Abstract
本发明提供了一种桃胶面膜及其制备方法和应用。本发明所提供的桃胶面膜的原料,按重量百分比计,包括:桃胶20-60%、豆渣15-35%、川芎2-7%、姜黄2-7%、儿茶1-5%、苦参1-5%、蛇床子1-5%、白蔹1-3%、丹参1-5%、当归2-3%、泽兰1-3%。本发明提供的桃胶面膜不仅具有使用功效显著、性能温和、无刺激、无副作用的特点;还可以添加到其他日用化妆品中,具有极其广泛的应用价值;此外,本发明提供的桃胶面膜的生产工艺简单、成本低廉、安全环保,具有极高的经济价值和社会效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及天然护肤产品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种桃胶面膜及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
痘痕是机体对组织损伤产生的一种修复反应,深及真皮的损伤或大面积的表皮缺损,使受损伤部位的表皮不能再生,将由真皮纤维细胞,胶原以及增生的血管所取代,这样就出现了痘痕。痘痕因为感染发炎或外力挤压所形成,特别是在青春痘发作时没有得到及时适当的治疗,皮肤细胞的发炎反应造成了对皮肤组织的破坏,造成了疤痕的产生。
疤痕是物理、生物、化学等因素的损害作用于人体皮肤软组织,导致皮肤软组织的严重损伤而不能完全自行正常修复,转由纤维组织替代修复留下的即影响外观又影响功能的局部症状。
痘痕和疤痕常常破坏人体表面的完整性或伴有各种程度的功能性障碍,给病人带来精神和身体上的双重痛苦,目前其仍是现代医学的一大难题。特别是,随着科学技术的发展,用于治疗痘痕和疤痕的化妆品日益增多,但是,合成化妆品对环境的污染和对人体的毒性问题已经引起极大的关注,因此,越来越多的人青睐于纯天然无污染、性能温和、无刺激、无副作用的化妆品。
桃胶(PeachResin)源于蔷薇科植物桃或山桃分泌的树脂,主要成分为多糖,其多糖含量高达90%以上,在所有已知植物中多糖含量最高,是一种不可多得的纯度较高的中药资源。近年来研究发现,多糖具有多方面的药理作用,如抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗衰老、抗缺氧、抗损伤、抗氧化活性、抗炎、增强免疫等作用,有研究表明桃胶还具有抗菌消炎以及抑制淤痕增生的作用。另外,多糖所链接的大量亲水性羟基,使其具有强吸水性、乳化性、高黏度性和成膜性。豆渣中富含异黄酮、膳食纤维和卵磷脂,其中,大豆异黄酮具有抗氧化、清除自由基、抑制黑色素形成、淡化色斑的功能;膳食纤维可用于物理去角质;而卵磷脂是一种天然的植物乳化剂,具有良好的亲水性和亲油性。
但是,目前还没有人将桃胶和豆渣两者结合起来用于祛痘祛疤面膜做更多的研究、开发和利用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种桃胶面膜及其制备方法和应用。
第一方面,本发明提供了一种桃胶面膜,所述桃胶面膜的原料,按重量百分比计,包括:桃胶20-60%、豆渣15-35%、川芎2-7%、姜黄2-7%、儿茶1-5%、苦参1-5%、蛇床子1-5%、白蔹1-3%、丹参1-5%、当归2-3%、泽兰1-3%。
优选地,所述桃胶面膜的原料中,按重量百分比计,所述桃胶的含量为28-45%。
优选地,所述桃胶面膜的原料中,按重量百分比计,所述豆渣的含量为20-28%。
优选地,所述桃胶面膜的原料中,按重量百分比计,所述川芎的含量为3-6%。
优选地,所述桃胶面膜的原料中,按重量百分比计,所述姜黄的含量为2-4%。
优选地,所述桃胶为桃胶粉。
进一步优选地,桃胶粉粒径为50-400目。
优选地,本发明第一方面所述的桃胶面膜为采用如第二方面所述桃胶面膜的制备方法所制备。
第二方面,本发明提供了一种桃胶面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将桃胶、豆渣、川芎、姜黄、儿茶、苦参、蛇床子、白蔹、丹参、当归、泽兰分别干燥、粉碎成粉末,得到桃胶面膜的原料,将所得桃胶面膜的原料按下述重量百分比混合拌匀:桃胶20-60%、豆渣15-35%、川芎2-7%、姜黄2-7%、儿茶1-5%、苦参1-5%、蛇床子1-5%、白蔹1-3%、丹参1-5%、当归2-3%、泽兰1-3%;杀菌30-60min,即成桃胶面膜。
优选地,所述桃胶面膜的制备方法中,所述桃胶面膜的原料各组分的粒径为50-400目。
使用所述的桃胶面膜时,取所述的桃胶面膜5-20g,加入适量溶剂,所述溶剂包括但不限于鸡蛋、牛奶、蜂蜜、黄瓜汁和纯净水中的一种或几种,调制成膏状,清洁皮肤后,将调好的桃胶面膜均匀涂抹于皮肤之上,等待10-30min后用水洗去即可。
第三方面,本发明提供了一种如第一方面所述的桃胶面膜在制备化妆品中的应用。
优选地,所述化妆品为面膜。
可以理解的是,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员都可以将本发明提供的桃胶面膜及其制备方法用于生产制备其他日用品中,包括但不限于如下方法:将所述桃胶面膜的有效成分采用水或醇萃取出来,通过提取,静置,过滤,浓缩,喷粉,干燥后得到萃取物,将所述萃取物添加入片剂、膏剂、乳剂、胶剂面膜内或添加入洗面奶、精华液、乳、膏等化妆品内。
本发明提供的桃胶面膜以纯天然材料制成,各原料的药理功效为:
桃胶:富含多糖,多糖具有抗菌消炎、抑制淤痕增生的作用;
豆渣:富含异黄酮、膳食纤维和卵磷脂,其中,大豆异黄酮具有抗氧化、清除自由基、抑制黑色素形成、淡化色斑的功能;膳食纤维可用于物理去角质;而卵磷脂是一种天然的植物乳化剂,具有良好的亲水性和亲油性;
川芎:主要含挥发油、生物碱、有机酸等成分,促成纤维细胞凋亡;
姜黄:对伤口创面具有促进愈合的作用;
儿茶:含有丰富的儿茶猱酸,具有较强的抑制病原微生物的作用;
苦参:富含苦参碱,具有镇痛消炎、抗皮肤纤维化的作用,苦参碱对人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞增殖的抑制作用;
蛇床子:在皮肤病方面具有抗过敏、止疼、抗炎及抗瘢痕的作用;除此之外,对神经系统、心血管系统、免疫系统等都有一定的作用;
白蔹:具有较为显著的抑制黑素形成作用和皮肤外科炎症,具有一定的抗菌活性、抗微生物性与抗补体活性;
丹参:化学成分众多,尤其丹参水溶性成分具有广泛而复杂的药理作用,具有天然抗氧化,抗菌消炎,改善微循环,抗衰老,增强新陈代谢的作用;
当归:具有抗氧化和清自由基的作用,增加超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,抑制TYR增加,使黑素细胞生成减少,从而抑制黑色素合成;
泽兰:主要含黄酮、齐墩果酸和挥发油成分,主要作用为活血化瘀,行水消肿。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明提供的桃胶面膜具有使用功效显著、性能温和、无刺激、无副作用的特点;
(2)本发明提供的桃胶面膜还可以添加到其他日用化妆品中,具有极其广泛的应用价值;
(3)本发明提供的桃胶面膜的生产工艺简单、成本低廉、安全环保,具有极高的经济价值。
(4)本发明提供的桃胶面膜所使用的原料包括桃胶和豆渣,充分利用这两种来源丰富、物美价廉的资源,产生更大的经济和社会效益。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
制备桃胶粉:在桃、李、杏、樱桃树生长季节采收桃胶。具体为:用小刀削取上述树种干上的胶质物,去杂质后烘干或置于阳光下晒干,即得桃胶固体,将所得桃胶固体粉碎、过筛,至获得50-400目桃胶粉。常温、干燥环境中保存备用。
实施例1
一种桃胶面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
取豆渣、川芎、姜黄、儿茶、苦参、蛇床子、白蔹、丹参、当归、泽兰分别干燥,粉碎过200目筛,与本发明制备的200目桃胶粉混合拌匀,再用紫外线灯照射杀菌45min,即成桃胶面膜;其中,桃胶面膜各组分重量百分比为:桃胶35%、豆渣26%、川芎6%、姜黄4%、儿茶5%、苦参5%、蛇床子5%、白蔹3%、丹参5%、当归3%、泽兰3%。
实施例2
一种桃胶面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
取豆渣、川芎、姜黄、儿茶、苦参、蛇床子、白蔹、丹参、当归、泽兰分别干燥,粉碎过100目筛,与本发明制备的100目桃胶粉混合拌匀,再用紫外线灯照射杀菌45min,即成桃胶面膜;其中,桃胶面膜各组分重量百分比为:桃胶60%、豆渣18%、川芎7%、姜黄7%、儿茶1%、苦参1%、蛇床子1%、白蔹1%、丹参1%、当归2%、泽兰1%。
实施例3
一种桃胶面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
取豆渣、川芎、姜黄、儿茶、苦参、蛇床子、白蔹、丹参、当归、泽兰分别干燥,粉碎过400目筛,与本发明制备的400目桃胶粉混合拌匀,再用紫外线灯照射杀菌45min,即成桃胶面膜;其中,桃胶面膜各组分重量百分比为:桃胶28%、豆渣29%、川芎7%、姜黄7%、儿茶5%、苦参5%、蛇床子5%、白蔹3%、丹参5%、当归3%、泽兰3%。
实施例4
一种桃胶面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
取豆渣、川芎、姜黄、儿茶、苦参、蛇床子、白蔹、丹参、当归、泽兰分别干燥,粉碎过50目筛,与本发明制备的50目桃胶粉混合拌匀,再用紫外线灯照射杀菌45min,即成桃胶面膜;其中,桃胶面膜各组分重量百分比为:桃胶40%、豆渣30%、川芎6%、姜黄5%、儿茶3%、苦参3%、蛇床子4%、白蔹2%、丹参2%、当归3%、泽兰2%。
实施例5
一种桃胶面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
取豆渣、川芎、姜黄、儿茶、苦参、蛇床子、白蔹、丹参、当归、泽兰分别干燥,粉碎过100目筛,与本发明制备的100目桃胶粉混合拌匀,再用紫外线灯照射杀菌45min,即成桃胶面膜;其中,桃胶面膜各组分重量百分比为:桃胶45%、豆渣28%、川芎6%、姜黄2%、儿茶3%、苦参3%、蛇床子4%、白蔹2%、丹参2%、当归3%、泽兰2%。
实施例6
一种桃胶面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
取豆渣、川芎、姜黄、儿茶、苦参、蛇床子、白蔹、丹参、当归、泽兰分别干燥,粉碎过200目筛,与本发明制备的200目桃胶粉混合拌匀,再用紫外线灯照射杀菌45min,即成桃胶面膜;其中,桃胶面膜各组分重量百分比为:桃胶26%、豆渣35%、川芎6%、姜黄4%、儿茶5%、苦参5%、蛇床子5%、白蔹3%、丹参5%、当归3%、泽兰3%;将各粉末混合拌匀,再用紫外线灯照射杀菌45min,即成桃胶面膜。
实施例7
一种不含桃胶的面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
取如下原料:豆渣26份、川芎6份、姜黄4份、儿茶5份、苦参5份、蛇床子5份、白蔹3份、丹参5份、当归3份、泽兰3份;分别干燥,粉碎过200目筛,将各粉末混合拌匀,再用紫外线灯照射杀菌45min,即成面膜配方1。
可以理解的是,本发明所述的各组分之间的“份”数表示各组分之间的重量比。
实施例8
一种不含豆渣的面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
取如下原料:川芎6份、姜黄4份、儿茶5份、苦参5份、蛇床子5份、白蔹3份、丹参5份、当归3份、泽兰3份;分别干燥,粉碎过200目筛,与200目的桃胶粉35份混合拌匀,再用紫外线灯照射杀菌45min,即成桃胶面膜。
实施例9
一种不含川芎的面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
取如下原料:豆渣26份、姜黄4份、儿茶5份、苦参5份、蛇床子5份、白蔹3份、丹参5份、当归3份、泽兰3份;分别干燥,粉碎过200目筛,与200目的桃胶粉35份混合拌匀,再用紫外线灯照射杀菌45min,即成桃胶面膜。
实施例10
一种不含姜黄的面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
取如下原料:豆渣26份、川芎6份、儿茶5份、苦参5份、蛇床子5份、白蔹3份、丹参5份、当归3份、泽兰3份;分别干燥,粉碎过200目筛,与200目的桃胶粉35份混合拌匀,再用紫外线灯照射杀菌45min,即成桃胶面膜。
实施例11
为了进一步说明本发明的有益效果,取实施例1、7、8、9和10的面膜,以及市售华林胡氏中药祛痘祛印面膜、市售一清堂清痘面膜植物中药海藻面膜,做如下临床试验:
按照男女1:1的比例,选择年龄在18-22岁自愿者,分为25人/组,共12组;第1-10组的自愿者用温水洗脸后,分别取实施例1-10所得的面膜样品各10g,加入纯净水,调制成膏状,静置约5min,彻底清洁皮肤后,将调制好的面膜均匀涂抹于皮肤之上,第11和12组的自愿者用温水洗脸后,取市售华林胡氏中药祛痘祛印面膜和一清堂清痘面膜植物中药海藻面膜敷于面部,等待30min后,用温水洗去,重复上述操作,一日一次,具体分组参见表1。以青春痘个数计算,记录其祛除50%数量的青春痘所耗时间(即,平均祛痘半周期),并观察患处的痘痕的愈合情况,青春痘消除后,统计痘痕祛除的数量,通过计算获得痘痕的治愈率。

试验结果:平均祛痘半周期和患处痘痕或痘疤的愈合率的统计结果如表2所示。由表2可知,实施例1-6所制备的面膜的祛痘效果相近,平均祛痘半周期为9-13天,青春痘消除后,约35-40%患处的痘痕仍明显,其中,以实施例1所制备的面膜的综合祛痘效果最好;而实施例7所制备的面膜(无桃胶)、实施例8所制备的面膜(无豆渣)、实施例9所制备的面膜(无川芎)和实施例10所制备的面膜(无姜黄)的平均祛痘半周期分别为21天、18天、16天、16天,青春痘消除后,分别有约60%、60%、45%、50%患处的痘痕仍然明显;而市售华林胡氏中药祛痘祛印面膜和一清堂清痘面膜植物中药海藻面膜的平均祛痘半周期分别为25天和29天,青春痘消除后,分别有约70%和75%患处的痘痕仍然明显;因此,实施例1-6所制备的面膜的祛痘祛疤的效果由于其他试验组,说明桃胶、豆渣、川芎和姜黄具有不同的有效成分,具有互补协同的增效作用。

最后应说明的是:显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本申请所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变动或变化。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本申请的保护范围之中。

1.一种桃胶面膜,其特征在于,所述桃胶面膜的原料,按重量百分比计,包括:桃胶20-60%、豆渣15-35%、川芎2-7%、姜黄2-7%、儿茶1-5%、苦参1-5%、蛇床子1-5%、白蔹1-3%、丹参1-5%、当归2-3%、泽兰1-3%。
2.如权利要求1所述的桃胶面膜,其特征在于,所述桃胶面膜的原料中,按重量百分比计,所述桃胶的含量为28-45%。
3.如权利要求1所述的桃胶面膜,其特征在于,所述桃胶面膜的原料中,按重量百分比计,所述豆渣的含量为20-28%。
4.如权利要求1所述的桃胶面膜,其特征在于,所述桃胶面膜的原料中,按重量百分比计,所述川芎的含量为3-6%。
5.如权利要求1所述的桃胶面膜,其特征在于,所述桃胶面膜的原料中,按重量百分比计,所述姜黄的含量为2-4%。
6.一种桃胶面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将桃胶、豆渣、川芎、姜黄、儿茶、苦参、蛇床子、白蔹、丹参、当归、泽兰分别干燥、粉碎成粉末,得到桃胶面膜的原料,将所得桃胶面膜的原料按下述重量百分比混合拌匀:桃胶20-60%、豆渣15-35%、川芎2-7%、姜黄2-7%、儿茶1-5%、苦参1-5%、蛇床子1-5%、白蔹1-3%、丹参1-5%、当归2-3%、泽兰1-3%;杀菌30-60min,即成桃胶面膜。
7.如权利要求7所述的桃胶面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述桃胶面膜的原料各组分的粒径为50-400目。
8.一种桃胶面膜,其特征在于,为采用如权利要求6所述的桃胶面膜的制备方法所制备。
9.一种如权利要求1所述的桃胶面膜在制备化妆品中的应用。
