本发明公开了一种阀芯及包含该阀芯的汽车双联泵限压阀,其中,汽车双联泵限压阀,包括安装在汽车双联泵的排油管上的阀体,阀体内设置有阀芯,阀芯与阀体通过弹簧相连,汽车双联泵内设置有油泵腔,汽车双联泵的排油管的端部上设置有燃油泵接头,其特征在于,在阀芯外壁上开设有一圈U型槽,在阀芯上设置有在U型槽底面上的出液孔,燃油泵接头上设置有出液通道,出液孔用于将油泵腔和出液通道连通。本发明的有益效果:通过在阀芯的与弹簧堵头连接的端部设置一圈U型槽,防止了出现限压阀卡滞的现象,同时防止了因阀芯移动不到位阀芯的出液孔被堵塞。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车双联泵,特别是涉及一种阀芯及包含该阀芯的汽车双联泵限压阀。
背景技术
现有技术中,机油泵将限压阀设置在排油口处,以防止因泵腔内油压过大,机油从泵体与泵盖的连接处或者其他部件连接处流出,出现漏油现象。
传统的汽车双联泵包括泵盖、燃油泵体、真空泵体以及连接轴,泵盖与燃油泵体之间形成油泵腔,燃油泵体与真空泵体之间形成气泵腔,油泵腔内设置有燃油泵转子,气泵腔内设置有真空泵转子,燃油泵转子和真空泵转子串接在连接轴上,连接轴用于连接外界驱动装置。该装置虽然同时实现了真空泵和机油泵的功能,但是该装置存在的缺点:1)没有将限压阀设置在双联泵的排油管处,仍然会出现漏油的现象;2)在双联泵的长期使用过程中,油泵腔内的燃油会有燃油结块、磨屑等杂质,杂质容易堵塞阀芯与阀体之间的间隙,出现限压阀卡滞的现象,因阀芯移动不到位阀芯的出液孔被堵塞,最终导致限压阀不能使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种阀芯及包含该阀芯的汽车双联泵限压阀,通过在阀芯的与弹簧堵头连接的端部设置一圈U型槽,防止了出现限压阀卡滞的现象,同时防止了因阀芯移动不到位阀芯的出液孔被堵塞。
本发明的目的是采用以下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供一种阀芯,在阀芯外壁上开设有一圈U型槽,在阀芯上设置有在U型槽底面上的出液孔,汽车双联泵内设置有油泵腔,汽车双联泵的燃油泵接头上设置有出液通道,出液孔用于将油泵腔和出液通道连通。
本发明还提供一种汽车双联泵限压阀,包括安装在汽车双联泵的排油管上的阀体,阀体内设置有阀芯,阀芯与阀体通过弹簧相连,汽车双联泵内设置有油泵腔,汽车双联泵的排油管的端部上设置有燃油泵接头,在阀芯外壁上开设有一圈U型槽,在阀芯上设置有在U型槽底面上的出液孔,燃油泵接头上设置有出液通道,出液孔用于将油泵腔和出液通道连通。
优选的是,在阀芯的位于油泵腔内的端部上设置有滤网。防止直径较大的杂质进入到限压阀内,延长限压阀的使用寿命。
优选的是,弹簧通过堵头与阀芯相连。实现弹簧在阀芯上的固定。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下优点:
通过在阀芯的与弹簧堵头连接的端部设置一圈U型槽,防止了出现限压阀卡滞的现象,同时防止了因阀芯移动不到位阀芯的出液孔被堵塞,延长了限压阀的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与作用更加清楚及易于了解,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步阐述:
实施例1:
如图1以及图2所示,本实施例提供一种阀芯1,在阀芯1外壁上开设有一圈U型槽11,在阀芯1上设置有在U型槽11底面上的出液孔12,汽车双联泵内设置有油泵腔,汽车双联泵的燃油泵接头5上设置有出液通道,出液孔12用于将油泵腔和出液通道连通。
本实施例的工作原理:当有燃油从出液孔12流出时,杂质同时从出液孔12内流出来,由于阀芯1与阀体2之间的缝隙较小,因此杂质会被挡在U型槽11内,杂质不会进入到阀芯1与阀体2之间的缝隙内,防止了出现限压阀卡滞的现象,同时防止了因阀芯1移动不到位阀芯1的出液孔12被堵塞,延长了限压阀的使用寿命。
实施例2:
如图1至图3所示,本实施例提供一种汽车双联泵限压阀,包括安装在汽车双联泵的排油管3上的阀体2,阀体2内设置有阀芯1,阀芯1与阀体2通过弹簧4相连,汽车双联泵内设置有油泵腔,汽车双联泵的排油管3的端部上设置有燃油泵接头5,在阀芯1外壁上开设有一圈U型槽11,在阀芯1上设置有在U型槽11底面上的出液孔12,燃油泵接头5上设置有出液通道,出液孔12用于将油泵腔和出液通道连通。
在阀芯1的位于油泵腔内的端部上设置有滤网7。防止直径较大的杂质进入到限压阀内,延长限压阀的使用寿命。
弹簧4通过堵头6与阀芯1相连。实现弹簧4在阀芯1上的固定。
本实施例的工作原理:当油泵腔内的压力过大时,油压推动阀芯1,使得弹簧4被压缩,当出液孔12滑动到出液通道所在位置时,出液孔12与出液通道连通,燃油从出液孔12流出,杂质同时从出液孔12内流出来,由于阀芯1与阀体2之间的缝隙较小,因此杂质会被挡在U型槽11内,杂质不会进入到阀芯1与阀体2之间的缝隙内,防止了出现限压阀卡滞的现象,同时防止了因阀芯1移动不到位阀芯1的出液孔12被堵塞,延长了限压阀的使用寿命;当油泵腔内的压力较小时,在弹簧4的回复力作用下,阀芯1回位,出液孔12与出液通道不连通。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。

1.一种阀芯,其特征在于,在阀芯外壁上开设有一圈U型槽,在阀芯上设置有在U型槽底面上的出液孔,汽车双联泵内设置有油泵腔,汽车双联泵的燃油泵接头上设置有出液通道,出液孔用于将油泵腔和出液通道连通。
2.一种汽车双联泵限压阀,包括安装在汽车双联泵的排油管上的阀体,阀体内设置有阀芯,阀芯与阀体通过弹簧相连,汽车双联泵内设置有油泵腔,汽车双联泵的排油管的端部上设置有燃油泵接头,其特征在于,在阀芯外壁上开设有一圈U型槽,在阀芯上设置有在U型槽底面上的出液孔,燃油泵接头上设置有出液通道,出液孔用于将油泵腔和出液通道连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车双联泵限压阀,其特征在于,在阀芯的位于油泵腔内的端部上设置有滤网。
4.根据权利要求2所述的汽车双联泵限压阀,其特征在于,弹簧通过堵头与阀芯相连。
