Abstract
The invention discloses a cutting machine. The cutting machine comprises a machine body, a workbench, a baffle and a pushing device. The workbench is arranged on the upper surface of the machine body. The baffle is arranged on the upper surface of the workbench. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a sliding groove 10 is provided on the upper surface of the worktable 2, the sliding plate 6 is at least partially disposed in the sliding groove 10, the sliding plate 6 is matched with the sliding groove 10, such that the sliding plate 6 is slidable on the worktable 2, when the stop box 8 is pushed during use, the sliding plate 6 connected with the stop box 8 is stressed therewith, the sliding plate 6 is matched with the sliding groove 10, such that the stop box 8 slides towards the cutting knife, the stop box 8 pushes the to-be-cut piece placed on the upper surface of the objective table 11 to move towards the cutting knife for cutting, and thus the sliding groove 10 greatly saves the force for pushing the to-be-cut piece to the cutting knife, and also improves the production efficiency.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a cutting knife slot is provided on the upper surface of the worktable 2, the cutting machine further comprises a cutting knife 4, a part of the cutting knife 4 is disposed in the cutting knife slot, another part of the cutting knife 4 is disposed outside the cutting knife slot, the distance between the top end of the cutting knife 4 and the upper surface of the worktable 2 is greater than 0, and the part of the cutting knife 4 outside the cutting knife slot is used for cutting the workpiece to be cut pushed by the pushing device.
In order to prevent the stop box 8 from causing itself to be cut by the cutting knife when pushing the piece to be cut to the cutting knife for cutting, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the stop box 8 is provided with stop blocks 7 at both sides of the box body, when the stop box 8 moves to the workbench 2, the side surface of the stop block 7 is contacted with the side surface of the baffle 5, so as to stop the stop box 8 from moving towards the direction close to the workbench 2, the stop block 7 effectively protects the stop box 8, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the stop box 8 is provided on its upper surface with a handle 9, the handle 9 is arc-shaped, the handle is convenient for an operator to push or pull the stop box 8, the arc-shaped handle 9 is more humanized, so that an operator can feel better when holding the handle 9.
In order to conveniently realize the adjustment of the distance between the cutting knives, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cutting knives 4 are connected with a lifter, a switch is arranged on the side surface of the machine body 1, the switch is electrically connected with the lifter, the switch is used for controlling the lifter, indirectly controlling the cutting knives 4 to extend out of or retract into the cutting knife grooves, and adjusting the distance between the cutting knives can cut cutting pieces with different widths, so that the cutting machine of the present invention is more practical.
In the cutting machine provided by the present invention, the number of the cutting blades 4 and the cutting blade grooves is not particularly limited, but in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, there are at least three cutting blades 4 and cutting blade grooves, so that the distance between the cutting blades 4 can be adjusted when the elevator is used to control the cutting blades 4 to extend out of or retract into the cutting blade grooves.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cutting blades 4 are disposed on the upper surface of the table 2 at equal intervals and are disposed along the direction of the connecting line of the two sliding plates 6, so that the distance between the cutting blades 4 can be intuitively obtained by checking the number of the cutting blade grooves between the cutting blades 4, thereby knowing the width of the cutting blade cutting the plate.
In order to make the operator know the distance between the cutting knives 4 and the width of the cut plate more clearly and intuitively, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a scale for measuring the length is arranged on the side surface of the worktable 2 along the extending direction of the worktable 2.
