Abstract
粉状活性炭再生流水线包括螺旋给料机、粉碎干燥机、活化炉、热交换器、冷凝器、引风机、旋风分离器及袋式滤尘器。集自动上料、粉碎干燥、活化、风选去杂、尾气净化、自动称量包装与一体,减少了原始技术各个环节的用工费用。所用燃料(煤、电、油、气)只是启动点火用,正常生产中不再需要。解决粉状活性炭的连续、封闭、自动化生产,节约能源,减少排放,提高产品质量和回收率,改善工人的劳动强度和工作环境。流水线占地面积小,投资省,适合各种废粉状活性炭的再生。有风选除杂功能,即可防止管道堵塞,又能降低再生炭的灰分含量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及到粉状活性炭再生流水线的技术领域,具体是指粉状活性炭的再生方法及设备。
背景技术
目前,国内大部分活性炭使用企业,在活性炭吸附饱和后,80%以上企业都视为废弃物处理,造成了资源的浪费和经济上的损失,如能够再生利用,不但可以节约资源,还可以为企业降成本、增效益。
也有部分企业再生利用,但大多数都是采用的八十年代初期的罐装、闷烧法再生技术,此技术的缺点是再生不完全、回收率低、劳动强度大、产品质量不稳定、工人工作条件恶劣、生产成本高等缺点,无法大规模及自动化生产。
发明内容
粉状活性炭再生流水线包括螺旋给料器、粉碎干燥机、活化炉、换热器、冷凝器、引风机、旋风除尘器、布袋除尘器。
本发明把热风粉碎干燥机与螺旋给料器、活化炉与换热器组为一体,冷凝器、引风机、旋风除尘器、及布袋除尘器连接安装。使整机结构更为小巧紧凑、易于安装、维修方便。
通过对螺旋给料器速度的调整、使进入粉碎干燥机的废炭瞬间干燥。热料风管连接活化炉燃烧、通过管式换热器内部燃烧的炭、加锅炉蒸汽调整活化、经冷凝器、风机、旋风除尘器和布袋除尘器完成。
换热器外部受热加人粉碎干燥器内部干燥湿炭、同时一起热料风管助燃。
本发明集上料、粉碎、干燥、活化、风选去杂、尾气净化、自动称量包装于一体、减少了原来笨重的用工强度。
本发明点火用燃料(煤、电、油、气)一经点火完成、将不再需要、节能就增是效。
具体实施方案
以粉状活性炭再生流水线【附图】说明,初次点火活化炉2加热至450-500℃、将废活性炭加人螺旋给料器5调速给料、通过粉碎干燥机4热风管道进入活化炉点燃升温至1150-1280℃、经管式换热器内部、加阀门1蒸汽活化。
活化好的活性炭经过冷凝器7、引风机8、旋风除尘器9及布袋除尘器10计量包装。未通过杂质(沙子)经排渣口6排出。
管式换热器3外面受热空气经粉碎干燥机4及热风料管道进入活化炉2内部助燃。
本发明的方法及其设备,做了工厂化实验,再生活性炭的亚甲蓝脱色力达12-15ml,碘值达1000mg/g以上。
技术效益
本发明提供一种粉状活性炭再生流水线,其主要目的在于解决粉状活性炭的连续、封闭、自动化生产,节约能源,减少排放,提高产品质量和回收率,改善工人的劳动强度和工作环境。
本发明粉状活性炭再生流水线占地面积小,投资省,适合各种废粉状活性炭的再生。
本发明具有风选除杂功能,即可防止管道堵塞,又能降低再生炭的灰分含量,提高产品质量。

Claims (7)
1.本发明粉状活性炭再生流水线,其特点是潮湿粉炭经可调速螺旋给料机直接添加到粉碎干燥机,随高温风管直接到活化炉,加蒸汽完成活化再生、冷却去杂、旋风分离、袋式除尘、连续获得再生活性炭。
2.活化炉启动用燃料(煤、电、油、气)不限,启动后即关闭,正常工作不再耗用燃料。
3.活化炉燃烧后,管式换热器受热给粉碎干燥机加温、干燥。
4.冷却,指本发明的热交换器与冷凝器。
5.活化炉和换热器、余热锅炉于一体。
6.活化炉与冷凝器平面转角连接,方便更有利于检查维修。
7.除杂功能设在冷凝器的前端和尾端,可排出泥沙、碎石等杂质。
