展状态示意图，主体呈十字形。参见图2，为构成主体的分层分解示意图；依次由上至下包括表层4，吸水芯层5和底层8。其中，表层4面向穿戴者皮肤，底层8面向穿戴者的内衣；从图2中可看到，在主体的纵向中部位置具有一开口部41，在穿戴后，该开口部与穿戴者排出体液的部位相对应。参见图1，表层4与底层8的边缘采用无缝密封连接形成不透水的袋状体；并且在表层4上沿着开口部41的边缘还设置有防侧漏护围42，该护围42相对于表层4向上突出。由此，立体护围42、表层4的开口部41、表层4和底层构成一个袋状体的结构；并且表层4为覆有不透水膜的无纺布制成。本结构的特点在于，将接收尿液的部位仅限于开口部，而表层的其它部分都是采用不透水材料，这样即使在该吸收用品已经吸收了大量尿液的情况下，穿戴者在除了开口部41之外的其它表层部位都不会有潮湿的感觉，增加了穿戴者的舒适感。
作为另一种替代方案，表层4和底层可以采用不透水材料一体成型制作，整体构成一个不透水的袋体。
该主体包括长条形的纵向部11和从该纵向部中部位置横向延伸的两横向部12。参见图3、图4，为本发明在使用状态下示意图，可以看到，两横向部12在穿着状态下是沿穿戴者的裤子裆部两侧垂下。因穿戴者的裤子裆部能够承载本发明产品的重量，因而该产品不会因尿液累积而下垂；因此本发明可以设计为能够承载足够的尿液吸收量，且隐于不容易被观察到的位置，增加穿戴者穿戴时的美观。
该发明主体的表层4由无纺布外层及不透水内膜复合而成，无纺布选用亲肤无纺布；吸水芯层5主要成分为绒毛浆及高分子吸水树脂，被制成袋形的透水无纺布包裹成整体置于表层4和底层8之中。
在本实施例中，护围42为沿着开口部41纵向方向平行设置的两条。作为可替代的实施例，护围也可适应开口部41的开口形状，沿着开口部边缘设置为环形或其它形状。关于护围的材料及结构，在本实施例中同现有纸尿裤、卫生巾等，不再赘述。
在可替换的实施例中，在所述吸水芯层5面向表层4且对应于表层开口部41的表面上，还覆盖有一层脱脂棉布层(医用纱布层)61(见图5)。
为了使尿液更顺畅的快速流到吸水芯层5各部，在表层4及吸水芯层5之间有导流层6(图中未示出)，或是在吸水芯层5的中间置入导流层6(见图5)。导流层为立体丝网层，所述立体丝网层可以是弹性直立棉，利用弹性直立棉立体网孔结构快速导流，利用其弹性性能抵御外压使其保持立体网孔状态。
主体纵向部11顶端的两端至少固定设置四根背胶条7，背胶条7与纵部成角度斜向外伸设置。此外，还可以在底层8的背部，即面向穿戴者内衣的那一面固定背胶条(图中未示出)，以便增强本产品的稳固性。
作为一种优选实施例，本产品可以采用纸尿裤的形式，包括前腰部和后腰部，以及与该前腰部和后腰部相连的裆部；该裆部即为上述的一次性吸收用品。
作为另一种优选实施例，本产品还可以采用可拆换的分体式吸收用品，包括弹性腰围和裆部；该裆部即为本发明的吸收用品，所述弹性腰围和裆部可分开，且弹性腰围和裆部采用粘接式连接。这样，在更换尿裤时，仅更换裆部就可以了，更加方便穿戴者使用。
此外，本发明的一次性吸收用品不仅用于吸收尿液，也可以用作妇女卫生巾。

Claims (10)

1.一种一次性吸收用品，包括主体，该主体至少依次由表层(4)，吸水芯层(5)和底层(8)构成；其中，表层(4)面向穿戴者皮肤，底层(8)面向穿戴者的内衣；其特征在于：
该表层(4)为不透水层，在表层(4)的纵向中部位置具有一开口部(41)，在穿戴后，该开口部与穿戴者排出体液的部位相对应，并且表层(4)与底层(8)边缘为无缝密封连接以形成不透水的袋状体；
在表层(4)上沿着开口部(41)的边缘还设置有防侧漏护围(42)，该护围(42)相对于表层(4)向上突出；以及
该主体呈十字形，包括长条形的纵向部(11)和从该纵向部中部位置横向延伸的两横向部(12)，所述两横向部(12)在穿戴后沿裤子裆部两侧垂下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸收用品，其特征在于，所述表层(4)与底层(8)为一体成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸收用品，其特征在于，所述开口部(41)为环状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸收用品，其特征在于，所述表层(4)为覆有不透水膜的无纺布层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸收用品，其特征在于，在所述表层(4)和吸水芯层(5)之间还设置有导流层(6)，或在所述吸水芯层(5)中间还设置有导流层(6)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一次性吸收用品，其特征在于，所述导流层(6)为立体网状结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸收用品，其特征在于，所述底层(8)的背部设有胶条，且在所述纵向部端部的四个边角上设置有呈角度斜向向外的背胶条。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸收用品，其特征在于，该纵向部(11)的两端部的两侧固定有弹性带体，在穿戴后该带体系在穿戴者腰部。
9.一种纸尿裤，包括前腰部和后腰部，以及与该前腰部和后腰部相连的裆部；其特征在于，该裆部为根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的吸收用品。
10.一种分体式吸收用品，包括弹性腰围和裆部；其特征在于，该裆部为根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的吸收用品，以及，所述弹性腰围和裆部可分开，所述弹性腰围和裆部采用粘接式连接。
