[0001] 本发明涉及汽车配件加工领域,尤其涉及一种轿车隔热垫冲压新工艺。
背景技术
[0002]目前,汽车隔热垫类产品的冲压工艺一般包括:外层与内层分别成形、修边、翻边、包边,共四道工序,如图1所示。这种传统的冲压工艺对产品的最终质量保证没有任何问题。但是,这种冲压工艺的工序较多,冲压过程占用的机台数和占用机床时间长,冲压操作人员多,带来冲压成本增加;且需要的模具数量多,产品开发成本增加。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的就在于提供一种解决上述问题的轿车隔热垫冲压新工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是这样的:
一种轿车隔热垫冲压新工艺,依次包括以下步骤:
a.隔热垫成形修边;
b.隔热垫翻边;
c.隔热垫包边,即得成品。
[0004] 本申请的发明人,通过大量的试验,在汽车隔热垫加工时,将传统的成形和修边两道工序,调整为同时成形修边处理一道工序,即将两步冲压工序融合为一步冲压,之后再进行翻边包边处理。
[0005]与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明的技术方案节省了一道冲压工序,减少了模具数量,模具数量减少了 1/4,操作人员减少3名,节约人工成本,使用机床时间降低25%,从而降低了整个产品的冲压成本和模具开发成本,在大规模批量生产时,产生的经济效益是不可小觑的。在市场竞争异常激烈的今天,提高了企业在市场经济中竞争力。因此,本发明的有益效果是:简单实用、节约成本、便于推广。

参见图2,一种轿车隔热垫冲压新工艺,依次包括以下步骤:
a.隔热垫成形修边; b.隔热垫翻边;
c.隔热垫包边,即得成品。
[0010] 在隔热垫成形修边过程中,所用的模具的结构示意图如图3所示,包括压料器1、上模修边镶块2和下模修边镶块3等,将成形和修边步骤合并为一个步骤,后续的翻边、包边步骤与现有方案相同:
在模具方面,本发明与现有技术相比,成形修边步骤直接采用现有技术的修边步骤的模具,而省略了成形步骤的模具,对于现有技术中修边步骤的模具,一般在压料器上方是采用普通弹簧,而本发明将成形和修边合并为一个步骤,需要更大的压力才能在修边模具中完成成形工艺,所以将现有技术中的修边模具上方的普通弹簧改进为氮气缸,其余仍沿用现有的修边模具来完成成形修边步骤。
[0011] 调整后的冲压工艺方案同样保证了产品质量要求。而将产品成形,修边改成同时成形修边。节省了冲压工序,减少了模具数量,从而降低了整个产品的冲压成本和模具开发成本,为企业提高了在市场经济中的竞争力。
